Targeted services are recommended to pregnant women/parents in vulnerable positions to support their well-being and improve health outcomes; however, being offered extra services is associated with feelings of fear and anxiety. This study aims to reveal that the Covid-19 fear level of employees in the Turkish financial sector during the Covid-19 period and the perceived benefit level from the teleworking practice in this period. For this reason, data of 388 financial institutions employees were obtained by the online survey. Data were analyzed by calculating the statistical values.
