According to medical statistics, at least 80% of the population has musculoskeletal problems directly or indirectly related to foot deformities. During a medical examination of students, it was revealed that 43% had flat feet. The main reasons that cause flat feet in students of our university are heredity, a sedentary lifestyle and lack of necessary physical activity, everyday shoes, as well as the lack of preventive exercises.
