<em>The increasing reliance on online education platforms has revealed substantial difficulties for students in areas with limited or no internet connectivity. In an effort to close this digital divide, LearnHub, an offline-first e-learning mobile app, is suggested. The app allows students to download learning materials, such as text lessons, videos, and PDFs, and use them without internet connectivity. During 2019–21, the Ministry of General Education in Zambia piloted an open and innovative schooling (OIS) programme.
