Анотація:

Изучена анальгетическая активность 9 новых соединений ряда этил 4-(6-арил-5-бензоил-4-гидрокси-2-тиоксогексагидропиримидин-4-карбоксамидо)бензоатов по методике «Уксусные корчи». Выявлено 6 соединений, анальгетическая активность которых превосходит эффект метамизола натрия, на фоне их действия у экспериментальных животных количество «уксусных корчей» снижалось на 77 – 94 %. Установлено, что данный класс соединений является перспективным для дальнейшего поиска биологически активных соединений с анальгетической активностью.

Анотація:

The analysis of the balance of elastase (MMP-2, MMP-9) and TIMP-4 was performed in order to determine its involvement in the pathogenesis of NEC. A progressive duration of NEC with sepsis is accompanied by increased serum concentrations of MMP-9, MMP-2 and TIMP-4. Increases in concentrations of MMP-2>503 ng/ml, MMP-9>812 ng/ml TIMP-4>1404 ng/ml can be regarded as statistically significant predictors of fatal outcome of NEC. The proposed method for determination of the outcomes of NEC in newborns is characterized by high sensitivity (94%) and specificity (87%).

Due to the inclusion of a new anion, 9H9F basal spacing expanded from 8.9 Å in the Zn-Al-layered double hydroxide, ZAL to 13.2 Å in the ZAF. The toxicites of Imidacloprid and Cypermethrin are higher than that of the other 4 kinds of insectcides,the toxicity of Regent is the lowest. Decis, Admire and Chlorpyrifos provided efectve rapid control efects, which are 99. 3%, 98. 9% and 94. 2% respectvely at 3 days afer the treatment. Stable multiday recordings from the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex of 2 monkeys performing 2 Go/NoGo visual-discrimination tasks (one requiring well-learned responses, the other requiring learning) demonstrate that the majority of prefrontal neurons were “functionally stable”. Recordings were made using a series of removable microdrives, each implanted for 3–6 mo, housing independently mobile electrodes.
