Анотація:

Purpose: To improve the results of surgical treatment of patients with acute paraproctitis. Methods: The article discusses the results of treatment in 746 operated patients in the proctology department of the clinic No. 1 of SamMI during 1, 2 and 3 years after surgery. Obtained results: After radical operations for paraproctitis with intrasphincteric and transsphincteric purulent course (608 cases 81.5%), there was no formation of fistulas. Relevance. Children with acute and chronic paraproctitis constitute 1-3% of hospitalized subjects with purulent surgical infection. Purpose. Анотація:

One of the most common diseases in emergency proctology is acute paraproctitis, the incidence of which, according to our data, occupies a leading position in the structure of proctological diseases. Acute paraproctitis is the most complex form of purulent inflammatory processes. According to the literature, patients with acute paraproctitis make up 0.5-4% of people with general surgical pathology and 20-40% of the structure of proctological diseases. The number of these patients and the increasing resistance of microbes require the development of more effective treatments.

The OBJECTIVEwas to analyze the treatment results of patients with acute anaerobic paraproctitis in 2009–2017.MATERIAL AND METHODS. Acute paraproctitis is the most complex form of purulent inflammatory processes. When local clinical manifestations of the disease are mild, such patients are often misdiagnosed, which often leads to untimely and sometimes incorrect surgical treatment. Acute horseshoe-shaped paraproctitis, despite treatment, often ends in the formation of a complex horseshoe-shaped fistula and purulent cavities and leaks.

Мы располагаем опытом лечения 786 больных с острым парапроктитом, находившихся на лечении в клинике за период с 2008-2012 гг. Острый анаэробный парапроктит диагностирован у 23 больных (2,9%). Мужчин было 14, женщин – 9 в возрасте от 30 до 65 лет. Все больные госпитализированы в поздние сроки (от 6 до 12 суток) от начала заболевания, что значительно утяжеляло их состояние, увеличивало объем оперативных вмешательств и ухудшало прогноз.
