Повний текст джерелаThe pharmaceutical industry is continually confronted with major changes that constantly redefine the balance between the protection of public health and the economic development strategies of pharmaceutical companies. The drug market is the terrain of major economic challenges for France and increasing its global market share remains a major concern. The achievement of this objective seems to be done around a first axis relating to the development of genetic engineering. The second axis concerns the construction of new production plants on a national and international scale in order to increase its production capacities. However, the construction of new pharmaceutical factories intended to design, manufacture and then market drugs for human use is proving difficult due to the combination of pharmaceutical law, an esoteric matter by nature, and construction law, which abounds in subjects that are eminently techniques. Added to this is its purpose, which is to ensure and preserve the health of the patient throughout the life cycle of the drug, to innovate, to increase production capacities, while meeting the highest manufacturing standards. Such an initiative is all the more daring in a geopolitical context strongly weakened by the 2020 pandemic and then the Russo-Ukrainian conflict which exacerbated the shortage and the extension of supply times for many raw materials, caused a historic increase their cost and, in fact, the overall cost of carrying out construction projects

Повний текст джерелаIt is widely observed that construction and renovation projects suffer poor quality in the case of buildings, for instance. This is a major drawback as it affects the sustaining development goals of the building industry. Often, the subsequent conditions of service do not meet the normative standards; the costs for renovating the buildings are significant high, and the carbon footprint increases. They result in imperfections of the whole process related to construction projects. In fact, the production process is intended integrate architectural elements and structural components by putting them together adequately with the purpose of providing functions defined as «building features». Each of these features is then expressed as performances whose level, spanning the whole life cycle of the building, depends on the quality of its implementation. The present thesis focuses, in a first part, on the quantification of a « satisfaction index » of any construction project. For this purpose, a dynamic production process modeling a building has been developed; it takes into account disturbances in order to predict quantitatively the gap between the effective performance level and the required and targeted level. In a second part, considering a given performance level, the production process modeling aims to develop « recovery functions » depending on the allocated resources. Therefore, hypothetic mathematical expressions are adopted in order to describe the deterioration and the recovery of a performance level. A theoretical approach is also developed; it is adapted by analogy with global resilience process, at the scale of a building scale. For illustrative and comparative purposes, two kinds of constructive methods, for exterior walls (façade) are considered. A sensitivity study of the project’s « satisfaction index» is then performed out according to parameters such as constructor’s know‐how and past experience, constructive process complexity as well as allocated and available resources

Повний текст джерелаEighty per cent of the costs of a product are detemined by decisions taken by the designers. Moreover, it is during the design phase that possibilities of reducing the total cost are the most important. Early studies of alternative solutions and design modifications are less expensive and more efficient. However, in the design phase, the product is never completely defined and the conditions and means of production are note fully known. Therefore, it is necessary to provide the designer with efficient cost estimation tools adapted to the available knowledge about the product, and including the expertise and the experience of the compagny. After having emphasized the limits of traditional tools for the economic evaluation during design phase, the objective of this work is to formalize and validate the processes for the creation of specific cost estimation tools, which are intermediary between universal models and analytic methods. The approach is based on the parametric method using cost estimation relationship (CER) which model the cost of a product according to some of its technical descriptor parameters. In this work, we have developed the following topics : 1 - the methodology for the creation of specific cost estimation tools, from the definiton of the scope of the study, the collection of data, to the selection of formulae and their validation. 2 - the definiton of new cost drivers palliating to the cost estimation problem of a partially defined product. 3 - practical methods for the selection of cost estimation relationships taking into account the statistical quality criteria and the technical coherence. These approaches have been tested and validated on a real project, the estimation of manufacturing cost for prismatic parts

Повний текст джерелаThe action-oriented approach has increasingly become the focus for development in language learning theory in Europe. Nowadays, working alongside others using the medium of a foreign language is more and more common both in one's native environment or abroad. This development implies the common aim of social co-action, that is to say achieving completed and joint targets by means of foreign language learning programmes which have been constructed with direct reference to specific social frameworks be these professional, for study or for everyday survival skills. The origin of this approach lies in the 2001 publication of the Common European framework for language learning wich accounts for the learner as social actor who indeed is no longer perceived as merely inhabiting alongside other foreigners but who is expected to interact with them jointly as social agents. It is within the process of acting and working together as social partners that common representations are constructed. By virtue of this emphasis on joint social action we must develop learning tasks wich take the learner further than what so far has been seen merely as his need to be able to communicate. The action-oriented approach presents us with a new methodological paradigm which takes into account the social aspects and aims of european citizenship, the ability via foreign language acquisition not only to communicate but to act, live and work with foreigners. The aim then of the action-oriented approach is that the process of learning a foreign language is simultaneously a process of learning to co-act by a series of appropriate tasks which require co-action

Повний текст джерелаAutomating the CAD/CAM process needs the conversion of the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) model into a CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) model designed to support the tasks associated to manufacturing planning. Our work, conducted within the framework of the RNTL USIQUICK Project, is to propose a conversion methodology in order to obtain a CAM Model dedicated to 5axis aeronautical parts milling. The first part of this document presents a state of the art of the different classical feature recognition methods. It underlines the fact that none of these methods is adapted to aeronautical parts. We then propose to design a specific CAM model directly based on the BRep CAD Model, in which are added information related to the different milling possibilities of the different faces. Every face of the model is then considered as an “elementary” manufacturing feature. To obtain this specific CAM Model, we present in the following our conversion methodology, which is composed of a static view and a dynamic view. The second part of this document presents the static view, i. E. The data model needed for the conversion process, obtained thanks to the VIM (Viewpoint Integration Modelling) methodology. The dynamic view, explained in the third part of this document, adds information related to milling processes that could be used to realize the part. It finally ends to the CAM Model composed of elementary features. In a last part, we propose a software prototype developed for CATIAV5, in order to validate our works. We then present some results of our software on several aeronautical parts
