The spring wheat variety “Darkhan-212” was developed by a wheat breeding program from cross varieties Darkhan-140 and Darkhan-144 in 2005 and transferred to the State variety trial in 2019. We study possible observational effects of scalar dark matter, the darkon D, in Higgs h and top quark t decay processes, h → DD and t → cDD in the minimal Standard Model (SM) and its two Higgs doublet model (THDM) extension supplemented with a SM singlet darkon scalar field D. We find that the darkon D can have a mass in the range of sub-GeV to several tens of GeV, interesting for LHC and ILC colliders, to produce the required dark matter relic density. We have investigated the use of the graphical processing unit to accelerate the software package DarkSUSY. DarkSUSY is, among other things, used for calculating the dark matter relic density -- an measurable quantity -- given the supersymmetric neutralino, χ, as a dark matter candidate. Supersymmetric theories have many free parameters and we want to calculate the relic density for large areas of the parameter space.
