<strong>ABSTRACT</strong> The aim of this work is to study the effect of a composite endomycorrhizal inoculum on growth of Eucalyptus plants (<em>E. gomphocephala</em>) in the nurseries conditions. Analysis of the results, four months after inoculation, revealed that all roots were mycorrhizal and different structures characterizing arbuscular endomycorrhizal fungi were observed. The mycorrhizal frequency and intensity of Eucalyptus roots are 90 and 25% respectively.
