Анотація:

Osnovni cilj ovog kvazi-eksperimentalnog istraživanja bio je da se utvrdi uspešnost procene istinitosti iskaza u zavisnosti od poznavanja verbalnog ponašanja u situaciji laganja. U istraživanju je učestovalo 80 ispitanika (63 muškarca i 17 žena, starosti 21–24 godine), studenata Kriminalističko-policijske akademije u Beogradu, podeljenih u eksperimentalnu i kontrolnu grupu. Eksperimentalnoj grupi je prethodno održanopredavanje o najznacčajnijim tehnikama za detekciju laganja, baziranimna verbalnim ponašanjima, dok je kontrolna grupa trebalo da se oslonina implicitne pretpostavke i dotadašnja znanja. Zadatak obe grupe ispitanikasastojao se u proceni ucčestalosti verbalnih ponašanja navedenih u ček-listi i oceni istinitost iskaza subjekata prikazanih na video snimcima.Verbalna ponašanja su izabrana na bazi dosadašnjih naučnih saznanja oobmanjujućem ponašanju.Rezultati Mann–Whitneyjevog testa pokazuju da su ispitanici iz eksperimentalnegrupe bili značajno uspešniji u ukupnoj tačnosti procene istinitosti iskaza (z = -2.71, p < .01), tačnosti procene istinitih iskazatj. negativnoj prediktivnoj vrednosti (z = -4.29, p < .01), senzitivnostiza lažne iskaze (z = -2.00, p < .05) i specifičnosti za istinite iskaze(z = -4.25, p < .01). Za uspeh u proceni lažnog iskaza bilo je merodavnoda li su ispitanici češće prepoznali prisutnost perioda kašnjenja i dužih odgovora, odnosno ređe prepoznali prisutnost negativnih izjava i količine,kvaliteta i opširnosti detalja. Osobe koje su bile uspešnije u prepoznavanjuistinitih iskaza ređe su prepoznavale logičku strukturu. Rezultatisu u skladu sa Undeutschovom hipotezom i efektom kognitivnog opterećenja.

Podstawowymi elementami uczestniczącymi w procedurach analizy ryzyka operacyj- nego na przejazdach kolejowych są: źródła zagrożeń, zagrożenia, zdarzenia niepożą- dane. W artykule pokazano źródła zagrożeń jako najważniejsze elementy procedur analiz ryzyka. Na tle wyników ilościowej analizy zdarzeń niepożądanych na przejaz- dach kolejowych w Polsce oraz na tle procedur analiz ryzyka, zaprezentowano formal- ną procedurę rozpoznawania źródeł zagrożeń wykorzystującą odpowiednio zbudowana listę kontrolną.

Анотація:

W artykule przedstawiono propozycje rozszerzenia i zmian zakresu badań parametrów sprzętu ochrony układu oddechowego, mających bezpośrednie przełożenie na ergonomię jego stosowania. Uwzględniono badania eksploatacyjne, opór oddychania, zawartość dwutlenku węgla w powietrzu wdychanym i ograniczenie pola widzenia. Zaproponowano wprowadzenie nowego parametru – pracy oddychania, która ma bezpośrednie przełożenie na podział sprzętu na klasy związane z ciężkością prac, dla których dany typ sprzętu jest przeznaczony. Zaproponowano również listę kontrolną umożliwiającą obecnym użytkownikom sprzętu ochrony układu oddechowego weryfikację podstawowych elementów wpływających na komfort użytkowania tego sprzętu.

AbstractAim. The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficiency of proton pump inhibitors in the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers as based on literature.Materials and methods: The materials of this research are the results of 86 original studies on the effectiveness of proton pump inhibitors analysis.Methods. Descriptive, statistical, retrospective.Results and Conclusion. According to the clinical random researches, Omeprazole preparations are not included in the list due to proven better effectiveness of Esomeprazole drugs. Moreover, lansoprazole drugs are not included according to proven short-acid inhibitory effect. In addition, the brand of mentioned above preparation does not exist on the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine. Furthermore, rabeprazole preparations are presented in the research by Pariet (brand) and by the effective generic Barol, while pantoprazole preparations are represented in the research by Kontrolok (brand) and by the generic Pultset, as well as by Nolpaza. Herein, the Pantosan effect was not significantly different from the effect of Pultset and Nolpaza, but the preparation is much more expensive. In terms of efficiency (%), 4 week repair of mucosal defects was carried out by way of the following treatment regimens: Barol + Amoxicillin + Clarythromycin (90.9±6.2), Pariet + Amoxicillin + Clarythromycin (83±2.6), Kontrolok + Amoxicillin + Clarythromycin (100±1.3), Pultset + Amoxicillin + Clarythromycin (88±4.1), Nolpaza + Amoxicillin + Clarythromycin (72±4.1), Ezolonh + Amoxicillin + Clarythromycin (87.7±3.8), Neksium + Amoxicillin + Clarythromycin (96.1±3.1).

Анотація:

Die Differentialdiagnose der absoluten Lymphozytose umfasst eine große Liste verschiedener Erkrankungen. Prinzipiell können zwei große Gruppen, nämlich die primären (lymphoproliferativen Erkrankungen) sowie die reaktiven (sekundären) Lymphozytosen unterschieden werden. Findet sich eine absolute Lymphozytose, so kann oft anhand des morphologischen Bildes der Zellen zusammen mit den klinischen Befunden eine Verdachtsdiagnose gestellt werden, welche das weitere diagnostische Vorgehen bestimmt. Eine reaktive Lymphozytose legt sich in der Regel nach Abklingen des meist zugrunde liegenden entzündlichen Geschehens. Bei Verdacht auf eine lymphoproliferative Erkrankung müssen weitergehende Untersuchungen (z.B. Flow Zytometrie, Knochenmarksuntersuchung, zytologische bzw. bioptische Untersuchungen anderer Organe bzw. molekulargenetische Untersuchungen) in Betracht gezogen werden. Lässt sich eine Lymphozytose nicht sicher als primär oder sekundär einordnen, kann zunächst unter Kontrolle zugewartet werden (watch and wait). Bei persistierender Lymphozytose über sechs Monate oder Auftreten neuer klinischer Befunde sollte die Diagnose dann erzwungen werden.

Анотація:

Zaokret u primjeni sankcija Vijeća sigurnosti od općih, usmjerenih protiv država, prema ciljanim (pametnim) sankcijama usmjerenima izravno i isključivo protiv pojedinaca koje se dovodi u vezu s terorizmom, osim pozitivnih izazvao je i određene negativne učinke koji su doveli u pitanje zakonitost i pravednost ciljanih sankcija. Zbog nepostojanja odgovarajućega kontrolnog mehanizma u sustavu Ujedinjenih naroda koji bi pojedincima pogođenim sankcijama omogućio barem kvazisudsku kontrolu odluka Sankcijskog odbora o uvrštavanju njihova imena na, tzv. sankcijsku listu, u praksi je došlo do kršenja njihovih ljudskih prava, poput prava na pristup sudu, prava na pravično suđenje, prava na učinkovit pravni lijek. Autorica u radu analizira sankcijski režim Vijeća sigurnosti u borbi protiv terorizma koji je uveden Rezolucijom 1267 (1999); zatim se kroz relevantnu sudsku praksu prikazuju konkretne povrede ljudskih prava do kojih u praksi dolazi u provedbi sankcija Vijeća sigurnosti; analizira se uvođenje instituta Ombudsmana te se ocjenjuje uspješnost reformi u sankcijskom režimu kao iskoraka prema transparentnijoj i učinkovitijoj borbi protiv terorizma.

Анотація:

Zusammenfassung: Das Kohärenzgefühl (sense of coherence, SOC) ist ein zentrales Konzept in Antonovskys Salutogenese-Modell. Diese globale Orientierung bestimmt darüber, wie effektiv eine ältere Person in der Lage ist, geeignete generalisierte Widerstandsquellen (GRRs) für die Erhaltung ihrer Gesundheit zu aktivieren. 170 aktive ältere Menschen (37 Männer) im mittleren Alter von 67 Jahren (Min-Max: 59-89) nahmen freiwillig an einer interdisziplinären Studie über gesundheitsbezogene Lebensqualität und körperliche Aktivität im Alter teil. SOC, GRRs und subjektive Gesundheitsmaße (SF-36 Summenscores und Beschwerden-Liste) wurden per Fragebogen erhoben. Das SOC kovariierte signifikant mit 11 von 13 der erhobenen GRRs; Selbstwirksamkeit, Selbstwertgefühl, Bildung und fatalistische Externalität waren signifikante Prädiktoren. Nach statistischer Kontrolle der GRRs klärte das SOC jeweils signifikant zusätzliche Varianz im psychischen Gesundheitsniveau und im Beschwerdenstatus auf; dagegen erklärten SOC und GRRs das körperliche Gesundheitsniveau nicht. Schließlich erwies sich das SOC als ein Mediator der Beziehung zwischen GRRs und dem psychischen Summenscore bzw. Beschwerdenstatus.

Анотація:

The diploma thesis is focused on the ergonomic analysis of selected workplaces in the company TRUNN, s.r.o. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a summary of basic knowledge in the field of ergonomics, which are then applied in the practical part of the thesis. The practical part of the work includes a description of the current state of workplaces and evaluation of jobs using the methods described in the theoretical part. Based on the evaluation, own recommendations and suggestions are made on how to adjust the jobs. The aim of the diploma thesis is to provide workers with a suitable workplace that meets ergonomic requirements.

Анотація:

The diploma thesis is focused on a detection and a laboratory control of hazardous substances’ leak into the environment. These hazardous substances are classified. Further, it aims to chemical laboratories of the fire-brigade of the Czech Republic, as well as which place they hold in the fire-brigade system, and it indicates their main duties. This diploma thesis contains a review of some essential types of devices and mediums, which are in terms of the fire-brigade of the Czech Republic usable to practice the detection, determination and assessment of the hazardous substances in various figures of the environment in terrain, i.e. filling of duties of the chemical survey. The output of this diploma thesis is simulation of leaks of the toluene diisocyanate using ALOHA software, TerEx software and Rozex Alarm software. Further on, the proposal of another methodical sheet focused on leak actions of the concrete hazardous industrial substance – toluene diisocyanate. This methodical sheet could therefore broaden pro tempore elaborated sheets for chlorine and ammonia.

Анотація:

This diploma thesis deals with demolition of the motorway overpass. The bridge (overpass) is located over the D1 motorway from Prag to Brno at the 115,881 km. On the brigde runs the local comunication II/352 between villages Švábka and Měšín. The bridge demolition is part of the D1 renovation plan. The main reason behind the demolitions si that the bridge no longer meets it´s lenght requierments. During the demolition and construction will be any use of II/352 for public transport over the bulding site forbiden. This diploma thesis include technical report for construction technology project, time and financial evaluation of the project. Also the thesis deals with the selected technological regulations of carried out activities, timetable of controls and tests, trafice relationships on wider scale, a list of main building machines and mechanisms with their specification, a concept of the construction site, health and safety requlations, and in detail plans for realization of a road surface layers.

Анотація:

This diploma thesis mainly deals with valuation of steel structures from the perspective of an investor. Today there are several types of steel constructions, which assemble is partly done in workshop, so called “bridge-workshop”, and the rest of the assembling is done directly at the building site. That is the main difference from the construction industry. This fact makes financial valuation of whole thesis very difficult, because construction companies often do not state detailed breakdown of their activities. The main goal of this thesis is to suggest procedure how to value steel constructions in a phase of documentation processing, workshop production, transportation and technological equipment construction at the site.
