A mathematical model was developed for shelled pea packaged in simulated modified atmosphere packages of LD100 (low density polyethylene of 100 gauge, 25 micron thick, to evaluate the effect of perforation level on the concentrations of O2 and CO2 and levels of relative humidity inside the package. Mathematical modeling can be used to simulate the unwinding of yarn from packages of different shapes. This method can be applied to design packages that can sustain high unwinding velocities at low and steady tension in the yarn. In the case of conic packages the angular velocity of unwinding depends not only on the winding angle as is the case for cylindric packages, but also on the apex angle. In this paper, the creation of an encoder using the MATLAB package is investigated. Examples of step-by-step device development implemented using the MATLAB+Simulink system are considered. The developed program allows you to create and analyze a system of minimal SDNF functions, followed by block simulation of the device in Simulink.
