Повний текст джерелаThe dissertation presents the concept, its realisation and verification of the new methodof simultaneous comparison of the current transformers by two different measuringapparatus. It is shown by searching the literature, that this method has not been usedbefore. In this dissertation different measuring methods for testing and calibration ofcurrent transformers, with their different measuring capabilities are presented. Most ofthem have been used in recent practice. Furthermore, the experimental verification ofnew simultaneous calibration method is presented. For this reason some measuringapparatus based on different measuring methods were used. Conducted research andexperimental results confirmed a number of advantages of this calibration method.Detailed analysis of the components of the uncertainty of measurements shown thatusing simultaneous method uncertainty of measurements have been improvedcomparing to method with two individual calibration by different apparatus. In that casesome of the measuring uncertainty components can be neglected. The most significantis component caused by variation of referent current and component caused by variationof burden. The research has also showed that simultaneous method can be used forcalibration of measuring apparatus for current transformer accuracy testing and theirinter-comparisons. The ways of calibration of apparatus for current transformer accuracytesting are considered and presented, through concrete examples realized in practice.A high-accuracy comparison of two NRC (National Research Council Canada)calibration systems were carried out by new simultaneous method. One measuringsystem is developed at Electrical Engineering institute Nicola Tesla, Belgrade.Accordingly the advantage of simultaneous method applied at the primary metrology ofcurrent transformer is verified.

Повний текст джерелаIn many domains of technology, there are problemswith the measurement of fluid flow. Orifice plates,because of their many advantages, represent the mostcommon instrument for measuring fluid flow throughpipelines. On the other hand, their use increases theoperating cost of industrial plants. One of the goals ofthis doctoral dissertation was to test new forms oforifice plates for a reason to save energy during theirwork. An algorithm for testing new forms of orificeplates is proposed. Also, the laboratory equipment fortesting them was designed and made, as well as adifferential "U" manometer for measuring smallpressure differences. As part of this doctoraldissertation are designed and tested three new forms oforifice plates. Energy-saving was achieved by a designthat reduces the resistance of the orifice plate as anelement of the pipeline. New forms of orifice plates, as well as a standard shape, which served as a reference, were tested according to the present algorithm. In the first step, orifice plates are designed in the Solid Works software package. Then, according to the proposed algorithm, they were tested using computer simulation in COMSOL Multiphysics software package. After achieving satisfactory results of computer simulation, orifice plates are made on a 3D printer, using the FDM process and tested in the laboratory apparatus. The results of laboratory tests were compared with the results of computer simulations. Compared results of computer simulation and laboratory testing showed that computer simulation described the situation well. The results of the laboratory test showed a significant energy-saving effect. It was also found that computer simulation can obtain data that can decide whether a new form of orifice plate must be corrected or it makes sense to access laboratory testing. The algorithm proposed in this doctoral dissertation has proven effective.

Повний текст джерелаIn this thesis a method for examining the effects of shielding on a corelessmeasuring transformer from the standpoint of transformer linearity and EMradiation shielding is developed. A parametric model of the shield and thecoreless measuring transformer is constructed. Measurements of magneticproperties of ferromagnetic materials were performed; a new analytical modelof hysteresis is developed; magnetization curves and permeability of thematerials are determined. Based on numerical and experimental results, andusing the defined criterion, the analysis of shielding quality of the consideredshield types was performed.

Повний текст джерелаAs the effects of global warming are spreading globally, the world population encounters one of the most important social and scientific phenomena- changing the parameters of the environment due to pollution. Any conducted action requires precise and accurate measuring of the environmental parameters at several dozens of thousands points deployed around the world. Since financially, as well as practically, it is impossible to create such a large number of measuring stations which would network all over the planet, it is obvious that some alternative solutions must be found. A new measuring system is developed and measuring methods for remote measurement of environmental parameters are implemented. This system can be implemented as a stationary or mobile measuring station. The working hypothesis is based on the use of statistical analysis of measurement data. It leads to the possibility of reducing the number of sensors at measure station, as based on the monitoring of one value-gas concentration (the concentration of carbon monoxide) can be estimated values of other gas (the concentration of nitrogen - dioxide) in the case that they originate from the same source. Using prediction and regression models - interpolation and extrapolation have shown the possibility to reduce the number of measuring stations. Specifically, in the territory of one observedcity, by using interpolation curves, the estimation of concentrations of gases based on data from the measuring system can be shown. Also, based on a mathematical model (ARMA) estimation of concentrations of gases based on previous measurements is shown.

Повний текст джерелаThis thesis contains an analysis of the possibilities for measurement of veryfast pulse voltages and proper expression of measurement uncertainty. It hasbeen proven that it is possible to perform numerical simulation to theresponse of the very fast pulse voltage with rise time at the order ofpicoseconds of the measuring system. Measurement uncertainty ofcapacitive voltage dividers is expressed by Monte Carlo method. The way ofconstructing capacitive voltage dividers with a waveguide resistance isshown in this thesis. The design of four types of capacitive voltage dividerswith extremely good features are shown. Based on these results, capacitivevoltage divider with best characteristics is selected and its measurementuncertainty is expressed.

Повний текст джерелаCoordinate measuring machines (CMMs) are dominant measuringinstruments in dimensional metrology. These machines can measure anymacro-tolerance indicated in the technical documentation. Flatness toleranceis often present with the aim of completing the needed functionalrequirements of a workpiece. The investigation conducted in this paperconsiders the problem of assessing the flatness error measured on a CMMbased on the minimum zone method and on the method of evaluatingmeasurement uncertainty for this measuring task. The emphasis is on theuse of Monte Carlo method as a simulation tool for evaluating measurementuncertainty. A new methodology for assessing the flatness error has beendeveloped, as well as a simulation model for evaluating measurementuncertainty for this measuring task.

Повний текст джерелаUz rastuće cene energenata, danas je od presudnog značaja tačno merenjeprotoka fluida u industrijskim procesima. Zbog svoje jednostavnosti,pouzdanosti i jednostavnog održavanja, merne blende su čestorasprostranjeni merni instrumenti u mnogim industrijama.Konvencionalna merna blenda sa jednim otvorom (BJO) je širokozastupljen merni instrument na bazi diferencijalnog pritiska, ali ovajinstrument ima i određene nedostatke, koji se mogu prevazići mernomblendom sa više otvora (BVO). Predmet istraživanja doktorskedisertacije je bila BVO. Za istraživanje su se koristileeksperimentalna i numerička metoda, a istražili su se odnos površineotvora blende i površine poprečnog preseka cevi β, pad pritisaka,gubitak pritisaka, uticaj ugla izlazne ivice merne blende, uticajvlažnosti gasa i uticaj ravnih deonica ispred i iza merne blende natačnost merenja. Takođe pored ovoga odredio se i gubitak snage kojinastaje kod različitih mernih blendi, povrat pritiska, koeficijentprotoka tj. koeficijent pada pritiska. Predstavljeni rezultati u okvirudoktorske disertacije su pokazali brojne prednosti BVO u odnosu na BJO.
Nowadays, with rising energy prices, accurate flow measurement is playing animportant role in industrial processes. Due to its simplicity, reliability and ease ofmaintenance, orifice flow meters are very common measuring instruments inmany industries. Conventional single-hole orifice (SHO) flow meter is widelyused differential pressure-based instrument, but this instrument has somedisadvantages that can be overcome by multi-hole orifice (MHO) flow meter. Thesubject of the doctoral dissertation research was MHO flow meter. Experimentaland numerical methods were used for the research, whereas the ratio of theorifice area and the cross-sectional pipe area β, pressure drop, pressure loss,angle of bevel influence, gas humidity influence and straight sections upstreamand downstream of the orifice influence on measurement accuracy wereinvestigated. Also, power loss for different orifice flow meters, pressure recovery,discharge coefficient i.e. pressure drop coefficient were determined. Resultspresented within the doctoral dissertation showed numerous advantages ofMHO compared to SHO.

Повний текст джерелаThe thesis considers the criterion of optimality of the stochastic flash A/D converter (SFADC), which is the basis of the stochastic digital measurement method (SDMM). The mathematical and simulation model of the multibit SFADC was developed and the optimal number of bits of resolution was determined. A hardware prototype of a 4-bit stochastic measuring instrument (SMI) was made, tested in numerous experiments and compared with theoretically determined measurement performance values. The hypothesis of this thesis - that there is an optimal number of SMI resolution bits in which the maximum benefit of the measurement precision is achieved at the price of duplication of the required hardware - is fully confirmed
