Анотація:
Pokračující proces europeizace mezinárodního rodinného a dědického práva vyústil v přijetí dvou významných právních předpisů – nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) č. 650/2012 o příslušnosti, rozhodném právu, uznávání a výkonu rozhodnutí a přijímání a výkonu veřejných listin v dědických věcech a o vytvoření evropského dědického osvědčení, a dále nařízení Rady (EU) 2016/1103 provádějícího posílenou spolupráci v oblasti příslušnosti, rozhodného práva a uznávání a výkonu rozhodnutí ve věcech majetkových poměrů v manželství. Byť je unijní úprava rozdělena do dvou samostatných právních nástrojů, představuje vypořádání majetkových poměrů manželů často nutný předpoklad pro vypořádání dědictví po zemřelém manželovi. Cílem předkládaného článku je analyzovat, do jaké míry se podařilo obě nařízení zkoordinovat, a to zejména pokud jde o otázku jejich působnosti a problematiku určování práva rozhodného.

The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of the system of collection and evaluation of operational events at the DOA organization. It specifies the basic legislative requirements and regulations in the field of reporting incidents of an aircraft technical. For the analysis of the given topic, Czech companies were contacted, which could share their own experience in the framework of security management using a proactive method. Based on the summary of findings, the system of event collection and processing was designed. The system could be used by organizations dealing with the design of aircraft category ELA2

Анотація:
Cílem práce je podrobná analýza legislativních předpisů Evropské unie (nařízení a směrnice a jejich transpozice do české legislativy), které upravují pracovní režimy řidičů, podmínky podnikání a další činnosti všech osob činných v mezinárodní silniční dopravě. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na nejnovější změny, které s sebou přinesla poslední úprava v této oblasti - Nařízení č. 561/2006. Práce poskytuje ucelený přehled aktuálně platných ustanovení a nastiňuje, jaké jsou dopady změn do praxe, včetně vysvětlení některých konkrétních situací či problémů, se kterými se dopravci i řidiči běžně setkávají při praktické realizaci mezinárodní přepravy.

Анотація:
The aim of the work is a detailed analysis of EU legislation (e. g. orders and regulation, direction and their transposition to the czech law) concerned with working conditions of drivers, enterpreneurs and all other persons operating in international road transport. A special emphasise is placed on the latest regulation form in this sphere (EU order number 561/2006), which brought the current changes. The work provides a comprehensive overview of the current legislative and shows the impacts of the new changes in practice. Beyond, it demonstrates and explains some concrete situations and problems from the working routine, that are dealed daily by the drivers, forwarding agents, transporters and the proprietors of transport companies as well.

The focus of this diploma thesis is a development of a proposal for the modification of the reporting mandatory and voluntary occurrances on the national basis. In the first part of this thesis is describtion database system ECCAIRS and also describtion of the legislation which relates to the reporting of occurrances, specifically Regulation (EU) No 376/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Second part of this diploma thesis is about the description of the proposed solutions to improve reporting system of occurrances. Second part also includes creation of the form for reporting occurrances.

This diploma thesis characterizes a specified field of the civil law that deals with the judicial proceedings of inheritance through the analysis of professional literature and relevant case law. The attention is especially devoted to development of the legislation, the proceedings in the beginning of this judicial proceedings and its parties, the minor included, possible discretions of the decedent with his belongings, the conflicts appeared in this judicial proceedings, the settlement of the estate in entirety, the question of the overextended asset and the selected issues of judicial proceedings of inheritance with the international aspect (Regulation (EU) No 650/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council).The thesis points out the main amendments which have been brought to the judicial proceedings of inheritance by the recodification of the private law that has been in effect in Czech Republic since 01. 01. 2014. The thesis was composed by the method of description with elements of analysis and synthesis. The individual legal institutes are described, analytically examined and evaluated. There are presented their mutual connections and the view of the problematic as a whole. The comparative method was used as well by evaluating the present legislation with the former one that was in effect in the Czech Republic until 31. 12. 2013.

Анотація:
The subject of this diploma thesis is a review of legislation about ecodesign, the design of air conditioning systems for hospital departments and analysis of energy consumption of air conditioning systems designed before and after ecodesign 2018. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part deals with research of ecodesign legislation (especially EU Commission Regulation No. 1253/2014) and air conditioning in health care facilities. In the second part design of two air-conditioning systems serving the hospital's traumatology department was realized at the level of documentation for building permission. The third part contains calculations and assessments of expected consumption of electric and thermal energy, comparison of units before and after ecodesign and evaluation of annual operating costs.
