This paper addresses the relationship between God and the cure of meaningless neuroses. From the works of Viktor Frankl, the Viennese psychiatrist and psychologist, this paper describes what are these neuroses, called noogenics, neuroses that have their origin in the dimension of the human existence. The concept of noogenic neurosis goes beyond a psychophysical condition, therefore, to the author, the human being is essentially spiritual. This spiritual core, around which are grouped the psychic and physical, is responsible for the moral conscience, love and art. As the modern man deviates himself away from his religion, he has increased the existential emptiness, because he can not find a reason for his actions, which can lead to a lack of meaning, characteristic of noogenic neurosis. Thus, the man would get ill in his spirituality. For this type of illness, Frankl has created the Logotherapy. A specific type of such spiritual disease is the mass neurosis, which is the highlight of this research. For the author, God, who is the ultimate meaning of human existence, dialogues with the man when he talks to his own moral conscience, which is transcendent. Using the concepts of God and man given by the author, this research addresses the relationship between human being and the transcendence and how it would, through this relationship, and a subsequent meeting with the meaning, the cure of the mentioned neuroses
Este trabalho aborda a relação entre Deus e cura das neuroses da falta de sentido. A partir das obras de Viktor Frankl, psiquiatra e psicólogo vienense, descreve quais seriam essas neuroses, denominadas noogênicas, neuroses que têm sua origem na dimensão da existência humana. O conceito de neurose noogênica vai além de uma patologia psicofísica, pois, para o autor, o homem é essencialmente espiritual. Esse núcleo espiritual, em torno do qual se agrupam o psíquico e o físico, é o responsável pela consciência moral, pelo amor e pela arte. O homem moderno, ao se afastar de sua religiosidade aumentou o vazio existencial, pois não encontra o porquê de suas ações, o que pode gerar uma ausência de sentido, característica da neurose noogênica. Assim, o homem adoeceria em sua espiritualidade. Para esse tipo de adoecimento, Frankl criou a Logoterapia. Um tipo específico de tal doença espiritual é a neurose de massa, que tem um destaque nesta pesquisa. Para o autor, Deus, que é o sentido último da existência humana, dialoga com o homem quando este conversa com sua própria consciência moral, que é transcendente. Utilizando os conceitos de Deus e de homem dados pelo autor, esta pesquisa aborda a relação entre o ser humano e a transcendência e como se daria, através dessa relação, e de um conseqüente encontro de sentido, a cura das neuroses citadas

The human kallikrein 6 (hK6) or neurosin is the most abundant serine protease of the central nervous system (CNS). Its dual implication in neurodegenerative processes makes it an emerging target for the design of pharmacological modulators of its activity. Yet today there are only very few compounds that meet this expectation. Thus, the main aim of these thesis was to identify organic low molecular weight (<500 Da) inhibitors and activators of hK6 compatible with clinical development. The study ofhK6 through various aspects has established its catalytic and dynamic profile and highlights its anti-aggregative role of endogenous α-synuclein. Exploring the diverse libraries comprising nearly 1 200molecules led to the identification of key compounds (hits) that have been subjected to extensive mechanistic studies. Assessments by molecular modeling were also carried out to establish the structural basis for activity modulation and selectivity profiling toward competing serine proteases has also been established. For the first time, a bimodal modulator as well as an activator, both highly selective to hK6, were identified and an allosteric regulatory model was proposed. Several original inhibitors having a good selectivity profile toward hK6 were also selected. Furthermore, these molecules do not exhibit any cytotoxic effect on primary neuronal cultures. The compounds identified in this thesis provide an excellent basis for the development of pharmacological agents with neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory properties and pave the way for the exploration of new allosteric sites in hK6 and tryptic serine proteases in general

A transferÃncia na neurose obsessiva apresenta muitas caracterÃsticas que podem se transformar em dificuldades no decorrer do tratamento analÃtico. Visamos, neste estudo, a analisar tais particularidades e a associÃ-las à estrutura da prÃpria neurose obsessiva. Essas dificuldades no manejo da transferÃncia do obsessivo se manifestaram para nÃs na realidade da clÃnica, da qual extraÃmos nossa temÃtica, mas, apesar disso, o caso atendido nÃo possuÃa elementos suficientes para embasar uma pesquisa. Optamos, pois, por abordar a neurose obsessiva e a transferÃncia a partir de um ponto de vista metapsicolÃgico, enfatizando os aspectos dinÃmicos e econÃmicos referentes a cada um desses conceitos. Feito isso, correlacionamos os dados encontrados Ãs dificuldades enfrentadas por Freud em seus principais casos de neurose obsessiva e, ainda, aos percalÃos por nÃs encontrados no caso clÃnico que motivou a pesquisa. ConcluÃmos que o modo particular atravÃs do qual o recalque se manifesta na neurose obsessiva (o deslocamento) à responsÃvel por muitos predicados dessa neurose, como a tendÃncia Ãs racionalizaÃÃes e a formaÃÃo de comportamentos ritualÃsticos. Na transferÃncia, os efeitos mais visÃveis do deslocamento sÃo as racionalizaÃÃes constantes e a resistÃncia em associar livremente. Essas manifestaÃÃes se relacionam tambÃm ao carÃter ambivalente tÃo presente nos obsessivos. Com dificuldades em conseguir um destino adequado para as pulsÃes de amor e Ãdio, igualmente intensas, o obsessivo adota formaÃÃes de compromisso como tais resistÃncias, que, ao mesmo tempo em que parecem inÃcuas, entravam a anÃlise por nÃo fazerem com que o sujeito nela se implique. ConcluÃmos que, sendo a transferÃncia uma neurose artificial, à imprescindÃvel que compreendamos as caracterÃsticas da neurose em questÃo, pois estas sÃo responsÃveis por dar o tom da transferÃncia.
The transference in obsessional neurosis has many characteristics that can become difficulties in the course of treatment. We intend to analyze the particularities of this transference and relate them to the obsessional neurosis itself. These difficulties in the handle of the obsessional neurosisÂs transference emerged from our clinical activity, from which we delimitated our subject. In despite of this, the clinical case that we assisted lacked elements to base a study. We decided then to approach the transference and the obsessional neurosis from a metapshychological point of view, emphasizing the dynamic and economic aspects. Then, we correlated the founded data to the difficulties faced by Freud in his main clinical cases of obsessional neurosis and to the difficulties we faced in the course of the treatment that instigated this study. We concluded that the obsessional neurosis particular form of the repression (the displacement) causes most part of the particularities of this neurosis, like rationalization and ritualistic behavior. The most visible effects of the displacement in the transferencial context are the rationalizations and the resistance to associate freely. These manifestations have relation with the ambivalent type present in obsessive patients. These resistances, as the same time seem to be inoffensive, are very disadvantageous to the treatment, since they prevent the patient of engage the treatment. We concluded that, being an artificial neurosis, the transference should be comprehended in relation of the characteristics of the neurosis in question, since that characteristics are responsible for the transference form and manifestation.

Why my grandfather cried: the depression clinic - was built from clinical experience with diagnosed depressed patients using psychiatric medication. It is not, as the title might suggest, a response to my grandfather's experience of depression; but rather as an inspiration for the study of the clinic of depression to take its own shape. Thinking of depression in the light of Psychoanalysis, considering its genesis, the sense of symptoms, the differential clinic in relation to other neuroses and pathologies, required bringing together authors of relevant studies in the field of Psychoanalysis, especially the study published by Maria Rita Kehl, for translating what I was undertaking in listening to the depressions of patients referred by psychiatrist (colleagues) friends. To preserve the progress of patient analyzes, I have used literary references as approximate examples of the types of depression that depress neurotics. We know that not only do neurotics suffer from depression; in this study, however, experience and theoretical and literary references point to three types of depression: depression in hysterical neurosis, obsessional neurosis, and the type that contains a rarity of understanding, that of neurotic depression. It is in the dimension of its psychic structure that the listening of the suffering of the depressive affects in the scope of the clinical treatment. Finally, the difficult question of the clinical conduct of depression, especially of severe cases, accompanied by psychiatric medication
A tese intitulada Por que meu vô chorava: a clínica da depressão foi construída a partir da experiência clínica com pacientes diagnosticados depressivos que fazem uso de medicação com acompanhamento psiquiátrico. Não se trata, como poderia o título sugerir, de uma resposta à experiência de depressão do meu avô; e sim de uma inspiração para que o estudo sobre a clínica da depressão adquirisse contornos próprios. Pensar a depressão à luz da Psicanálise, levando em conta a sua gênese, o sentido dos sintomas, a clínica diferencial em relação às demais neuroses e patologias, exigiu reunir autores de relevantes estudos no campo da Psicanálise, especialmente o estudo publicado por Maria Rita Kehl O tempo e o cão: a atualidade das depressões, por traduzir o que eu estava a empreender na escuta das depressões dos pacientes encaminhados por amigos psiquiatras. Para preservar o andamento das análises dos pacientes, vali-me de referências literárias, como exemplos aproximados aos tipos de depressão que abatem os neuróticos. Sabemos que não somente os neuróticos sofrem de depressão; neste estudo, porém, a experiência e as referências teóricas e literárias apontam para três tipos de depressão: a depressão na neurose histérica, na neurose obsessiva e no tipo que contém uma raridade de entendimento, o da depressão neurótica. É na dimensão de sua estrutura psíquica que a escuta do sofrimento do depressivo incide no âmbito do tratamento clínico. Com dificuldades em conseguir um destino adequado para as pulsões de amor e ódio, igualmente intensas, o obsessivo adota formações de compromisso como tais resistências, que, ao mesmo tempo em que parecem inócuas, entravam a análise por não fazerem com que o sujeito nela se implique. Concluímos que, sendo a transferência uma neurose artificial, é imprescindível que compreendamos as características da neurose em questão, pois estas são responsáveis por dar o tom da transferência.

There is, in this dissertation, the purpose of discussing whether there is, from the point of view of the Ego structure in subjects, elements by which to discern what supports the way neurotics and psychotics demarcate distinct positioning in the face of religious experiences, establishing different relationships with divinity. Therefore, methodologically, to undertake a bibliographical study based on the work of Freud and Lacan, in the first teaching, in their productions concerning religion, constitution of Ego, neurosis and psychosis, beyond a discussion of two Freudian cases: Schreber and the Rats Man. So, take place joints between religion and father complex in psychoanalysis, addressing the elements present in the traumatic origin of monotheistic religions and the way they are updated in the subject, and set up approaches between religious formations, production delusional and fantasy. Makes up a theoretical framework on the mode ego structure, on the neuroses and psychoses, in stressing the concept of narcissism to establish the imaginary and symbolic dimensions that participate in this process as well as for the subsequent theoretical modifications. Finally, it is an investigation regarding the way in which the Ego is constituted in neuroses and psychoses, mechanisms peculiar to each of these structures and the presence of religious speech as well as of divine figures, by analysis of clinical cases. Among the main findings of the research highlight: a) intelligibility in Freudian formulations about religion, placing it sometimes beside the neuroses, sometimes beside the psychoses, giving her a double logic; b) the peculiarities in the constitution of the Ego, this is, fixing the paranoid in the mirror stage and the crossing of the obsessive at Oedipus, as well as their distinct attitudes towards Other and conflicts of these psychic structures instances, result a way in which the experiences of religion and deities appear in symptoms and elementary formations; c) the structural belief notion in neurosis and the dimension of certainty in psychosis allow in the perception of differences in the way these individuals understand the divine figures, which appear consistently associated with paternal figure in psychoanalytic theorizing.
Tem-se, nesta dissertação, o propósito de discutir se há, do ponto de vista da estruturação do Eu nos sujeitos, elementos pelos quais se possa discernir o que respalda a maneira como os neuróticos e psicóticos demarcam um posicionamento distinto frente às experiências de religiosidade, estabelecendo relacionamentos diferentes com a divindade. Para tanto, metodologicamente, empreende-se um estudo bibliográfico fundamentado na obra de Freud e no primeiro ensino de Lacan em suas produções referentes à religião, constituição do Eu, neurose e psicose, além da discussão de dois casos clínicos freudianos: Schreber e o Homem dos Ratos. Sendo assim, realizam-se articulações entre a religião e o complexo paterno em psicanálise, abordando os elementos traumáticos presentes na origem das religiões monoteístas e a maneira pela qual eles se atualizam nos sujeitos, além de estabelecerem-se aproximações entre as formações religiosas, as produções delirantes e a fantasia. Efetua-se um recorte sobre o modo de estruturação do Eu, nas neuroses e nas psicoses, salientando o conceito de narcisismo para o estabelecimento das dimensões imaginárias e simbólicas que participam desse processo, bem como para as modificações teóricas subsequentes. Por fim, faz-se uma investigação sobre o modo pelo qual o Eu se constitui nas neuroses e psicoses, os mecanismos peculiares a cada uma destas estruturas e a presença do discurso religioso, assim como das figuras divinas, através da análise dos casos clínicos. Dentre os principais achados da pesquisa destaca-se: a) a inteligibilidade nas formulações freudianas sobre a religião, situando-a ora ao lado das neuroses, ora ao lado das psicoses, fornecendo a ela uma dupla lógica; b) as peculiaridades na constituição do Eu, isto é, a fixação do paranoico no estádio do espelho e o atravessamento do Édipo no obsessivo, bem como seus posicionamentos distintos frente ao Outro e o conflito das instâncias psíquicas nestas estruturas, implicam na maneira pela qual as experiências de religiosidade e as divindades aparecem nos sintomas e nas formações elementares; c) a noção de crença estrutural na neurose e a dimensão de certeza na psicose permitem a percepção das diferenças no modo como estes indivíduos compreendem as figuras divinas, que aparecerem constantemente associadas à figura paterna nas teorizações psicanalíticas.

Para tanto, metodologicamente, empreende-se um estudo bibliogrÃfico fundamentado na obra de Freud e no primeiro ensino de Lacan em suas produÃÃes referentes à religiÃo, constituiÃÃo do Eu, neurose e psicose, alÃm da discussÃo de dois casos clÃnicos freudianos: Schreber e o Homem dos Ratos. Sendo assim, realizam-se articulaÃÃes entre a religiÃo e o complexo paterno em psicanÃlise, abordando os elementos traumÃticos presentes na origem das religiÃes monoteÃstas e a maneira pela qual eles se atualizam nos sujeitos, alÃm de estabelecerem-se aproximaÃÃes entre as formaÃÃes religiosas, as produÃÃes delirantes e a fantasia. Efetua-se um recorte sobre o modo de estruturaÃÃo do Eu, nas neuroses e nas psicoses, salientando o conceito de narcisismo para o estabelecimento das dimensÃes imaginÃrias e simbÃlicas que participam desse processo, bem como para as modificaÃÃes teÃricas subsequentes. Por fim, faz-se uma investigaÃÃo sobre o modo pelo qual o Eu se constitui nas neuroses e psicoses, os mecanismos peculiares a cada uma destas estruturas e a presenÃa do discurso religioso, assim como das figuras divinas, atravÃs da anÃlise dos casos clÃnicos. Dentre os principais achados da pesquisa destaca-se: a) a inteligibilidade nas formulaÃÃes freudianas sobre a religiÃo, situando-a ora ao lado das neuroses, ora ao lado das psicoses, fornecendo a ela uma dupla lÃgica; b) as peculiaridades na constituiÃÃo do Eu, isto Ã, a fixaÃÃo do paranoico no estÃdio do espelho e o atravessamento do Ãdipo no obsessivo, bem como seus posicionamentos distintos frente ao Outro e o conflito das instÃncias psÃquicas nestas estruturas, implicam na maneira pela qual as experiÃncias de religiosidade e as divindades aparecem nos sintomas e nas formaÃÃes elementares; c) a noÃÃo de crenÃa estrutural na neurose e a dimensÃo de certeza na psicose permitem a percepÃÃo das diferenÃas no modo como estes indivÃduos compreendem as figuras divinas, que aparecerem constantemente associadas à figura paterna nas teorizaÃÃes psicanalÃticas
There is, in this dissertation, the purpose of discussing whether there is, from the point of view of the Ego structure in subjects, elements by which to discern what supports the way neurotics and psychotics demarcate distinct positioning in the face of religious experiences, establishing different relationships with divinity. Therefore, methodologically, to undertake a bibliographical study based on the work of Freud and Lacan, in the first teaching, in their productions concerning religion, constitution of Ego, neurosis and psychosis, beyond a discussion of two Freudian cases: Schreber and the Rats Man. So, take place joints between religion and father complex in psychoanalysis, addressing the elements present in the traumatic origin of monotheistic religions and the way they are updated in the subject, and set up approaches between religious formations, production delusional and fantasy. Makes up a theoretical framework on the mode ego structure, on the neuroses and psychoses, in stressing the concept of narcissism to establish the imaginary and symbolic dimensions that participate in this process as well as for the subsequent theoretical modifications. Finally, it is an investigation regarding the way in which the Ego is constituted in neuroses and psychoses, mechanisms peculiar to each of these structures and the presence of religious speech as well as of divine figures, by analysis of clinical cases. Among the main findings of the research highlight: a) intelligibility in Freudian formulations about religion, placing it sometimes beside the neuroses, sometimes beside the psychoses, giving her a double logic; b) the peculiarities in the constitution of the Ego, this is, fixing the paranoid in the mirror stage and the crossing of the obsessive at Oedipus, as well as their distinct attitudes towards Other and conflicts of these psychic structures instances, result a way in which the experiences of religion and deities appear in symptoms and elementary formations; c) the structural belief notion in neurosis and the dimension of certainty in psychosis allow in the perception of differences in the way these individuals understand the divine figures, which appear consistently associated with paternal figure in psychoanalytic theorizing

Este trabalho tem por objetivo analisar o conceito freudiano de angústia e discutir em que medida as hipóteses sobre a angústia apresentadas a partir de 1926 representam uma novidade na teoria. A hipótese mais difundida entre os intérpretes de Freud é a de que ele formulou duas teorias sobre a angústia. Na primeira, esta é concebida como transformação da energia sexual que não pôde ser adequadamente descarregada. Na segunda, ganha ênfase a ideia da angústia como reação a um perigo. Entretanto, há autores que defendem três momentos relativos a essa teoria. Nesse sentido, seria possível observar, já nas primeiras formulações de Freud, a ideia de um sinal, que atua para impedir um desprazer ainda maior, no aparelho psíquico. Este sinal resultaria da ativação de um traço mnêmico, que se constituiria diante de uma experiência dolorosa de origem externa. Encontramos, assim, na etapa inicial da teoria freudiana, a ideia de um afeto compreendido como reação a um perigo externo. Contudo, estas reflexões são apresentadas mais clara e profundamente ao fim de sua obra, em Inibição, Sintomas e Angústia (1926).
This work has the purpose to analyze the Freudian concept of anxiety and discuss in what extent the hypothesis on anxiety provided from 1926 represent a novelty in the theory. The most widespread hypothesis among Freud`s interpreters is that he had formulated two theories about anxiety. At the first one, the anxiety is conceived like a sexual energy transformation that could not be adequately discharged. At the second, it is emphasized the idea of anxiety as a reaction to danger. However, there are authors who defend three moments in the anxiety theory. Therefore, it is possible to observe within the early Freudian formulations the idea of a signal that acts to prevent an even greater displeasure in the psychic apparatus. This signal would result from the activation of a mnemonic trace, which would be due to a painful experience of external origin. Thereby, it can be found at the initial stage of the Freudian theory the idea of an affect understood as a reaction to an external danger. Nevertheless, these considerations are presented more clearly and profoundly at the end of his work, at Inhibition, Symptom and Anxiety (1926).
