Анотація:
Ekosistem padang lamun sebagai salah satu ekosistem di wilayah pesisir mempunyai produktifitas yang tinggi. Proses produksi tegakan lamun sebagai hasil fotosintesa menghasilkan biomassa lamun yang relative tinggi. Sejalan dengan proses produksi tersebut, serasah lamun yang luruh di dasar perairan sebagai detritus mengalami proses dekomposisi oleh bakteri pengurai. Proses dekomposisi ini akan menghasilkan nutrien terlarut di perairan yang kemudian akan dimanfaatkan kembali oleh lamun untuk proses produksi. Penelitian tentang kajian distribusi jenis lamun yang dihubungkan dengan sebaran nutrien perairan di padang lamun Teluk Awur Jepara telah dilakukan dengan hasil yang menunjukkan sebaran nutrient lamun di empat stasiun dengan masing masing 3 kali ulangan menunjukkan bahwa lamun jenis Thalasisia hemprichii dan Enhalus acoroides cenderung menyebar pada habitat dengan substrat pasir berlumpur dengan kandungan bahan organik yang relatif tinggi.sedangkan lamun jenis Cymodocea serrulata dan Syringodium isoetifolium lebih banyak ditemukan di habitat dengan substrat pasir halus. Hasil analisa laboratorium untuk kandungan nutrient perairan dan sedimen menunjukkan hasil yang bervariasi dengan kisaran rata-rata antara 2,006-3,276 mg/l untuk nitrat dan 0,0025 -0,0076 mg/l untuk phospat perairan serta 4,254-7,324 mg/l untuk nitrat dan 2,324-5,544 mg/l untuk phospat sedimen perairan. Indeks Keanekaragaman, Indeks Keseragaman dan Indeks Dominansi lamun menunjukan nilai rendah hingga sedang, bervariasi menurut distribusi jenis lamun yang ditemukan di lokasi penelitian. Анотація:
The availability of nutrients in seagrass beds can act as growth limiting factors. Absorption of nutrients in the water column is carried out by the leaves while the absorption of nutrients from the sediment is carried out by the roots but does not rule out the transport of nutrients by the roots will also arrive at the leaves of the seagrass. If the nutrient requirement is not met properly, then the growth will be disrupted. Like the difference in distribution and density of seagrass itself. Nutrient concentrations in waters vary. Nitrate and phosphate levels in the waters are strongly influenced by sources of organic material from outside/land (allochthonous) or from the water itself (autocthonous). This research was conducted with the aim of nothing: to determine the relationship between nutrient content (nitrate and phosphate) in sediment to seagrass cover in Teluk Awur and Pantai Blebak, JeparaData collection of seagrass and sediment was carried out on March 2018 in the waters of Teluk Awur and Blebak Beach, Kabupaten Jepara. Type identification, density, and coverage are carried out at the research location. Nitrate and phosphate analysis in sediments is carried out in Laboratorium Pengujian dan Peralatan. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that there is a very strong positive relationship between nutrients and seagrass closure in the two research locations, each of which is 0.955 (91.1%) in Teluk Awur waters and 0.962 (92.6%) in Blebak Beach.Ketersediaan nutrien di perairan padang lamun dapat berperan sebagai faktor pembatas pertumbuhan. Penyerapan nutrien pada lamun pada kolom air dilakukan oleh daun sedangkan penyerapan nutrien dari sedimen dilakukan oleh akar namun tidak menutup kemungkinan pengangkutan nutrien oleh akar juga akan sampai pada bagian daun. Jika kebutuhan nutrien tidak terpenuhi dengan baik, maka pertumbuhannya mengalami gangguan. Seperti perbedaan sebaran dan kepadatan lamun itu sendiri. Konsentrasi nutrien di perairan bervariasi. Kadar nitrat dan fosfat di perairan sangat dipengaruhi oleh sumber bahan organik yang berasal dari luar/ daratan (allochthonous) maupun dari dalam perairan itu sendiri (autocthonous). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan: untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kandungan nutrien (nitrat dan fosfat) pada sedimen terhadap tutupan lamun di Teluk Awur dan Pantai Blebak, Jepara. Identifikasi jenis, kepadatan dan penutupan dilakukan pada lokasi penelitian. Analisa nitrat dan fosfat dalam sedimen dilakukan di Laboratorium Pengujian dan Peralatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat di ambil kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan sangat kuat positif antara nutrien dengan penutupan lamun pada dua lokasi penelitian, nilainya masing-masing sebesar 0,955 (91,1%) di Perairan Teluk Awur dan 0,962 (92,6%) di Pantai Blebak.

Анотація:
The objective of research was to economic analysis of manure utilization for fertilizer and manure management practices at the different size dairy farms engaged also in crop production in Burdur province. Data were obtained by conducting a questionnaire with 102 farmers which had dairy and crop productions. It was determined that as farm size increased ratio of crop nutrient demand met by manure increased. Crop nutrient demand met by manure was 29.9, 58.9 and 45.2 % for Group I, II and all farms average, respectively. When farmers used manure as fertilizer, amount of saving were 51.8, 107.1 and 80.6 TL/decare for Group I, II and all farms average, respectively. These results indicate that manure use can become economical for farmers. However, it has been found that nutrient losses are related to the excess in use of chemical fertilizers in all farms. Nutrient surplus due to extra chemical fertilizer use were 7.1, 15.9 and 11.8 kg for Group I, II and all farms average, respectively. Economic losses due to surplus nutrient substances usage were 65.1, 152.6 and 110.6 TL for Group I, II and all farms average, respectively. It was determined that farmers' knowledge level on manure use, management and chemical fertilizer were low in the research area. One major issue to be solved before manure use is to inform farmers about the importance of soil testing.

Анотація:
V tomto příspěvku bychom chtěli popsat prvky potřebné ke komplexní a v klinické praxi využitelné reprezentaci výsledků genetického vyšetření. Tuto reprezentaci využíváme v návrhu systému pracovně nazvaném Personální genetická karta, který je připravován v rámci spolupráce CIIRC ČVUT a firmy Mediware a.s. Genetické informace jsou v posledních letech stále častěji uvažovány v medicínských procesech i v oblastech, které nejsou přímo napojeny na lékařskou péči, ale se zdravím úzce souvisí, jako je např. nutriční poradenství. Velkým tématem je správné využití genetických informací ve vhodné formě. Z dosavadních zkušeností vyplývá, že samotné genetické vyšetření je pouze začátkem a je nutné k němu připojit také informace z něho vy-plývající, jako jsou například predispozice k chorobám, známé metabolizace léků či intolerance k různým látkám – jinými slovy klinickou interpretací a doporučeními, které by měly být nedíl-nou součástí komplexní reprezentace genetického vyšetření. Pro ukládání informací genetické vyšetření existuje několik široce používaných databází, jako jsou např. HGNC, NCBI RefSeq, NCBI dbNSP, HGVS a další. Struktura reprezentace genetické in-formace by měla umožňovat provázání těchto kódování s odka-zem na příslušný zdroj kódu a získává tak zároveň i informace a znalosti obsažené v těchto databázích. Jako vhodný slovník pro popis měření a výsledku genetické analýzy se ukazuje být řízený slovník LOINC® (www.loinc.org), který představuje ověřený způsob reprezentace klinických a laboratorních analýz a je využíván v mnoha zemích světa. Tento systém umožňuje velmi komplexní reprezentaci genetického vyšetření. V oblasti interpretací genetických vyšetření existuje také již několik ucelených databází jako jsou např. PharmGKB, která se zaměřuje primárně na farmakogenetiku. Právě v oblasti farmak-ogenetiky je přínos využívání genetické analýzy nejvíce patrný a má vysoký potenciál. Proto jsou naše záměry namířena hlavně do oblasti farmakogenetiky a jejího provázání s farmakokine-tikou a farmakodynamikou za účelem co nejlepší administrace léků a minimalizace rizik.

ABSTRAK: Ekosistem mangrove merupakan ekosistem yang tumbuh di daerah bersalinitas cukup tinggi yang memiliki kemampuan adaptasi di daerah intertidal. Sumber nutrien mangrove didapatkan salah satunya dari serasah mangrove. Banyak sedikitnya serasah mangrove dipengaruhi oleh kerapatan dan tutupan kanopi mangrove. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis persentase tutupan kanopi mangrove di Desa Betahwalang. Metode deskriptif adalah metode yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini. Stasiun lokasi penelitian ditentukan menggunakan purposive sampling. Mengetahui tutupan kanopi mangrove digunakan metode Hemispherical Photography. Metode Hemispherical Photographyadalah metode dengan menghitung luasan tutupan kanopi dengan menggunakan kamera dari bawah kanopi pohon. Metode ini menghasilkan data yang lebih akurat dikarenakan luas wilayah yang ditangkap dengan kamera lebih spesifik sehingga menggambarkan tutupan kanopi pohon sesungguhnya. Pengambilan data tutupan kanopi mangrove menggunakan metode Hemispherical Photography menggunakan kamera depan handphone OPPO F1 dengan resolusi kamera 8 megapixel dengan resolusi HD (1.280x720) pada suatu titik pengambilan foto. Teknik ini digunakan dalam plot 10x10 m dan dianalisis menggunakan software Ms. excel 2013 dan Image J. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan 12 spesies mangrove, 5 diantaranya terdapat di dalam plot pengambilan data. Spesies mangrove yang ditemukan di dalam plot yaituRhizophora mucronata, Rhizophora apiculata, Avicennia alba, Avicennia marina dan Sonneratia caseolaris. Nilai kerapatan yang didapatkan berkisar 1.066–3.066 ind/ha dan nilai tutupan kanopi mangrove sebesar 81,07% yang tergolong kedalam kategori padat. ABSTRACT: Mangrove ecosystems is that ecosystems grow in areas of high enough salinity that have the ability to adapt in intertidal zone. Mangrove nutrient obainted form litter mangrove. Litter mangrove was affected by the density and canopy cover mangrove. The purposes of this research is to analyzedmangrove canopy cover in Betahwalang, Demak. Descriptive method is the method chosen in this study. Sampling station was designated used purposive sampling methodand mangrove canopy cover was determined using hemispherical photography method.The method was basically calculatingthe extent of canopy cover by using camera positionedunder a trees canopy. This method believed to be relatively accurate on determining the actual cover area since the area captured by camera are precisely specificbecause of an area captured by the camera more specific sodescribe the actual tree canopy cover. Retrieval of canopy cover data used hemispherical photography method used the mobile phone front camera with 8 megapixel camera resolution with HD resolution (1.280 x 720) at a point of taked photos. This method used in 10m x 10m plot and analyzed used software Ms.excel 2013 and Image J.The research found12 mangrove species, 5 in the plot. Mangrove species in the plot mean Rhizophora mucronata, Rhizophora apiculata, Avicennia alba, Avicennia marina dan Sonneratia caseolaris. Density have ranged 1.066- 3.066 ind/ha and canopy covercover of trees canopy and so classified as dense canopy cover of 81.07% were classified into solid categories.

Анотація:
This study was aimed to determine the nutrient content of the black pigeon pea flour that has been subjected to several pre-treatments. A completely randomized experimental design was applied in this study that consisted of four levels of treatments replicated 3 times. The results showed that either moisture, protein, fat, carbohydrate, or fiber content were significantly influenced by pre-treatments on processing of the black pigeon pea flour. However, the ash content was not significantly affected. The best result was obtained by A2 treatment that produced the black pigeon pea flour with the moisture, ash, protein, fat, carbohydrate and fiber contents of 6.16%, 0.94%, 24.32%, 2.94%, 65.64%, and 3.21%, respectively.

Анотація:
SINTESIS KALIUM MAGNESIUM POSFAT MELALUI METODA MEKANOKIMIA UNTUKAPLIKASI SEBAGAI PUPUK SLOW RELEASE.. Material yang bersifat slow release dapat digunakansebagai pupuk slow release, yakni jenis baru dimana pelepasan elemennya dapat diturunkan. Salah satu pupukslow release adalah potassium magnesium phosphate (KMgPO4). Analisa XRD terhadap material inimenunjukan bahwa kemurnian material ini cukup tinggi, hanya fasa KMgPO4 yang dapat dideteksi dalamsampel material ini. Analysis FTIR menunjukan bahwa teknik mekanokimia cukup berhasil untuk mensintesamaterial in. Analisa DTA menunjukan bahwa material ini stabil dari perubahan temperatur. Analisa morfologimenunjukan bahwa partikel yang tergranulasi memiliki ukuran sekitar 100 mikron. Dibanding dengan pupukbiasa yang nutriennya cepat larut, nutrien yang terlarut dari pupuk jenis slow release dapat diturunkan menjadisekitar 32-33, 22-24, and 0,1-0,7 %, untuk masing-masing potassium, phosphate and magnesium. Hasil ujileaching menunjukan bahwa material ini dapat digolongkan sebagai material yang bersifat slow release.

Анотація:
Táto diplomová práca je zameraná na nutričné zhodnotenie vybraných práškov hmyzu zo svrčkov domových, z lariev múčiara obyčajného a potemníka stajňového a jedného potravinového produktu na báze hmyzu, ktorý bol tiež vyvinutý ako jeden z cieľov tejto práce. Okrem základných nutričných analýz boli použité aj ICP-OES pre zistenie obsahu minerálov a GC-FID pre zistenie zloženia mastných kyselín. Tiež bol stanovený obsah hrubej bielkoviny pomocou CHNSO analyzátora a stanovený obsah EAA. Pomocou PCA analýzy sa úspešne podarilo rozlíšiť vzorky jednotlivých hmyzích práškov, ktoré potvrdili rozmanitosť jednotlivých druhov hmyzu a vďaka projekcii do roviny hlavných komponent je možné vidieť, v ktorých nutričných parametroch sa najviac líšia. Bola tiež vykonaná senzorická analýza novo vyvinutého produktu na báze hmyzu s prídavkom prášku z potemníka stajňového v porovnaní s konkurenčnými produktmu. Súčasťou práce je aj rozsiahly spotrebiteľský prieskum na vzorke 2 019 účastníkov, týkajúci sa vnímania entomofágie v Českej republike a na Slovensku, ktorý sa uskutočnil online.

Diabetic foot syndrome is a serious chronic complication of diabetes mellitus, caused by a number of factors such as neuropathy, angiopathy, infection, and above all, this syndrome is consequence of a poor diabetes compensation and cardiovascular risk factors. It is characterized by particularly impaired wound healing and a higher tendency to chronicity, which can often be a reason for disability of the patient. Nutrition plays a very important role in a patient hospitalized with diabetic foot syndrome, as adequate coverage of energy and nutritional needs is essential for successful treatment and healing of ulcers. The theoretical part of this diploma thesis first mentions diabetes mellitus, its basic characteristics and briefly describes the types of diabetes that are associated with diabetic foot syndrome. Acute and chronic complications of diabetes are also discussed, followed by a more extensive chapter on the diabetic foot syndrome itself. This is the very definition of the term, epidemiology, pathogenesis, classification, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of this syndrome. The last chapter deals briefly with general nutritional recommendations for diabetics and the nutritional status of patients in which they are most often found when they are admitted to hospital, which is malnutrition,...

Anežka Adamcová Title of Diploma Thesis: Analysis of nutritionally important substances in fruit tree waste products by HPLC This diploma thesis deals with the content of phenolic compounds in various parts of tree of the genus Pyrus. The theoretical part is focused on characterization, biosynthesis, chemical and biological properties of major phenolic compounds in pear-trees and the possibilities of their determination with the use of the latest scientific studies. The experimental part contains an extensive analysis of arbutin, chlorogenic acid, 1,5- dicaffeoylquinic acid, 3,5- dicaffeoylquinic acid and rutin in extracts of leaves, bark, buds, fruits, flowers and wood chip. Developed and validated HPLC-DAD method was used and the total antioxidant activity was determined by FIA method with electrochemical detection. An ASCENTIS Express RP-Amide 150×4.6 mm, 2.7 μm analytical column and gradient elution consisting of organic part of acetonitrile (ACN) and water part with 0,85% phosphoric acid (pH = 2.2) were used for analysis. Анотація:
The theoretical part deals with celiac disease, gluten-free diet composition and the importance of fiber consumption in gluten-free diet. The practical part deals with the production of muesli bars from gluten-free raw materials with different percentage of fiber. Two formulations have been proposed in which samples containing 0 %, 3 %, 6 % and 9 % fiber are always prepared. For these products were determined the physical properties, calculated the nutritional values. At the end was performed the sensory analysis. All results are shown by graphs. The best muesli bar was without fiber (buckwheat and rice flakes 1: 1, agave syrup, honey). The strongest was the muesli bar with 9% fiber content (buckwheat and rice flakes 1: 1, agave syrup, honey and wheat fiber). Muesli bars with 9 % fiber content showed the most favorable nutritional composition. The addition of fiber 3 % was evaluated as sensory acceptable.

The subject of my thesis was an analysis that deals with the level of nutrition of holstein cattle, witch evaluates feeding, drinking, silage quality techniques and optimalization of the feed ration in 2017 and 2018. In 2017 the feed ration used for dairy cows contained more PDIE. In 2018 the feed ration contained lower amount of energy (6MJ NEL/ 1kg of dry matter) and NL (138,6 g NL/kg of dry matter). After comparing of these two diets for dairy cows with nutrient need, there was recommended an increase of dry matter content in feeding ration. In the milk productivity assessement, the fat and protein content, SC, total aerobic microbial count, was reviewed. The statistic shows the impact of the season of the year on the fat and protein content, SC, total aerobic microbial count in milk. From ecomomy point of view, costs per litre of selled milk was 7,69 Kč in 2017, which was lowered to 7,28 CZK per litre of selled milk. Both years was profitable, and in comparing the economy from 2017 with Czech republic average, tracked stable was more profitable 3 662 CZK per dairy cow.

The aim of this diploma thesis was a sensory and nutritional evaluation of vegetable drinks. The analysis focused on rice and oat drink. Part of the population has health problems with milk consumption. Some substitutes can be beverages from legumes, cereals, nuts, etc. Oat and rice drinks does not contain cholesterol, are a source of minerals and vitamins. Rice and oat drink does not contain lactose or milk proteins. The downside is the insufficient amount of protein and the fact that, unlike milk protein, the protein of cereals is poor, deficient. Rice drink does not contain gluten. The sensory analysis aimed to compare individual drinks and determine their differences between samples, to determine the intensity of certain properties and to rank the samples from best to worst. The sensory analysis confirmed the differences between manufacturers. In the case of rice beverages, the evaluators concluded that they perceived the difference between the product of Alpro and Alnatura, with the Alnatura drink being considered the most acceptable. The amount of fat in rice beverages was low (1-1.1 g fat per 100 ml). Drinks also contain little protein (0.1-0.3 g / 100 ml). Oat beverages differed in particular with Alnatura and Delhaize - Bio. The evaluators preferred Delhaize Drink Company - Bio the most. The nutritional composition of the fat-like products is similar to rice beverages (1-1.5 g fat per 100 ml). The amount of protein was slightly higher (0.6-1 g protein per 100 ml). From a nutritional point of view, there is a noticeable difference between cow's milk and oat and rice beverages. The rice and oat drinks that were preferred contained the most sugar and the brewing flavor was the least noticeable.

This thesis at first discusses the importance of permanent grasslands, establishing and revival of pastures, further dividing agrobotanical groups, homogeneity of pastures and the treatment and fertilization of grasslands. The second part focuses on the breeding of cattle, commercial properties and targets in breeding herds. It deals with the Aberdeen angus beef, that is kept at monitored sites. In addition, the organization and the division of pastures. The third part contains observational monitoring of grassland. The effects of different grazing systems on pasture vegetation were observed at the selected pastures areas. Forage crop characteristics were measured and the suitable grazing system was designed and system of usage and treatment of pasture vegetation was designed. The observation was greatly complicated because of the excessive rainfall (floods) in the first third of the grazing season.

Hematooncological diseases are often accompanied by dietary restriction, especially in cytotoxic therapy. The main purpose of the work was to assess the effect of high-dose chemotherapy on the change of nutritional status in two groups of hematooncological patients. A total of 16 patients were enrolled. Changes of the body composition were evaluated using bioelectrical impedance analysis supplemented by monitoring of biochemical nutritional indicators. Observations showed that in both groups the majority lost weight. In the first group of eight patients with acute myeloid leukemia observed during three consecutive hospitalizations, the median of change of body weight was -3.7 kg (-4.3%). Loss of lean body mass with a median value of -4.8 kg (-7.2%) was detected at all patients. Body fat was reduced at half of the patients. In some cases, with length of observation, there was an increase in fat mass along with visceral fat. In the second group, which included eight patients (after autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation) at whom one hospitalization was evaluated, body weight was reduced at six patients. This integrated lesson focuses on fermentation, its role in cellular respiration, and practical uses of fermentation for food preservation and nutrient bioavailability. The authors created authentic students experiences through fermentation of yogurt, kefir, kimchi, sauerkraut, pickles, and kombucha. Teachers used the science literacy practices while students engaged with a professional paper throughout the learning cycle in the Biology course. ELA reading practices were implemented to engage students in reading scientific papers and development of a final written assignment. Business owners and other experts brought real-world and hands-on experience in making these products as well as ties to personal culture. The authors applied the 5E lesson plan format, which prompts students to analyze their thinking through a cycle of hands-on and minds-on activities. This lesson addresses Tennessee State Standards for Science and English Language Arts (ELA) for students from both Biology and ELA courses (11th and 12th grades).

Анотація:
Article is based on the research activities in the Lower Raut region in the period 2014-2018. Main goal of studies performed was preparing of nutrient balances and development of management papers for nutrient reduction. A number of samples were collected to analyze nutrient content in the components of environment for calculations of nutrient loads in the region. Nutrient balances included data on its content in superficial runoff from different parts of the Orhei municipality such as: transport, industrial and living areas. Vulnerable sites of the town were identified and relevant measures proposed to reduce impact of pollution.

Sufficient nutrient supply has long been regarded as a crucial factor for maintaining intervertebral disc (IVD) cell viability and preventing IVD degeneration1,2. Due to avascular nature of the tissue, nutrients for IVD cells are transported, mainly by diffusion, through the dense extracellular matrix of the tissue from the peripheral and endplate vasculatures. Experimental studies on the effects of nutrient deprivation on IVD cell viability showed that glucose is the most critical nutrient affecting the cell density in IVD3–5. Because of the difficulties in studying mechano-biology of human IVD in vivo, numerical simulations are necessary to investigate how the disturbances of biological, physical, and chemical signals can affect the cellular metabolism and viability in IVD. However, to date, there is no adequate theoretical model that is able to describe the change of cell density in IVD under dynamic conditions. Therefore, the objective of this study was to develop a new constitutive model for cell growth/death in human IVD and to analyze the cell metabolism and cell viability in IVD under dynamic, mechanical loading conditions using numerical methods based on the mechano-electrochemical mixture theory6,7.

Abstract Renewable energy, is the primary load bearer of a sustainable circular economy and hydropower being one of the earliest forms of it, has a wide application base. With unprecedented situations being faced by the people every day, power consumption patterns and requirements are changing and so are the faces of the leading economies. However, like other renewable strategies it is assayed based on the greenhouse gas emissions during its operation. This unfortunately presents a true but blurry picture. Some of the long-term issues with creating a dam, are soil quality degradation in downstream regions, loss of aquatic life due to high-speed turbine blades, disbalance in the nutrient cycle of aquatic systems, water contamination with machinery oils, displacement of local communities, loss of soil fertility near the site due to drilling and tunnelling, landslides and seismic issues due to excavation of land which loosens the nearby soil cover. Therefore, our goal is to analyze and compile various case studies of hydro power projects throughout the globe which caused some environmental or social disruption in their respective regions and the various steps that were taken by the government or the locals to tackle these problems. Many areas faced seismic problems, environmental degradation, water profile alterations and social displacement. But, by opting for new turbine technologies, fish friendly channel designs and landscaping procedures featuring indigenous vegetation to restore surrounding ecology, those regions were able to amend the problems with their hydropower project.
