Topical issues of logistics in the system of organization of construction are considered. The analysis of the problems arising in the development and application of existing organizational technologies for the construction of facilities with complex infrastructure is carried out, organizational changes are identified and characterized, directions for optimizing construction production are identified. Logistic concepts are used to increase the organization (efficiency) of organizations based on synchronization, optimization and integration of flows in construction processes in order to increase work efficiency. The scientific positions on the necessity of deepening, expanding and using the theory of organization when building and developing specific social organizations – territorial communities – are grounded. It is shown their compatibility and identity with organizations of production character.A comparative analysis of the evolution and methodological and legislative support for using the organization’s theory to use its instrumants in the construction and functioning of territorial communities is carried out.Issues of importance, priority of consideration and solving problems of organizational development of territorial communities as a set of complex, integrated social and economic organizations and social institutions of organizational forms of development of society at the basic, initial level of its existence in conditions of decentralization of power and modernization of local self-government are outlined.The evolutionary way of the organization theory, the methodological and legislative principles of which are aimed at the organizational development of enterprises with a predominantly productive nature is studied, including the principles of constructing a bureaucratic model of the organization structure, the principles of constructing human relationships, the principles of the theory of perception, and others. Determination of the possibilities of using the laws on organization and functioning of organizations for the formation and functioning of territorial communities as integrated socio-economic complex organizations is carried out. The essence of the models of organizations and their management tasks as a possible organizational ground for improvement of organizational models of community development is considered.The proof of the necessity of further development of the organization’s theory concerning the organizations of a new type – territorial communities, whose activities are ensured by the common territory of people living, in different organizations, the interconnection, orderliness and interdependence of their joint activities, the unity of the goals of joint development and participation of community residents in their achievement. The algorithm of the formation and substantiation of theoretical and methodological formulation of the organization’s theory concerning social organizations as the basis of the modern innovation organization of territorial communities is constructed.

PurposeThis study aims to relate knowledge creation factors (KCFs) to construction organizations’ effectiveness, which can be measured by different effectiveness outcomes (EOs).Design/methodology/approachData with regard to KCFs and EOs are collected from construction organizations in Vietnam using a survey questionnaire. Regression analysis is used to relate KCFs to EOs.FindingsVarious lists of specific KCFs that may significantly affect EOs are identified. Furthermore, several key KCFs that could play a vital role in enhancing different EOs are highlighted.Research limitations/implicationsOwing to the use of data collected from construction organizations in Vietnam, the results of this study cannot be directly applied to other types of organization in other countries without using any other extra data.Practical implicationsBased on the results of relating KCFs to different EOs, construction organizations would know which specific KCFs are vital to their organizational effectiveness. Hence, they may enhance different organizational effectiveness aspects by focusing more on such KCFs.Originality/valueIn this study, 16 KCFs and 10 EOs which may be useful for organization-level knowledge management practices in construction are introduced. Furthermore, the specific controllable KCFs vital to different EOs are identified. Hence, construction organizations would establish KCFs-based strategies for their management activities to improve various organizational effectiveness aspects.

Анотація:
The study is devoted to scientific provisions and principles of economic development of construction organizations in modern conditions. Based on the study of the theory of economic development, a retrospective analysis of the cyclical nature of construction production, the main factors and directions of their interaction are systematized. Economic and mathematical modeling of the real economic development of construction production was carried out. New approaches to assessing and ensuring the effective functioning of construction organizations are proposed, including substantiation of the target setting of the organization's activities, classification of factor space multidimensional statistical analysis, determination of the optimal ratios of the main technical and economic indicators that ensure the financial and economic stability of construction organizations. The developed models of innovative development of a construction organization are based on increasing the level of total resource productivity. It has been proven that there is a close relationship between the level of economic development and the financial sustainability of a construction organization. An increase in the level of innovative activity in construction production leads to an increase in the financial strength of the organization. The revealed relationship gave the basis to form an algorithm for managing the innovative development of a construction organization on the basis of structure regulation of production costs. The forms and methods of stimulating the economic growth of construction organizations have been substantiated, which consist in improving the system of relations between the participants in the investment process being a significant reserve for economic growth.

This paper focuses on a single event in an organization — a meeting about the news bills and their presumed sales effects on a Swedish evening newspaper. The paper has three purposes. One is (strictly) empirical and shows in detail some aspects the editorial side of newspaper publishing. We show how shared meanings and a joint identification is accomplished, facilitating newspaper editorial work. A second purpose is methodological and illustrates the option of doing in-depth studies of micro events as a way of making organizations visible. Arguably, some situations in organizations may be seen as the organization `written small' and the close and detailed interpretation of these may, if combined with sufficient back-ground and context knowledge, open up a window for a broader understanding of organizations. The third, and most significant, purpose is to develop ideas about identity and identity construction in a specific work organizational context. In particular, we take an interest in how the self-regulation of identity may suppress consideration of aspects and modes of thinking, acting and feeling that run against dominant processes of identity construction. The meeting is viewed as a vehicle for manifesting, clarifying and solidifying identity constructions through conversations around the news bills' sales capacity. The intensity of the work with identity construction is seen in the context of the work organization and production schedule, where infrequent interaction and a quick speed create a lack of possibilities for developing shared understandings and support for the decisions made. The pressure to safeguard a distinctive social identity means that there is little space for broader reflections and considerations threatening a coherent identity constructing conversation.

Organization of work takes a significant place among the basic tasks of the construction industry. The organization of repair and construction works (R-CW) is especially important, since they have specific features in comparison with new construction. Today, information technologies are actively developing, which make significant changes in various industries, including construction. One of the progressive technologies today is the analysis of “big data”. This article outlines the basic concept of using “big data” in the organization of R-CW, which makes it possible to increase the efficiency of organizational decisions, based on the characteristics of a particular repair and construction organization. The methodology proposed by the authors, aimed at the implementation of this concept, includes the solution of a number of tasks, such as assessing organizational decisions that are developed within the framework of a work production project, determining the level of organizational and technological reliability (OTR) and, as a consequence, choosing the best solution. As a tool for the implementation of the above tasks, the authors use a simulation model that makes it possible to simulate the process of performing repair and construction work, taking into account the random nature of their duration. The authors describe the experience of using the proposed methodology in the practice of functioning of one of the Russian construction organizations.

The study reported herein addresses the research question, "To what extent do excellent performing UK construction contracting organizations demonstrate and employ recognized Learning Organization processes?" It utilized a case-study based approach as that approach was seen as being most useful for exploring the processes that may or may not have been clearly defined by each participating organization. The study sought to move beyond the theories of knowledge created by the accepted seminal works on The Learning Organization model and the largely positivist works on construction contractor performance, which have focussed on ‘output’ measures only. The literature reviewed indicated minimal understanding of excellent contractor performance from the perspective of the customer within the construction industry and even less understanding of the practical application of Learning Organization processes within the industry. It suggested the need for research to address the issue by examining how construction customers viewed excellent contractor performance and what processes excellent performing contractors actually employed. The assumption behind this research is that the organization adapts and responds to its environment and takes action to survive and flourish dependent upon its understating of that environment. This is the same behaviour as a living organism in nature displays, and thus requires the researcher to view the organization as a sentient being. Such a view underscores the epistemological perspective, that is the assumption of what knowledge is and how it may be discovered, adopted in this thesis. The research herein reported therefore follows a post-positivist standpoint. The methodological position for the research sits within a functionalist paradigm, a paradigm that enables consideration of the participating organizations within the construction industry to be viewed as a ‘whole’ and as having interrelated parts. This position was considered to be the most useful for the research. The particular approach chosen was that of multiple case studies carried out on the same subject. Carrying out multiple case studies across different organizations provided case-based themes, which was seen to give the research a greater credibility. By definition, the method was therefore one of a collective case study (Creswell, 2007), where several cases were brought to bear on a single issue. It was intended to draw practical examples of Learning Organizations together so that the commonalities and differences between and among them could be integrated in a reformulated Learning Organization model for the construction industry. During the data collection phase, two elements of the research were abandoned as unnecessary and impractical respectively. The unnecessary element was the questionnaire element of the contractor case studies, which was abandoned due to the breadth and depth of data gathered through the other elements of the research (interviews, focus groups and field observation). The impractical element was the intended comparative study on poor performing contractors. This was abandoned as customers almost without fail noted that poor performing contractors were generally not retained on their programmes and therefore their supply chains tended only to range in performance from adequate to excellent. Secondly, it was realized following discussions with customers that poor performers were likely to be aware of their poor performing status and therefore be unlikely to want to participate in the research. The customer organizations identified a number of clear areas where they identified excellent contractor performance. The clear position was that the standard output performance indicators of project completion to time, cost, quality, and health and safety were no longer indicators of excellent performance in the industry. These indicators were now the minimum performance required to satisfy the customer and there was seen to be a further suite of more behavioural measures which were the indicators of excellent performance. These findings were drawn together in a single model for procurement and performance management. The contracting organizations nominated as excellent performers fell largely into the ‘medium sized’ bracket of the construction industry. Indeed, some of the participating customers noted that the larger contractors were actually poorer performers at behavioural aspects of service delivery. The nominated contractors’ processes were examined against the Learning Organization framework provided in Senge et al (1990, 1994) to establish the extent to which recognized Learning Organization processes were being employed. It was noted in the conclusions that whilst all of the organizations employed some Learning Organization processes, none could be said to be a model Learning Organization possessing all of the processes which Senge et al (1990, 1994) suggested. The fact that each organization possessed some Learning Organization processes was accepted against the critique of Ortenblad (2007) that Senge et al’s (1990, 1994) model is all-encompassing in terms of accepting processes into the Learning Organization model. Implications for industry practice were identified based upon the backdrop of procurement and performance management. It was argued that, based on what is noted as really important to construction customer organizations, the procurement and performance management functions should be better aligned to identify Learning Organization processes and their manifestation as excellent contractor performance from the perspective of the customer. For contractor organizations, there was identified a need to attend to developing Learning Organization processes. There also appeared to be a need for the customer to support the journey of their contractors towards becoming a Learning Organization. Senge et al’s (1990, 1994) model was then adapted for the construction industry to reflect this need for customer involvement if the contractor was to adopt Learning Organization processes. This adaptation was considered necessary due to the construction industry model of the customer being more involved in the design and construction phases of their product, coupled with the fact that a single construction customer can represent a large volume of their contractors’ turnover (up to 20% is not uncommon). Furthermore, the low contractor profit margins driven by a lowest price tendering culture (often 2-3%) leave little money for internal investment. The support of an informed customer which does not use a lowest price tendering process was therefore deemed necessary. A number of recommendations for further research may be seen to emerge from this study. Questions were raised as to the reason why larger organizations do not appear as able to provide behavioural excellent performance as medium sized contractors which was considered to be an area for further exploration. In addition, the concept of ‘family’ atmosphere (raised several times by participants during the contractor case studies) and its impact upon the ability for the organization to learn and provide excellent performance was seen to be worthy of further study. Finally, there was deemed to be the potential to examine the applicability of the extended Learning Organization model developed herein to other industries and/or organizational cultures.

Over the past 10 to15 years, there has been a boom in the construction software market. Most of these software’s have functionality to support processes like document management, on-site data logging and reporting, and safety management. They simplify the process of entering and storing the data through supporting mobile and cloud-based computing. Several construction organizations are looking to adopt such IT solutions in their existing processes. One challenge they face is identifying the requirements for the software, and ensuring that it meets the needs and expectations of the internal stakeholders. This thesis aims to address this issue. In this thesis, a case study of one such organization is presented; the case organization was looking to adopt a construction software in its Engineering Services division, and facing the challenge of identifying its internal requirements. This thesis uses a structured requirements capture approach, adopted from the domain of software development, and applies it to some of the existing processes in the organization. Semi-structured interviews were used to document the current Business Use Cases (BUCs), and challenges relating to different business areas. Each documented BUC was analyzed to identify the software requirements, which can address the existing challenges and make the processes more efficient. The requirements were validated through using self-checklists, stakeholder verification and expert reviews. The methodology for capturing requirements is presented in a way such that it can easily be replicated by other organizations. Overall, this thesis dissertation highlights on the importance of pulling requirements from the stakeholders, and presents a case of applying systems development approach on typical construction processes.

Background:

After immense criticism, the Swedish government requested an investigation concerning

the construction industry. The report concludes that the inactive competition within the

construction industry entail that the industry continuously delivers the same products, in

the same way. Gabrielsson & Lutz (2002), states that the market condition and the long

history of static competition within the construction industry has led to low productivity,

high consumption of resources, large influences on the environment, higher costs and a

lack of qualified labour. The construction industry is now dealing with an increasing competition

and evidently decreasing subsidies from the government, that will continue to influence

the construction industry, and the companies, which therefore must work hard to

sustain and increase their competitive advantages.

Purpose:

Describe how a construction firm could integrate the strategy with the operative work on

the project level in order to sustain and develop their competitive advantages in a growing

competitive environment, by implementing a balanced scorecard (BSC).

Method:

Since the problem and the subject are complex and vast, the authors started the research by

study a wide range of literature, articles and journals. Three interviews were made with a

project leader working at the site, operative level, and two managers working on the strategic

level, in the line organization above the project leader. With this selection the authors

aimed to see whether the three experienced the organization and strategies the same way.

Conclusions:

The authors have concluded that NCC needs to go from being a very decentralized organization

to be more of a centralized one. The centralization concerns purchase, coordination,

industrialization, and project selection. The strategy has to involve all of these factors. NCC

needs to coordinate the retention of knowledge and newly found solutions. They also need

to have continuing processes of development and improvement concerning this retention,

which in favourability should be located on a national level. This could raise NCC’s

chances to achieve increased efficiency, decreased costs, better quality and environment.

The authors further believe that NCC needs to strengthen their focus on industrialization

on a national level, while letting the project organizations act as its own company. Every

project is unique and therefore NCC needs to learn from all projects in ability to see the

possibilities and enlighten the problems in all types of projects. If not, the large-scale production

benefits could be missed out.

Lean construction is considered a valuable solution for the declining productivity of the construction industry. This study seeks to answer the general research question: What does it take to become lean? The research explored the possible paths to becoming lean by examining the journeys of three successful lean construction firms in the U.S. The results are intended to assist other construction firms with their own transformations. This study is especially useful to executives and management because it describes the cultural transformation process of each participating company, the expectations of company employees, and the best practices that each company employed. A qualitative, multiple-case study methodology was used to find common patterns among all three firms as well as unique attributes. Eight research themes shaped the interview dialog that probed the participants’ experiences and insights regarding lean— from the companies’ initial discovery of lean to their implementation of tools and trainings. The themes further prompted responses regarding the roles that were critical to successful lean implementation as well as the barriers that inhibited lean adoption. Finally, interviews also sought out strategies to successfully promote and implement lean into the future. The research discusses the assertions and conclusions that emerged from the findings, which identify several successful paths to becoming lean. Findings show how people, the environment, and actions positively or negatively influence the adoption of a lean culture. The study concludes with recommendations for future firms regarding lean planning to transform the organization into a successful, top-performing, lean construction company. It emphasizes personalized application for each employee to create a positive environment for the new culture to develop. The conclusions also include five phases of lean saturation: discovery and learning, commitment, strategic planning, implementation, and training company partners in lean.

National statistics reveal that construction workers are at greater risk of fatal injury than most other workers in Great Britain. Using cultural and organisational theories and carrying out qualitative studies, the thesis attempts to understand why this is so. The main source of understanding for culture and risk comes from the writings of Mary Douglas and her cultural theory, in particular how different social forms each have a typical risk attitude. The focus for understanding organization has been contingency theory, interpreted in the wider context of Weber's concept of the rationalisation process. Out of the theoretical chapters emerged a shape for the studies, the rationale for which is given in the methodology. As well as the early analysis of secondary data (mainly official statistics), the study consisted of four phased qualitative cases: a set of orienting interviews and construction site visits, an examination of the records of two very different coroners' courts, a series of visits and interviews to an above ground construction site, and a series of visits and interviews to a belowground construction site. There is a discussion of these findings using Layder's resource map before the thesis embarks on a more theoretically driven discussion. The principle finding is that both organizational and cultural approaches give partial explanations but neither alone gives a complete account of injury among construction workers. Rather they complement each other in giving a fuller understanding of how construction workers come to be harmed. From this a simple model which combines both approaches is developed which is evaluated in the concluding chapter. The results draw attention to the problem that indirect employment (subcontracting) poses for regulation of health and safety in the construction industry and suggest that it may contribute to the high accidental injury rates.

Анотація:
The purpose of this thesis is to investigate how innovation management practices are applied in project driven organizations with the aim to identify possible improvements.   A case study has been conducted though a qualitative approach at the construction firm Peab. The research works around a theoretical framework with the result being generated through both a literature review and interviews.    The results imply that project-driven organizations suffer hardships regarding several innovation management efforts. It becomes clear that knowledge management is vital in the process of capturing improvements in development throughout a project-based organization. Although using several practices during a project’s lifetime, the practices often lack the authority which reduce the quality.   Furthermore, the thesis concludes that to improve the innovative culture at a project-driven organization there need to be strong support from upper management combined with an increased authority for the innovation management practices already present in the organization.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Advanced Modeling Object Standard (AMOS) has been developed by the CAD/BIM Technology Center for Facilities, Infrastructure, and Environment to establish standards for support of the Advanced Modeling process within the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Federal Government. The critical component of Advanced Modeling is the objects themselves- and either make the modeling process more difficult or more successful. This manual is part of an initiative to develop a nonproprietary Advanced Modeling standard that incorporates both vertical construction and horizontal construction objects that will address the entire life cycle of facilities within the DoD. The material addressed in this USACE Advanced Modeling Object Standard includes a classification organization that is needed to identify models for specific use cases. Compliance with this standard will allow users to know whether the object model they are getting is graphically well developed but data poor or if it does have the data needed for creating contract documents. This capability will greatly reduce the designers’ efforts to either build an object or search/find/edit an object necessary for the development of their project. Considering that an advanced model may contain hundreds of objects this would represent a huge time savings and improve the modeling process.

The Army is tasked with managing the cultural resources on its lands. For installations that contain large numbers of historic farmsteads, meeting these requirements through traditional archaeological approaches entails large investments of personnel, time and organization capital. Through two previous projects, Engineer Research and Development Center, Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) cultural resource management personnel developed a methodology for efficiently identifying the best examples of historic farmstead sites, and also those sites that are least likely to be deemed eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places. This report details testing the applicability of the methodology to regions across the country. Regional historic contexts were created to assist in the determination of “typical” farmsteads. The Farmstead/Ranch Eligibility Evaluation Form created by ERDC-CERL researchers was revised to reflect the broader geographic scope and the inclusion of ranches as a property type. The form was then used to test 29 sites at five military installations. The results of the fieldwork show this approach is applicable nationwide, and it can be used to quickly identify basic information about historic farmstead sites that can expedite determinations of eligibility to the National Register.

The application of natural and nature‑based features (NNBF) has grown steadily over the past 20 years, supported by calls for innovation in flood risk management (FRM) and nature‑based solutions from many different perspectives and organizations. Technical advancements in support of NNBF are increasingly the subject of peer‑reviewed and other technical literature. A variety of guidance has been published by numerous organizations to inform program‑level action and technical practice for specific types of nature‑based solutions. This effort to develop international guidelines on the use of NNBF was motivated by the need for a comprehensive guide that draws directly on the growing body of knowledge and experience from around the world to inform the process of conceptualizing, planning, designing, engineering, constructing, and operating NNBF.

We demonstrate that the use of Performance Frameworks for the procurement of construction projects by public sector organizations in the UK (specifically, in England) leads to significantly improved outcomes in terms of time, cost, quality, sustainability and closer relationships, than the traditional ‘open tender’ approach of procuring discrete projects, individually. We identify the factors that lead to such improvements. We label these: supplier’s task performance factors (project staff, execution approach, competence of firm and structure of firm); supplier’s contextual performance factors (trust and collaboration, culture and conscious behaviour); and client’s organisational factors (incentives, performance monitoring, procurement approach and communication). And we offer a performance improvement model that will help project managers to select the most appropriate suppliers at the procurement phase, to achieve successful project outcomes. The model can also be used to drive project performance further, by adopting client’s organisational factors during the procurement and construction phases. By applying the research conclusions, suppliers will be able to focus on communicating their strengths in the relevant aspects of task and contextual performance for technical tender proposals, and so increase the value of their services and the probabilities of winning work. And the analysis can be used by policy makers to help in drafting regulations and legislation on formal frameworks, in ways that will improve the delivery of policy objectives.

This policy note outlines the key details of Indonesia’s National Action Plan for P/CVE before discussing the evident challenges and opportunities moving forward. The ambitious strategy (known by its Indonesian acronym, RAN PE) could decentralize P/CVE programming in Indonesia, facilitate the formalization of working relationships between civil society organizations and local government authorities, mainstream gender perspectives, and streamline activities to improve targeting and avoid overlap. But constructive outcomes will depend on overcoming thorny obstacles, such as coordinating the varied interests, motivations, and capacities of the many stakeholders involved, and allaying concerns over applicable definitions that some perceive as overly broad and possibly divisive.

The ‘Promoting Sustainable Building in Bangladesh’ (PSBiB) project was implemented together with 3 partner organizations between 2016 and 2019. It aimed to reduce the negative impacts of the construction and house building industry in Bangladesh on the environment, livelihoods and communities, by enabling a transition from unsustainable Traditional Bricks (TB) to sustainable Alternative Building Blocks (AB). This Effectiveness Review examines the effectiveness and relevance of the PSBiB project, with a focus on policy changes and contributions to strengthening the country’s resilience. It adopted the Participatory Impact Assessment and Learning Approach (PIALA) as well as Contribution Tracing. The results provide evidence that the project’s strategies and interventions were significant and relevant in achieving the necessary changes in policies and legislation for promoting sustainable building materials and halting the extraction of topsoil from fertile land and protected areas. The article examines the main features, general characteristics and essence of the concept of solutions journalism. The basic principles of functioning of this model of journalism in the western press and in Ukraine are given. The list and features of activity of the organizations, institutes and editorial offices supporting development of journalism of solutions journalism. The purpose of the publication is to describe the Solutions Journalism model: its features, characteristics and features of functioning, to find out the difference in the understanding of the concept of «solutions journalism» and «constructive journalism» in general. The task of the publication was to conceptualize the main trends in the development of solutions journalism in the Western and Ukrainian information space; show the main characteristics, formats of functioning and analyze the features of the concepts of «solutions journalism» and «constructive journalism». Applied research methods: at the stage of research of the history of formation of the concept of Solutions Journalism the historical method is used. The hermeneutic method of research helped in the interpretation of basic concepts, the phenomenological approach was applied in the context of considering the essence of the phenomenon of solutions journalism. At the stage of generalization of the features of the concepts of Solutions Journalism and «constructive journalism» a comparative method was used, which gave an understanding of the common components in their essence. The method of analysis allowed to expand the understanding of the purpose of Solutions Journalism as a type of social journalism and its main tasks. With the help of synthesis it was possible to comprehensively understand the concept of Solutions Journalism and understand its features. In Ukraine, this type of journalism is just emerging, but its introduction into the editorial policy of the media may have a national importance. These are regional and local media that can inform their communities about the positive solution of certain problems in other communities, and thus thanks to this model can save local journalism. In the scientific context, there is a need to outline the main differences in the understanding of the concepts of decision journalism and constructive journalism, to understand the socio-psychological need to create good news.

To deliver infrastructure that sustain our communities, economy, and environment, we must innovate, modernize, and even revolutionize our approach to infrastructure development. Change takes courage, but as one starts down the path of innovation, what was once novel becomes more familiar, more established. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is walking this path with our partners through the Engineering With Nature (EWN) Initiative, integrating human engineering with natural systems. The International Guidelines on Natural and Nature-Based Features for Flood Risk Management are the next step toward revolutionary infrastructure development—a set of real-world guidelines to help familiarize us with what was once novel. USACE and collaborators around the world have been building, learning, and documenting the best practices for constructing Natural and Nature-Based Features (NNBF) for decades. The consolidation of these lessons into a single guidance document gives decision-makers and practitioners a much-needed resource to pursue, consider, and apply NNBF for flood risk management while expanding value through infrastructure. Relationships and partnerships are vital ingredients for innovation and progress. The NNBF Guidelines was achieved because of the strong relationships in the nature-based engineering community. The magnitude and diversity of contributors to the NNBF Guidelines have resulted in a robust resource that provides value beyond a single agency, sector, or nation. Similarly, the work of incorporating NNBF into projects will require us to strengthen our relationships across organizations, mandates, and missions to achieve resilient communities. I hope you are inspired by the collaborative achievement of the NNBF Guidelines and will draw from this resource to develop innovative solutions to current and future flood risk management challenges. There is a lot we can achieve together along the path of revolutionary infrastructure development.
