В центре внимания публикации – предложения с формой Perfekt в современном немецком языке. Цель статьи – выявление и описание глубинной семантики формы Perfekt в современном немецком языке и выявление факторов, влияющих на ее выбор. Анализ фактического материала позволил определить, что базовый семантический компонент перфектной формы – тесная связь описанных событий прошлого с настоящим моментом, или с моментом говорения. To describe the conditions under which the Perfekt form shows the ability to convey not only temporal, but also aspectual meanings.Methodology. 300 examples were selected from German DWDS and DECOW 16A corpora. To identify the conditions for the realization of the aspectual potential of the Perfekt form, the descriptive method, the method of component analysis and comparative methods were used.Results. Серед усіх існуючих видів дискурсу, особливої уваги потребує кіно-дискурс, адже сьогодні кінематограф та телебачення стали важливим чинником формування системи цінностей людей. Саме у фільмах відбиваються мовленнєві особливості сучасної німецької мови. При цьому різні жанри кіно розкривають різні аспекти вживання досліджуваної мови. Драматичні та мелодраматичні твори, зокрема, можуть стати у нагоді при вивченні літературної німецької мови. Так, досліджуючи даний жанр кінематографу може знайти своє вираження граматична опозиція Perfekt-Präteritum.
