This analysis aspires to offer informative practice on how to improve scholar-practitionership. Indicated is how the review of scholarly peer-reviewed studies is an investigative process providing context to scholarship studies and overall scholarship. Further, the scholar-practitionership application exhibits how exceptional scholarship skills improve the body of data, structure, and quality needed to investigate global issues. Scholars provide a wide-ranging analysis of phenomena to convey conceptual, theoretical, and empirical analysis of studies. Further, substantive feedback from collaborative research panels allows for substantiation and a well-developed final product. Likewise, the content of a scholarly study must align to reflect objectivity and continuity. Overwhelmingly, scholars must employ a disciplined and ethical research process to refine conceptual, empirical grey literature, and theoretical studies to provide application, transparency, and clarity.

This paper reports on a project to implement total quality management strategies toimprove the linkages between general practitioners and specialist mental healthservices. The project implemented a process of change and objectively assessed thesuccess of the process. The project involved all mental health staff (n = 100) in theSt George Division of Psychiatry and Mental Health. General practitioners registeredwith the St George Division of General Practice were invited to participate in thechange process. The project showed that the attempts to engage general practitionersin the ongoing care of patients with chronic mental illness is unlikely to be successfuluntil mental health services promote general practitioner linkages as an ongoing servicegoal, relevant at all levels of delivery.

Photovoltaic building integration plate as one of the eye-catching emerging plate in the capital market this year, so the stock of related products has become the focus of current practitioners.In this paper, a moving average model of photovoltaic building integration plate index was established with N days as the calculation cycle, and the optimized model was used to draw the daily moving average, weekly moving average and monthly moving average of the next 20 days, 3 weeks and 2 months respectively.In order to measure the correlation between Shanghai Composite Index and photovoltaic building integrated plate index in recent two years, variance analysis method and Spearman correlation coefficient method are used to analyze the correlation, and it is found that the two have a positive correlation and strong correlation except for a few periods.

Antidiabetic effects of ethanolic extract of Pleurotus ostreatus (mushroom) on alloxan-induced diabetic rats was studied. The median lethal dose (LD50) of the extract was determined to be 3,472.14 mgkg-1 and a single dose of 380.0, 760.0 and 1140.0 body weight of the extract were intraperitoneally administered as the treatment dose and the blood glucose levels (BGL) examined for 7 hours and 15 hours (prolonged) at 2 and 4 hours intervals respectively. The extract exhibited significant (p 0.05 and p 0.01) reduction in the blood glucose levels of the albino rats. The extract compared favourably with the standard reference drug (metformin) which all gave their maximum BGL reduction at 5 hours duration. The confirmation of antidiabetic potentials of the Pleurotus ostreatus tuber has been justified in this study as claimed by traditional medicine practitionersin Akwa Ibom State.

The importance of research by public relations practitioners has been highlighted by leading scholarsin most developed countries. However, studies show that the use of research by practitionersis more talked about than actually done. In Ghana, little is known about how practitioners useresearch. This paper therefore attempts to add to the limited literature by investigating whetherpublic relations (PR) practice in Ghana is informed by research. Data was collected from 93 PRpractitioners using a survey. The results suggest that although research is used by practitioners,the emphasis appears to be on media monitoring and content analysis. The implication is thatresearch cannot be fully appreciated if it is based solely on the amount of publicity received.The value of PR in the eyes of management can only be enhanced if emphasis is placed on theimpact and outcome of research. Practitioners must therefore use a more scientific approach intheir research activities.

Sentiment analysis is an active area of research in natural language processing field. Prior research indicates numerous techniques have been used to perform the sentiment classification tasks which include the machine learning approaches. Deep learning is a specific type of machine learning that has been successfully applied in various field such as computer vision and various NLP tasks including sentiment analysis. This paper attempts to provide a bibliometricanalysisof academic literature related to the sentiment analysis with deep learningmethods which were retrieved from Scopusuntil the third quarter of 2020. We focus on the analysis of the research productivity in this field, the distribution of subject categories, the sources and types of the publications, their geographic distributions, the most prolific and impactful authors and institutions, the most cited papers and the trends of keywords.This study can help researchers and practitionersin keeping abreast with the global research trends in thearea of sentiment analysis using deep learning approaches.

The interactive communication in the artificial environment has widened its limits with the usage of the social media tools and has become an inevitable element of the digital era. The usage of the tools such as social network sharing sites, blogs, e-mail usage, intranet, video conferencing, forums, video sharing sites such as Youtube, music sharing sites, business network sites, cooperative web sites, instant message, vikis, podcasts, training materials sharing, social bookmarking, bookmarking sites ensuring its users to make online news, stories, music, personal publication which take place in the social media tools by the public relations practitioners gradually gains importance in terms of the public relations practitioners.In this study, the place and importance of social media tools with regards to public relations and their role in creating a new public relations process are discussed. Accordingly, an online questionnaire form was prepared and sent via e-mail to the public relations practitioners. These public relations practitioners were determined through the survey results of Turkeys Top 500 Industrial Enterprises 2011 which was conducted regularly by Istanbul Chamber of Industry ISO . An assessment intended to identify the trends and reasons of use of social media tools by the public relations practitioners who work in the biggest companies of Turkey and their perceptions of social media and traditional media was made.

The study aimed at investigating the quantitative status ofpublications in JNMA during 1991-2000, which could possibly be used as a feedbackfor improvement of journal quality. A total of 469 articles were classified according totheir headings. They were sub-grouped into yearly, two-yearly (1991-1992, 1993-1994etc), three-yearly (e.g., 1991-1993, 1994-1996 etc), and five-yearly (1991-1995, 1996-2000) basis. The proportions of articles within each sub-group across time from 1991to 2000 were compared (e.g., 1991-1992 vs. 1993-1994 etc) using Fisher exact or chi-square test. The JNMA publications during 1998-1999 were also compared with JIMA(Journal of Indian Medical Association) publications. The results showed that theoriginal articles and case reports were significantly less during mid nineties of the20th century. The editorials increased significantly whereas the articles on 'healthcare' and 'clinical pharmacology' were decreased in the 2nd half of the decade. Whenthe publications during 1998-1999 were compared with JIMA, the proportions of reviewand original articles in JNMA were significantly more. But the proportion of reviewsrelative to original articles was significantly less in JNMA as compared to JIMA. TheJNMA was specially featured with articles on medical education, and health policyand planning whereas the JIMA had more articles of interest for general practitioners.In conclusion, the JNMA publications during the period of 1991-2000 were notconsistent. The JNMA may need reconsideration of publication policy and to takemeasures to maintain constancy of its publications.Key Words: meta-analysis, quality publication, quantity of publication.

Background: An acknowledgement of the patient’s perspectives about compliance towards doctors’ advices is critical in ensuring better results of medical consultation. The compliance to therapies is a primary determinant of treatment success.The authors found a serious dearth of research on this issue.Aim: The aim of the study was to determine the frequency & determinants of non-compliance towards doctors’ advices among study subjects.Method: The current community based descriptive cross sectional study was conducted on 230 subjects suffering from various illnesses. The patients were enrolled using convenience sampling. The data was collected on pre-structured Performa. The data comprises of questions regarding Patients compliance to doctor advises, that may be preventive, promotive and therapeutic care.Results: The mean age of respondents was 36.6 ± 7.4 years. The overall compliance to doctors’ advice was seen among 31.2% subjects. Compliance to treatment advice was 35.8 %; while towards health promotive advices was 29.5% & towards preventive advices against diseases was 28.4 percent.Seventy three percent of the total compliance was seento general practitionersin contrast to consultants i.e. 26.4%.Significant association was seen between compliance & older age (p=0.02), non-infectious diseases (p=0.04), severity of disease (p=0.01), oral route of administration (p=0.00) & shorter duration of disease (p=0.00). The results of association of compliance with gender however remained statistically insignificant.Conclusion: The study indicated that non-compliance towards doctors’ advices is a big public health issue & it should be taken as a hidden risk factor for diseases. The compliance towardsdoctor’sadvice was more prevalent for non-communicable diseases compared to communicable diseases. Additionally, fear of side effects and high cost of medicine were two major reasons for treatment non-compliance.J MEDICINE January 2017; 18 (1) : 10-14

Inspirado en los conceptos de An-Na´im (1995) del discurso interno y el diálogo transcultural, este artículo está focalizado en el análisis de dos herramientas que usan los practicantes de derecho y los usuarios del Consultorio Jurídico Rural de Fredonia (Antioquia) durante su interacción yque, de ser estimuladas adecuadamente, pueden derivar no solo en procesos pedagógicos de refl exión sobre presupuestos fundamentales en materia de derechos, sino que también pueden llegar a constituirse en estrategias que permitan la actualización de las expectativas de los propios sujetos frente a su cultura. Para el caso de los practicantes, se explora en el tránsito entre dos lenguajes, uno eminentemente jurídico y otro coloquial, donde se da un acercamiento al lenguaje y valores de los consultantes. Ya enlo que atañe a los usuarios del Consultorio Jurídico, el análisis se construye en torno a la red local de consejos, pieza clave a partir de la cual se articulan ideas y valores de los actores sobre su entorno, pero donde el hilo conductor es la intención de resolver un confl icto por la vía jurídica.Abstract. Inspired in An-Na´im’s concepts (1995) about internal discourse and transcultural dialogue, this article focuses on analyzing two legal instruments used by Law students and users of the Legal Support Offi ce in Fredonia (Antioquia) during their interaction which, if properly stimulated, could result not only in refl exive educational processes about key Law postulates, but also may constitute new strategies that allow updating the person´s very own expectations about their culture. For Law practitionersit is about investigating their transition between two ways of expression, a mostly legal discourse and a more familiar one, where an approach to the user’s discourse and values takes place. From the user’s point of view, the analysis points to the local counseling network. Taking this key issue as a startingpoint, the users’ ideas and values about their environment give way to the fi nal goal of solving confl icts in a legal way.

IntroductionThe International Journal of Innovation – IJI, since 2020, opened a section for publications of technological articles. From then on, we have been receiving articles to go through the blind double-review editorial process. Our intention with this editorial comment is to make the academic community, especially authors who consider the IJI for their submissions, have one more document option to assist in the elaboration and structuring of their technological research.In 2021, we published the editorial commentary entitled “What we expect from articles submitted to the IJI” which briefly addressed technology articles (Scafuto et al., 2021). Now, in this new editorial comment, we intend not only to bring the information previously discussed, but we want to deepen the discussions with other important elements to contribute to the development of technological articles.We understand that technological articles are assuming an increasingly important role within the academic community, as it is a way to bring together the challenges of organizations with academic research. It is worth remembering that the technological article is one of the twelve technical and technological products that are proposed and evaluated by CAPES (a Brazilian entity for higher education personnel improvement coordination). They are especially important for professional graduate programs in management and related fields. We, the editors of the IJI, recognize the importance of the contribution of professional programs. The IJI is a vehicle for the dissemination of this production to both members of the academic community and practitioners.In this editorial commentary we provide some suggestions for authors who may be interested in submitting their technological articles for evaluation at the IJI. We want to encourage this type of submission, but always in search of articles with quality and relevance for readers. Guidelines for building relevant technological articlesThe technological article is a form of publication that presents and discusses ideas, methods, techniques, processes, and results focused on solving practical problems (Motta, 2017). The technology article generally describes experiences in organizations. Despite describing these experiences, researchers must follow scientific and methodological rigor in writing (Biancolino et al., 2012). The technological article has an elaboration process similar to any other scientific process. We reinforce this scientific and technological rigor due to the nature of the IJI.In 2022, the editorial commentary of Business Horizons Magazine, by Greg Fisher, presents some interesting ideas in line with our perspective on technological articles (Fisher, 2022). Fisher presents three categories that technological articles generally fall into: past; present and future:Past-oriented articles use academic research already carried out and translate into ideas and practical applications for use, facilitating the understanding of practitioners.Present-oriented articles detail the challenges faced by companies, seeking solutions through the application of existing academic theory. They highlight issues have not solved yet.Future-oriented articles are those focus on emerging phenomena providing practical and forward-looking perspectives on possible business applications. Authors who write a technology article should make clear the problem, contextualizing when, where, why, and how the problem occurs. The idea is to highlight the issue or negative impact that the problem creates, or if it provides any opportunity. When approaching the problem, it should try to present something new. It is desirable provides easy way to use and remember the proposed solutions and the path used to find the solution illustrating how it works.Visual resources such as figures and graphs may facilitate for readers the process of comprehension about the problem. Some prescription on how to use the solution is important for those who may want to use it, as well as discussing what can go right or wrong. Leaving a final message serves as action-focused learning is always desirable (Business Horizons, 2018).Our suggestion is that the authors submit applied research in the technological article section that prioritizes the description of learning and practical results experienced in organizations. The CIMO logic is another way of thinking about the organization in a technological article. CIMO is an acronym for (Van Aken, 2007):Context (problem situation);Intervention (proposed intervention to solve the problem);Mechanisms (description of how handle problem solution);Outcomes (describes objectively the results).Technological articles should emphasize reports of solutions already implemented and obtained results. Even if it is a forward-looking study, it should provide practical and forward-looking perspectives on possible applications for solving business problems. Therefore, it is expected from technological articles submitted to the IJI may offer contributions to knowledge, as an example (Gregor and Hevner, 2013):· Focus on innovation: new solutions to new problems;· Focus on improvement: new solutions to known problems;· Focus on extrapolation: known solutions to new problems.Formatting a Technological Article for the IJIAnother point is about the size of a technological article, we suggest that the submission made by the authors is for articles with at least 6000 (six thousand) words for a more academic approach for the IJI. In addition, authors must follow the format available in the guidelines for the author, contemplating the structured abstract, as well as adopting the structure[1] presented below.Introduction: it aims to briefly present what the technological article is about, and the intervention carried out, making problem situation clear. Informing quickly how the data was collected and interpreted. Literature review: it must be related to the intervention in the organization. The theoretical framework will serve to provide theoretical support to the findings and will contribute to the outcomes discussion. Method of technical production: even being a technical production, the technological article must follow a well-detailed method with a description of the procedures used in the data collection and relevant information about procedures to perform the research such as a direct observation or direct participation of the authors among other examples. Context and problem situation: the authors must present the problem or opportunity, as well as characterize the organization.Types of intervention and mechanisms adopted: the authors must analyze the problem situation and discuss the possible alternatives for its resolution: innovation, improvement, or extrapolation; in addition to describing the activities developed to solve the problem situation.Outcomes and analysis: the authors should bring the most relevant contributions from the outcomes according to the subjects dealt with. It should be raised the relevance to similar cases with lessons learnt derived from the reported experience.Discussions and final considerations: Discussion is also welcome. It is time to confront the results with the researched theory, reinforce the objectives of the research. The authors can comment on the limitations for the research and propose new ideas for future studies of a technical nature that can advance about what was presented. References: it should include at the end all the authors cited in the theoretical framework, according to APA standards found in the IJI guidelines. Final considerationsWe except this editorial comment on technological articles can guide and encourage to submit to the IJI. Our wishes are for the academic community to produce more and better technological articles to solve problems and contribute to the practical community. Coordinative skills are the basis of all motor learning skills and play an important role in all types of situations that require rational and rapid action by the individual. The visual, vestibular, kinesthetic and dermal analyzers are equally important in achieving the right movements of the dance and they contribute to the development of the motor acts and actions specific to thedance.With the right methods and means, the sports dance coach can take into account the development of coordinating qualities for sports dance practitioners.I think that the role and development of the training capacity by the methods and means specific to dancesport has great importance in achieving the sports performance by the sports dance practitioners

ObjectiveTo analyse population coverage of syndromic surveillance(SS)based on emergency care data by studying i)the attractiveness ofrespectively SOS Médecins (Emergency care general practitioners)and Hospital emergency departments in the Centre-Val de Loireregion and ii) the contribution of ecological deprivation factors inemergency access to healthcare.IntroductionSOS Médecins France (SOS Med) is the first private and permanentnetwork of general practitioners providing emergency care in France.Besides Hospital emergency departments (HED), SOS Med istherefore a major source of data for detecting and measuring near-real-time health phenomena. The emergency services provided by theSOS Med have been subject to important changes in the recent years.Their services are enriched by a medical consultation center togetherwith extended working hours. Besides, the south of the region ismarkedly affected by a declining number of medical practitionersThis study was conducted to analyze the regional population coverageof emergency healthcare data provided by HED and SOS Med tothe French syndromic surveillance system (SurSaUD®) takinginto account distance, health care offer, demographic factors andecological deprivation factors.MethodsAn analysis of the activities and geographic attraction was carriedout based on the data respectively provided by the three regional SOSMed and three HED (Bourges, Orléans and Tours). Quasi-Poissonregression modelling was used to identify the factors influencing theattractiveness of each organization. Next, the findings were refinedthrough spatial analysis of the attractiveness of HED and SOS Medand analysis of the contribution of deprivation based on socio-economical and healthcare facilities ecological indexes.ResultsIn terms of age group, children under 2 years required the largestservice consultations as well as seniors over 75 who sought moreemergency visits at home. The SOS Med were almost always active inurban areas and at least once in two due to continuity of care. So theyare an efficient source of general medical care given present workhours. Distance as an influential factor may explain the differencesin attraction to the support type. The extent of the attraction appearsin 36% SOS Med Bourges and 14% for SOS Med Orleans. Addthe extent of attraction for SOS, remote consultation for SOS Medassociations are a good use of care in general practice in present workhours scheme.In terms of monitoring of epidemics, we note that the SOSMédecins associations are most active in winter, particularly duringthe seasonal epidemics of influenza. This can be explained by the factof patient referrals during calls. The most serious cases are redirectedto the ED and cases of general medicine to the SOS Médecins.It is also important to note that the attraction of ED ofCHR Orléanscovers more or less important a large part of the regional territory,which is not visible to the ED ofCH Bourges. It should neverthelessbe noted that theCHR Orleansa larger bed capacity than theCH Bourges.ConclusionsThis research has analysed the changes taking place in the SOSmédecins associations in the Centre-Val de Loire region. Findingsshows that these associations help ensure access to general medicalcare in a context of strongly reduced medical demography althoughwith an uneven, primarily urban, geographical coverage. Withbetter knowledge of the geographic span and sources and types ofemergency care provision, further research can be undertaken tofurther refine and interpret the data.
