The grading mechanism is considered, the job evaluation is carried out according to the selected factors using the example of the specific company. The summary analysis of the research results is provided in the article. According to the conclusions, the use of grading contributes to the efficiency increase of staff motivation, which ultimately leads to the increased labor productivity.
