This paper addresses a significant registry error related to inaccuracies in the description of the boundaries of a land plot. The error arose from discrepancies between the coordinates established by the cadastral engineer and their actual location on the ground. Additionally, it was identified that the initial registry error originated in the land development documentation. Such registry errors pose substantial obstacles when conducting any real estate transactions.
