The article provides information on the number of birds common in the Sardoba Reservoir and its surroundings. A total of 136 bird species have been registered. Of these, 61 species of wetlands are in the reservoir and 75 species of birds are in the surrounding areas. Birds were found: in spring - 120 species, in summer - 60, in autumn - 113, and in winter - 75 species. In this territory, 16 species of birds are registered, listed in the Red Book of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and 6 species are included in the IUCN Red List.
