Obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD) is a chronic anxiety disorder that significantly interferes with an individual’s occupational and social life leading to low self-esteem. Ayurveda correlates to Atattvabhinivesha. This case report describes a 25-year-old female, diagnosed case of OCD managed through Satvavajaya Chikitsa (Ayurveda psychotherapy), Yoga, and Pranayama.
