Анотація:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan non finansial dan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Tirta Sukses Perkasa di Takalar (2) variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawa pada PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa di Takalar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 respoden yang merupakan karyawan PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa di Takalar, Penelitian ini mengguakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dan data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) variabel kompensasi finansial dan non finansial berpengaruh positif dan sigifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa Takalar (2) Kompensasi finasial dan non finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kerja karyawan pada PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa Takalar (3) variabel non finansial adalah variabel yang paling berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa di Takalar. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of financial and non-financial compensation and partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT.Tirta Sukses Perkasa in Takalar (2) the most influential variable on employee performance at PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa in Takalar. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who are employees of PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa in Takalar, This study used multiple linear regression analysis method and data was collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that (1) financial and non-financial compensation variables have a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance at PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa Takalar (2) Financial and non-financial compensation have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the work of employees at PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa Takalar (3) non-financial variables are the variables that have the most dominant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Tirta Sukses Perkasa in Takalar

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) Apakah Kompensasi, Kompetensi dan Disiplin berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Dan Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Takalar. 2) Apakah Kompensasi, Kompetensi dan Disiplin berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai Pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Dan Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Takalar. 3) Variabel mana yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Dan Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Takalar ? Hasil penelitian bahwa: 1) Kompensasi (X1) sebesar 0,411, Kompetensi (X2) sebesar 0,310 dan Disiplin (X3) sebesar 0,315 berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Dan Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Takalar. Artinya Kompensasi, Kompetensi dan Disiplin dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Dan Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Takalar. 2) Kompensasi (X1), Kompetensi (X2) dan Disiplin (X3) berpengaruh secara simultan sebesar 93.1% terhadap kinerja pegawai Pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Dan Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Takalar. Artinya Kompensasi, Kompetensi dan Disiplin dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Dan Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Takalar. 3) Kompensasi merupakan variabel yang palin dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Dan Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Takalar.

Анотація:

Happy and healthy elderly people can only be achieved if they feel physical, mentally / spiritually and socially healthy, feel needed, feel loved, have self-respect, and can participate in life. Fulfillment of the highest need, namely spirituality, then a person has a quality life, thus it is appropriate for an elderly person to have their spiritual needs fulfilled. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between spiritual support and the quality of life of the elderly in Ko'mara Village, Polut District, Takalar Regency. This research method is descriptive-analytic with cross-sectional study design. The population in this study were all elderly who live in Ko'mara Village, Polongbangkeng Utara District, Takala Regency with a population of 333 elderly and a sample of 65 respondents, selected by random sampling. Data processing / Chi-Square Test is presented in narrative and table form. The results of this study indicate that the spiritual support of the elderly with a positive category of 36 respondents (55.4%) and a negative category of 29 respondents (44.6%), the quality of life of the elderly with a high category of 33 respondents (50.8%) and a low category of 32 respondents. (49.2%) and there is a relationship between Spiritual Support and Quality of Life of the Elderly in Ko'mara Village, Polongbangkeng Utara District, Takalar Regency. Chi-Square Test obtained value (p = 0.001). The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between spiritual support and the quality of life of the elderly in Ko.mara Village, Polongbangkeng Utara District, Takalar Regency. Researchers suggest the need for information by the elderly to participate in religious activities so that spiritual support can improve the quality of life of the elderly in Ko'mara Village, Polongbangkeng Utara District, Takalar Regency.

This research aims to know the Political Recruitment of Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) in Takalar Election 2017. The research method used qualitative method by descriptive analysis. Data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Informant of the research, namely the Management and Sympathizers of PKS Takalar and Nasdem Party Takalar, the couple of Syamsari Kitta - Achmad Dg. Se're, Regional Election Commission of Takalar Regency.The results showed that the recruitment of PKS in Takalar Election 2017 were: first, the couple of Syamsari Kitta - Achmad Dg Se're was promoted by the PKS 4 seats coalition with the National Democratic Party (Nasdem) 2 seats in the regional election. The coalition happened because both parties agreed that the couple is able to bring thoughts or ideas of change in the process of elections battle period of 2017-2022 in Takalar Regency. Secondly, the PKS chose Syamsari Kitta because of his strong ability and strong support-bases in Takalar as well as positive electability with the community. While Ahmad Daeng Sere chose as a candidate for vice regent because he can raise the electability to fight the duet of incumbent. Both have in common with the idea of change to make Takalar much better. Third, the recruitment of Syamsari Kitta as a candidate for regional head / regent because he is a PKS cadre who has experience and capability in politics, his personality is known as an easy person to associate and communicate with the community. This research was conducted at the Office Tranportastion Depatment in Takalar Regency. This research has the character of which gives description and clarification concerning strategy of human resource development at Transportation Department in Takalar Regency, and also factors pursuing strategy of human resource development at Transportation Department in Takalar Regency. The basic of research was survey approach. This research aim to know the strategy of human resource development and also factors pursuing strategy of human resource development in Transportation Departemen in Takalar Regency. This research used saturated samples all population at become sample. The conclusion of this research that namely strategy of human resource depelopment in Transportation Department in Takalar Regency was through formal education, training and officer. Execution of officer location in Transportation Department in Takalar Regency was during the time assumed less compatible. Factors pursuing strategy of human resource development in Transportation Department in Takalar Regency consisted of the resistance eksternal covering legislation change, and political area growth. While internal resistance include the plan strategy which not precise of the goals, organization structure which centralistic and mecanistic, technology growth which quickly, and also finite budget.

Анотація:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengendalian internal dan kompensasi terhadap tingkat kecenderungan kecurangan di Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Takalar. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada responden yaitu Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang bekerja pada Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Takalar. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Sampling Non Probability. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Regresi Linear Berganda (Multiple Regression Analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengendalian internal berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan pada Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Takalar (2) Kompensasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kecenderungan pada Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Takalar (3) Pengendalian internal dan kompensasi secara simultan (bersama-sama) terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan pada Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Takalar. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,508 angka ini menunjukkan bahwa kecendurungan kecurangan di Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Takalar yang dipengaruhi oleh pengendalian internal dan kompensasi adalah sebesar 50,8% sedangkan 49,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar kedua variabel independen dalam penelitian ini. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA negeri 6 Takalar tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan menggunakan desain faktorial 3x3. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 6 Takalar tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 95 orang. Pengambilan sampel diambil dari jumlah populasi yang ada sebagai subjek peneltian. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis one way Anova dan two way Anova. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh model pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 6 Takalar, (2) Ada pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 6 Takalar, (3) Tidak ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan motivasi terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 6 Takalar. Kata kunci : Inkuiri Terbimbing, Pembelajaran Langsung, Discovery Learning, Motivasi Berprestasi dan Hasil Belajar. ABSTRACTThe study aims at examining the influence of learning model and achievement motivation on learning outcome of grade XI IPA student at SMAN 6 Takalar of academic year 2018/2019. The type of this study was quasi experiment using factorial 3x3 design. The research population was the entire student of grade XI IPA SMAN 6 Takalar of academic year 2018/2019 with the total of 95 students. Sample was taken from the population as the research subject. Hypothesis test was conducted using one way Anova and two way Anova analysis. The results of the study reveal that (1) there is influence of learning model on learning outcome of grade XI IPA student at SMAN 6 Takalar, (2) there isi influence of achievement motivation on learning outcome of grade XI IPA student at SMAN 6 Takalar, and (3) there is no interaction between learning model and motivation on learning outcome of grade XI IPA students at SMAN 6 Takalar. Анотація:

This study aims to determine : 1). Public perception of formal education in Takalar Village, Mappakasunggu Disrict, Takalar Regency. 2). Factors affecting school dropout in Takalar Village, Mappakasunggu Disrict, Takalar Regency. 3). The relationship between public perceptions of formal education with factor affecting children dropout school. The population in this study are people who have children age 7-18 years old but do not attend school. The number of population is this study is not known with certainly, so the sampling was carried out in a non random- way, namely by using the snowball sampling technique. The sampel in this study amounted to 36 people. This research ia a quantitative descriptive research. Data collaction technique include observasion, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis and Rank spearman correlation test. Based on the research results, the level of public perception in Takalar Village is still low, namely 58,3%. In general, the factor that cause children dropout of school in Takalar Village, Mappakasunggu Disrict, Takalar Regency are due the parents recent education, parents job, income, total dependents, parent motivation and interest in children learning. There is a significant relationship between the latest education work and income to the community’s perception of formal education.

Анотація:

This study aims to explain the potential for marine tourism in Takalar Regency and the strategies applied in developing the potential for marine tourism in Takalar Regency. This research was conducted using a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that Takalar district has marine tourism potential spread over several coastal areas of Takalar Regency, for now the most visited marine tourism destinations by tourists are Topejawa beach tourism, Galesong beach tourism, Punaga Beach and PPLH Puntondo. The strategy carried out by the Tourism Office of Takalar Regency is increasing tourism human resources through training and mentoring, strengthening promotions, building facilities and infrastructure at tourist sites and collaborating with tourism stakeholders.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari https://takalarkab.bps.go.id serta Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah Kabupaten Takalar. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda, uji kelayakan model, uji koefisien determinasi R-Square dan Uji hipotesis Setelah data dikumpulkan, data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) Versi 24. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan penilitian ini menunjukkan hasil pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan pada kabupaten takalar dan pendidikan memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan pada kabupaten takalar serta kesehatan memiliki pengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan pada kabupaten takalar

Анотація:

This study investigates the role of development planning in empowering rural communities in Indonesia’s decentralised era. Evidence is produced that the combination of procedural justice in planning development and social learning in its implementation can assist self-organisation and help empower local communities. Significant benefits are shown to result in: the acquisition and use of collective resources; the development of shared knowledge, skills, values and trust; community leadership; and the development of social networks. Two features of this empowerment model are community-based planning, utilising participatory rural appraisal at the level of the natural village, and the organisation of collective action. These are shown to be effective ways of incorporating procedural justice and social learning in self organisation and community empowerment.

Анотація:

Land and water use at archaeological sites is a growing field of study within Mesoamerican archaeology. In Mesoamerica, similar to elsewhere in the world, landscapes were settled based partially upon the characteristics of the environment and the types of food and water resources available. Across Mesoamerica, landscape concepts were also important to religious beliefs and ritual activity in a manner that may have had the potential to influence the power dynamics of a site. This thesis focuses on the management of water at the site of Takalik Abaj in Guatemala during the Middle to Late Preclassic periods (c. 1000 B.C. - A.D. 250) in order to analyze potential ritual and political functions of the water management system. Using spatial data within GIS, this thesis examines the flow of water across the site as directed by its topographical features. The archaeological record of Takalik Abaj and comparisons to water management systems at other Mesoamerican sites are also used to investigate the functions of the water management system. Анотація:

En una de las variedades del ese eja (Takana), existe un fenómeno de desnasalización por el cual las consonantes nasales de esta lengua se realizan como nasales simples, nasales complejas (con grados de nasalidad variable) y oclusivas sonoras simples. En esta investigación se propone un análisis fonológico de dicho fenómeno con base en evidencia acústica. Los datos analizados fueron obtenidos de entrevistas llevadas a cabo con hablantes de ese eja de la comunidad de Palma Real (Tambopata, Madre de Dios). La descripción acústica de la desnasalización permitió identificar y caracterizar el conjunto de variantes de las consonantes nasales, su frecuencia y las restricciones lingüísticas sobre su ocurrencia. En el análisis fonológico, enmarcado en la teoría de optimalidad (en inglés, Optimality Theory) y el modelo de estructuras paralelas (en inglés, Parallel Structures Model), se demuestra y formaliza que la desnasalización en ese eja es un proceso de oralización de consonantes nasales originado por las vocales orales inmediatamente siguientes. Los resultados de esta investigación contribuyen (i) al debate del papel del contraste entre vocales orales y nasales en la ocurrencia de la oralización de consonantes nasales, o protección (en inglés, shielding), al demostrar que es posible que una lengua que carece de nasalidad vocálica contrastiva manifieste dicho proceso; y (ii) a la discusión de la representación fonológica de la actividad del velo en el modelo de estructuras paralelas.

Анотація:

La presente tesis aborda el análisis del acento nominal en la lengua ese eja de la familia Takana. Esta es una lengua muy poco documentada que se encuentra en peligro de extinción, lo cual justifica su documentación con fines patrimoniales además de académicos. La finalidad de esta tesis es describir apropiadamente las características del acento en la palabra nominal del ese eja y describir los parámetros que rigen su cómputo dentro del marco de la teoría métrica autosegmental. Para ello, aplica encuestas y grabaciones que brindan la evidencia necesaria para el análisis que contrasta los parámetros propuestos por la teoría para este fin. El principal resultado de esta tesis es la demostración de que el ese eja es una lengua que basa su cómputo acentual en la mora, y que esta unidad es pertinente tanto para la construcción de pies trocaicos como para la aplicación de la extrametricalidad, ambos fenómenos muy escasos en las lenguas documentadas del mundo. Nuestra propuesta muestra al ese eja como una lengua muy regular en términos de acento nominal, en la cual las escasísimas “irregularidades” halladas no son tales a la luz de nuestra propuesta: la mora como unidad de análisis.

A comunicação acessível estabelecida pelas imagens, fez com que as histórias em quadrinhos, obtivessem rápida aceitação por parte do público, pois trazem narrativas contadas por imagens. Tendo em sua maioria leitores masculinos, o termo HQ (histórias em quadrinhos) por muito tempo esteve vinculado a temas de super-heróis, violência e sexo, temáticas ligadas exclusivamente ao universo masculino. Visão esta intensificada quando analisamos a trajetória das histórias em quadrinho no mundo, pois foram poucos os mercados editoriais que destinaram uma pequena porcentagem de suas publicações ao mercado feminino. O Japão por outro lado, possui um segmento editorial forte, estável e especializado na publicação de histórias em quadrinhos direcionadas tanto ao público feminino juvenil (shôjo mangá) como ao adulto (josei mangá). A grande questão, no entanto, não seria a existência ou a falta de publicações direcionadas ao público feminino, mas sim, o que levaria as mulheres a comprarem histórias em quadrinhos, já que em muitos países, histórias em quadrinhos é sinônimo de homens. As histórias em quadrinhos femininas, portanto, passaram a enfatizar o lado psicológico e emocional dos personagens, aliando ficção e realidade, estratégia que passou cada vez mais a atrair e a cativar o público feminino. Além da reflexão sobre a inserção das histórias em quaderinhos no universo da Arte, esta pesquisa analisa e estuda a contribuição feminina na produção das histórias em quadrinhos japonesas, já que grande parte das características singulares dos mangás vem da contribuição desta pequena parcela de publicações e desenhistas femininas. The stories in comic´s female, therefore, began to emphasize the psychological and emotional side of character, combining stories and real conflicts, strategy now increasingly to attract and capture the female audience. Besides the discussion on the integration of mangfa in the world of Art, this research analyzes and examines the contribution women in the production of Japanese comics, as most of the unique features in manga, comes from the contribution of this small portion of women´s publication. The research concludes with the production and presentation of work from my own plastic, representing a summary graphic and aesthetics of the whole dissertation. Narratives such as Genji Monogatari, female stereotypes, the gothic, the androgyny of Takarazuka Kagekidan and the minimalism of Takaya Miou, are some of the influences of shôjo and josei Manga in this plastic sleeves.

The main problem which this study aims to address is; "How should Biblical views of sex be applied in the life of the unmarried Christians in the church of God?" In attempting to address this problem, the study will try to answer the following questions: - What are the Scriptural perspectives about Pre-marital sex? - What are the practical situations that unmarried Christians meet in their daily lives? - How can unmarried Christians be guided within Christian perspectives to abstain from pre-marital sex? The aim of this study is to investigate and propose guidelines for counselling unmarried Christians concerning matters of pre-marital sex. Zerfass's model for research was utilised in this study, forming basis-theoretical, meta-theoretical and practice-theoretical guidelines and methodology (Heyns & Pieterse, 1990:35-36). The study compares Scriptural perspectives about pre-marital sex with the practical situations that unmarried Christians meet in their daily lives. Attention is paid to three important concepts: Pre-marital sex, sexual intercourse, and unmarried Christians. The Scriptural perspectives and the key concepts are researched in detail, compared and evaluated. As a conclusion, guidelines are provided h m a Christian perspectives that can help unmarried Christians to abstain from sex before marriage. Pre-marital sex is a serious issue all over the country of South Africa, and its prevention has first of all to do with providing the correct information and then practicing it in everyday life. Pre-marital sex in the church is strongly influenced and by wrong information and messages h m the world, as is indicated in the empirical work. The problem in the church is caused by unmarried Christians who fail to apply and practice Biblical principles of pre-marital sex in their daily life. It is the church's responsibility to remind all young people about the danger of committing the sin of sexual immorality (sex and sexuality, homosexuality, lesbianism, incest, prostitution, pornography, rape, etc). Unmarried Christians need to know what the will of God is with regard to sex and related matters in order that they can be able to abstain from sexual activities. The only way to help unmarried Christians to abstain from premarital sex is found in God's Word, the Bible. Without applying and practicing Biblical knowledge, no unmarried Christian can abstain. God has provided guidelines to avoid pre-marital sex in the life of the young people. They are guidelines that should be used by all Christians and counsellors in counselling and helping unmarried Christians to live lives that are clean before God. Because the unmarried Christian is a new creation in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17), he or she must not only know God's principles for sex, but he/she is instructed to apply them in everyday life. The ability to follow God's guidelines and principles regarding pre-marital sex is accomplished through Christ's presence in young people's lives.

This study deals with the relevant support services in the education system of the Northern Province. The first chapter serves as the orientation for the research project and contextualize the problem statement, which revolves around the question: What support services are needed to make education and training more effective in the education system of the Northern Province? The aims and objectives, delimitation also of the field of study, methods of investigation structure of study and feasibility of study are presented in this chapter. In the subsequent chapters, attention is given to the definition and theory of support services, which are clearly outlined and discussed separately. These include support services for educators, learners and teaching structures and activities. Support services for educators include: -Support regarding academic equipment; -Support regarding the relationship between the educator and the learner; -Support regarding the relationship between the educator and the learner's family; and -Personal support of the educator. Support services for teaching activities and structures include: -Teaching activities; -Support in the management task of the school; and -Support with the physical features of the school. Attention is also given to internal and external factors underlying the requirements of support services. Internal factors underlying the needs of support services include: -Internal factors of educative nature; -Internal factors of historic nature; -Internal factors of interactive nature; -Infrastructure; -Students; -Educators; -Curriculum and examinations; and -School management. External factors underlying the needs of support services include: -Demography; -Geographic and climatic factors; -The physical and psychological characteristics of the target group; -Science and technology; -Language; -Socio-economic situation of the target group; -Political and institutional situation; -Philosophy of life or religion; and -Culture. The empirical research, which includes the construction of questionnaire based on literature survey, and the interpretation of data that formed the main focus of the research are also discussed. The dissertation concludes with a presentation of its findings and recommendations with regard to aims and objectives of this research project.

Abstract A fundamental open question in South American classificatory linguistics is whether the abundant lexical and grammatical affinities exhibited by the Pano and Takana languages from Western Amazonia are due to genetic inheritance or prolonged language contact. Although the proposal of a Pano-Takana stock has traditionally been accepted in the literature, it has since been disputed. In this chapter we show that several body-part nouns in proto-Pano and proto-Takana are not only very similar but exhibit regular sound correspondences. Furthermore, we claim that the similarities between body-part expressions in Pano and in Takana go beyond the mere lexicon. Although it is true that only Pano languages exhibit body-part prefixation, Takana languages feature body-part noun incorporation and compounding. We argue that Pano body-part prefixation can in fact be interpreted as a historical development from source constructions like body-part noun incorporation and compounding, as they are synchronically found in Takana. The lexical and gramatical correspondences found among body-part constructions in Pano and Takana languages provide new evidence in favor of the Pano-Takana hypothesis.

Анотація:

The study describes the impact of parental support in online learning on learning outcomes in the Indonesian language subject at Takalar Regency SDN 01 Center Pattallassang Year 2. The research approach uses a mixed method with an exploratory method. This type of research is ex post facto. The population was all second-grade students with a sample of 51 students. Data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results showed that parental assistance in online learning had a significant effect on learning outcomes in Indonesian language subjects, this was evidenced by the Tcount obtained of 8.272, which is greater than the Ttable value of 2.009. In addition, from the results of the F test, an Fcount value of 68.421 is obtained which is greater than the Ftable value of 4.038 so it can be said that parental assistance affects the learning outcomes of class II students at SDN 01 Center Pattallassang, Takalar Regency. For the coefficient of determination, the value is 0.583, which means that 58.3% of parental assistance in online learning affects student learning outcomes, while the remaining 41.7% is influenced by other factors not included in the model.
