Анотація:
Mullite-corundum multiphase ceramic materials were prepared at 1400°C for 2h with bauxite chamotte and clay clinker as raw material (size<74 μm), molded at pressure of 50 MPa. Effect of raw materials composition on sintering and themal shock resistance of composite were researched by measurements of apparent porosity, bending strength,thermal shock resistance and thermal expansion rates, and analysed by XRD and SEM. The results showed that the best weigh percentage of raw materials with better sintering and themal shock resistance are bauxite chamotte 50 wt%, clay clinker 50wt% for mullite-corundum multiphase ceramic materials. The test results for high temperature gas cleaning dust removal technology development and the application of the composite ceramic material has important application value.

Анотація:
Mullite-aluminium titanate-corundum composite was prepared at 1300°C with refractory clay, aluminium titanate and high alumina grog as raw material, molded at pressure of 50MPa. Effect of raw material ratio on sintering and themal shock resistance of the mullite-aluminium titanate-corundum composite was researched by measurements of apparent porosity, bending strength and residual strength after water-cool, and analyses of XRD and SEM. The results showed that as refractory clay content, apparent porosity of samples decrease, bulk density and bending strength increase. When the weight ratio of refractory clay, aluminium titanate and high alumina grog is 60/10/30, themal shock resistance of sample is excellent, The XRD and SEM analysis results indicated that the mechanical and thermal proprieties are relative to the microstructure and crystal phases of the composite materials.

Анотація:
Mullite-aluminum titanate-cordierite multiphase ceramics were prepared by high alumina clinker, Aluminum Titanate and Cordierite. The sintering property and thermal shock resistance of composite materials were tested. The experimental results show that the sinter property and themal shock resistance of Mullite-aluminum titanate-cordierite multiphase ceramics are relatively preferably, which the materials composition are 30 wt.% high alumina clinker, 60 wt.% cordierite and 10 wt.% aluminum titanate. The component samples show porosity of 33.17%, volume density 1.9 % and normal temperature flexural strength 20.66 MPa. Thermal residual flexural strength of the samples is still as high as 10.29 Mpa by 5 times thermal residual tests, and there are only little flexural strength lower after three times earthquake test.

Анотація:
Polyoxymethylene is a linear polymer with excellent performance due to its chemical structure and high crystallinity. The thermal and rheological properties of POM are investigated in this paper. Experimental results indicate that the melting point and decomposition temperature of POM are about 162 °C and 266 °C respectively. POM melt is a non-Newtonian fluid, the apparent viscosity gradually decreased with the increase of shear rate, showing a typical shear-thinning behavior. Non-Newtonian index increased from 0.53 to 0.61 as the melt temperature increased from 190 °C to 230 °C. The flow activation energy of POM melt is between 11.36 and 24.90 kJ/mol within the shear rate range of 90~2500s -1.

Torrefaction was a main pretreatment technology for improving the properties of biomass in order to deal with such problems as dispersed resource,High moisture content, High bulk volume and low heating value. This paper discussed torrefied temperature, time on thermal and infrared spectrum curve effect of Salix baking carbonand analysed DSC curve of Salix torrefied coal. The resultsshowed that the themal value was higher, with the temperature was increasing faster and the timewas longer, Meanwhile, the number of solid oxygencontaining functional groups in the solid product reduced.The significantly decreasing of the oxygen content improved the heat value of solid products.orrefaction was benefit to the improvement of energy property and material characteristicsof biomass and had a positive effect on the quality of biomass material.

The addition of CaO to Li2O–Al2O3–SiO2–TiO2(LAST), forming the Li2O–CaO–Al2O3–SiO2–TiO2(LCAST) system, is used in the preparation of low themal expansion coefficient glass-ceramics. By a progressive weight percent substitution of CaO for SiO2, at constant ratios of concentration of Li2O, Al2O3, and TiO2, a number of properties of these glasses have been studied. The results indicated that these thermal properties increased progressively with increasing CaO concentration. X-ray diffraction analysis was utilized to identify the crystalline phase in glass-ceramics of the Li2O–CaO–Al2O3–SiO2-TiO2system. Thed-spacings of the major crystallites were precisely measured and fitted with those of β-spodumene. The minor crystalline phase of titanite, CaO · TiO2· SiO2, was also present. The average thermal expansion coefficients from 25 to 700 °C were 3.50 × 10−6/°C, 3.81 × 10−6/°C, and 3.91 × 10−6/°C for samples A, B, and C, respectively.

Анотація:
A novel crystalline precursor for preparing Y3Al5O12 (YAG) nanocrystallite was synthesized via a co-precipitation method using (NH4)2CO3 solution as the precipitator. The precursor was characterized by means of powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectra (FTIR), thermal gravimetry (TG), differential thermal gravimetry (DTG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), respectively. The empirical chemical formula of the crystalline precursor can be expressed as 5[(NH4)2Al6(CO3)3(OH)14]×9[Y2(CO3)3×3H2O] according to the test results. The measured weight loss of 46.7% of the precursor without consideration of the absorbed water is in accord with the calculated value of 47.5% according to the above empirical formula. The phase-pure YAG nanocrystallites were obtained by calcining the above precursors at 900°C for 2 hours in air atmosphere. Transmission electronic microscopy (TEM) result showed that the particle size of YAG nanocrystallites is 40-80 nm. The mechanism of themal decomposition of the crystalline precursor was also presented.

In this study, the analysis method for thermomechanical properties of plain-woven composites is developed, and applied to thermoelastoviscoplastic analysis of plain-woven glass fiber-reinforced plastic (GFRP) composites. For this, a time-dependent constitutive equation depending on temperature for matrix materials is incorporated into the micro/meso/macro-scale thermo-elastic homogenization method for plain-woven composites developed by our research group. This method enables us to analyze thermoelastoviscoplastic properties in not only fiber bundles but also fibers and matrix materials in fiber bundles, as well as macroscopic thermal properties. This method is then applied to the thermal expansion analysis of a plain-woven GFRP composite subjected to a macroscopic temperature change from 25°C to 80°C before it is cooled to 25°C. Comparing the analysis results with experimental data, we validate the present method. It is also shown that the present method can evaluate themal residual stress and strain in the composite.

The crystallization behavior and microstructure of Li+-doped TiO2 thin films prepared by sol-gel dip coating were investigated by means of differential themal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The crystallization apparent activation energy (E) both in the absence and in the presence of Li+ ion was also measured with Kissinger method. As a result the E values of Li+-doped TiO2 thin film were decreased, thus the crystallization of non-crystalline to anatase and antase to rutile was promoted.

A series of lanthanide complexes with acetylacetonate and a new asymmetrical 5-[p-(4-fluorobenzoyloxy)-m-ethyloxy]phenyl-10,15,20-triphenylporphyrin were prepared and characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductance, UV-Vis, IR, 1H NMR, luminescence spectra and themal analysis. Quantum yields of Q band fluorescence are in the region 0.073-0.097 at room temperature. Complexes have higher stability (decompose until 211°C). The structure that both the porphyrin behaved as a tetradentate ligand and acetylacetonate as a bidentate ligand are coordinated to a rare earth ion also has been proposed.

Анотація:
Highly Ordered arrays of TiO2 nanotubes on Ti wire were prepared by anodic oxidation with ethylene glycol solution of NH4F electrolyte. The phase compositions of the samples were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis using Cu-Kα radiation. The microstructure was observed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Experimental results show that at the anode condition of 95V, 50°C, and then themal treatment at 550°C, the highly ordered anatase TiO2 nanotubes arrays arranged on the surface of Ti wire. The length of the nanotube achieved was about 31μm, the internal diameter and outer diameter of the nanotube was 127nm and 170nm, respectively.

Al-pillared rectorites (Al-REC) were synthesized from naturally occurring rectorite through exchange of interlamellar ions with hydroxyalumina polycations. Furthermore, Powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), Nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherms, and Transmitting electronic microscopy (TEM) were applied in order to study the themal stability and hydrothermal stability of pillared materials. The Al-REC are thermally stable up to 800 °C. X-ray diffractograms of Al-REC calcined at 800 °C show a sharp and intense d001 peak, corresponding to a basal spacing of 2.75nm. In a 100% steam flow under atmospheric pressure at 800 °C for 20h, the characteristic d001 spacing of Al-REC decreases from 2.74 to 2.52nm, the sharp and intense d001 peak is still observed. And micropore area, mesopore volume and micropore volume retain 62, 33 and 67%, respectively, which affirms that this pillared clay has exceptional hydrothermal stability.

Background and Purpose: The condition that a person experiences stress can affect the function of various organ systems of the body, especially the cardiovascular system. Manifestations of prolonged stress can turn into anxiety. This study aims to determine differences in temperature distribution in the face of students who experience anxiety facing the OSCE.Method: This research method using pre-experimental design where samples are experiencing anxiety seen temperature distribution in the face area by using thermal imaging. The sample was selected using total sampling technique in which as many as 81 students were undergoing tests OSCE is used as a sample in this study. The instrument used to measure the level of anxiety is the GAD 7, consists of seven items given questions prior to the measurement of temperature using thermal imaging.Results: The results obtained are subjected to mild anxiety as much as 49 respondents where the frontal head temperature measurement that 23 people was febrile, 22 people was normal and 4 people was hypothermia. While the results of the temporal head measurement that 27 people was febrile, 20 people was normal, and 2 people was hypothermia.Conclusion and recommendation: There is a difference in temperature at each level of anxiety as measured by the temperature of the temporal and frontal. Therefore, it needs to be investigated further there a change in temperature by measuring themal imaging, after the addition of interventions for coping with anxiety.

Анотація:
Al-pillared montmorillonites (Al-MMT) were synthesized from naturally occurring sodium montmorillonite through exchange of interlamellar ions with hydroxyalumina polycations. Furthermore, Powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transformation infra-red spectra (FTIR), Thermogravimetric analysis (TG), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were applied in order to study the themal stability, hydrothermal stability and synthesis mechanisms of pillared materials. The Al-MMT are thermally stable and hydrothermal stability up to700°C. X-ray diffractograms of Al-MMT calcined at 700 0C show a sharp and intense d001 peak, corresponding to a basal spacing of 1.66nm. Until calcinations at 8000C, the pillared clays generally retain their structural ordering as evidenced by a broad basal (001) peak, which is an indication that the layer structure lost some long-range ordering. In a 100% steam flow under atmospheric pressure at 7000C, the characteristic d001 spacing of Al-MMT decreases from 1.83nm to 1.71nm, intensity of basal peak reduced by58%. However, after hydrothermal at 8000C, the basal (001) peak is not observed, indicating a complete structural collapse. Synthesis mechanisms for Al-MMT are established. Some of tetrahedral silicons or aluminums inverse towards gallery to react with pillaring agents and yield Alp-O-AlsⅣ or Alp-O-Sis bridges which would firmly fix the pillars to the host clay.

Анотація:
The impacts of multi-monomers melt grafting blends of maleic anhydride(MAH) and Styrene (St) on the crystallization behavior, morphology and mechanical properties of PA1010/ABS/PP blends were studied through the methods of SEM,themal analysis, mechanical properties analysis. The results showed that the graft copolymer generated in situ by the anhydride groups of g-PP and the amino end of PA1010 reduced the interfacial tension of blends efficiently, and the interaction of the styrene groups of the graft copolymer and ABS is helpful to improve the compatibility of three components during the melt blending process. The size of dispersed phase in blends is reduced obviously and the mechanical properties have a great improvement when the percentage of g-PP in the PA1010/ABS/PP blends increases to 10%. The tensile strength of the compatibilized PA1010/ABS/PP blends is improved by 11.7%,and the impact strength and elongation at break are increased 4 times and 4.9 times, respectively.

Анотація:
Lithium niobate ( LiNbO 3) thin film is an important material for optical waveguide. Recently, particular attention has been paid to the application of LiNbO 3 (LN) thin films. To develop and fabricate integrated optical devices, the growth of thin LN epitaxial films onto silicon substrate is of great importance and particularly attractive. In this paper, LN thin film was grown by pulsed laser deposition (PLD). Stoichiometric LN ceramic is used as a target. Amorphous SiO 2 buffer layer was coated on Si (100) wafer by in-situ themal oxidation before the deposition. The optimized condition of growing LN film on Si (100) by PLD is found: O 2 pressure 30 Pa, substrate temperature 600°C. Only (006) reflection of LN was observed besides the (002) reflection of silicon substrate from XRD pattern. The FWHM (~0.21°) of (006) reflection peak is much narrower than the value reported by Lee [1]. The results of XRD measurement indicate that the LN film was epitaxially grown along the c-axis. Transmission electron microcopy (TEM) patterns confirm that the film has superior crystalline quality. The optical waveguiding properties of the films were demonstrated by a prism coupler method. Fully c-oriented thin film could be grown on silicon substrate by PLD without the buffer layer and the induced electric field.

Анотація:
The purpose of the study is to create resin-based micro-nano particulates-filled dental restorative composite materials and investigate the influence of variable nano-hydroxyapatite filler concentration on their thermo-mechanical and thermogravimetric properties. Two series were created by combining silane treated nano-hydroxyapatite filler particles (wt.% of 0, 2, 4, 6, and 8) with foreign ceramic particles (alumina and titanium oxide). Each series consists of five compositions. For each dental composition, the amount of foreign ceramics (20 wt.%) remained constant. The dental composite samples were polymerized for 30 s on each side using a blue LED light. Thermo-mechanical and thermogravimetric analysis was performed at various temperatures range. At preliminary temperatures (30–40°C), the hybrid nano-hydroxyapatite-TiO2 dental composite filled with 8 wt.% nano-hydroxyapatite exhibited storage modulus (about 90 MPa) whereas nano-hydroxyapatite-Al2O3 dental composite filled with 8 wt.% nano-hydroxyapatite exhibited storage modulus (about 260 MPa). Themal stability of nano-hydroxyapatite-Al2O3 and nano-hydroxyapatite-TiO2 dental composite was 99.90% and 99.82% at 90°C, respectively. The glass phase, glass transition phase, and rubbery phase were observed at various temperatures. From the results, it revealed that Al2O3-nano-hydroxyapatite filled dental composite was observed significant than TiO2–nano-hydroxyapatite filled dental composite.
