Aim To specify interest and indications of the transconjunctival approach in lower-eyelid plastic surgery. Materials and Methods Twenty-three cases of inferior blepharoplasty performed through a transconjunctival approach are reported. The authors describe the surgical technique, its indications and results. Results The transconjunctival approach provides excellent access to the inferior fatty chambers and is cutaneous scar free.
