Syftet med denna undersökning har varit att studera huruvida individuella målsättningaranvänds inom elitfotboll. Dessutom undersöktes vilka målsättningsstrategier som föredrassamt vilka av dem som uppfattas som mest effektiva. Vidare studerades hur användningen avolika målsättningsstrategier är relaterat till elitfotbollspelares upplevda kompetens ochmotivation. . Även skillnader mellan ordinarie och icke ordinarie spelare samt juniorer ochseniorer studerades. Slutligen undersöktes även interaktionen mellan målsättningsarbetet,motivation och upplevd kompetens. Totalt deltod 101 fotbollsspelare i studien. Metoden somanvändes var kvantitiv och bestod av enkäterna GSSQ, TEOSQ samt Harterskompetensfrågeformulär (1980). Resultaten visade att resultatmål var som den mestföredragna målsättningen. Vidare var inre motivationsinriktning vanligare än yttre. Resultatenvisade även att målsättningars upplevda effektivite samt spelarnas motivation var lägst hosicke ordinarie juniorer. Interaktionseffekterna visade även att icke ordinarie juniorer uppleverlägre nivå av upplevd kompetens. Resultaten diskuteras i förhållande till uppsatsens teoretiskaramverk.

The purpose of this study was to examine if individual goal setting are being used byprofessional soccer players, what kind of goal setting is preferred and which of those areperceived as most effective. How the use of goal settings are related to professional soccerplayers and elite junior players perceived competence and motivation is also being examined.Also difference between regular, non-regular, juniors and senior players was studied. Finally,the interaction between the use of goal settings, motivation and perceived competence wereexamined. 101 soccer players participated in the study. A quantitative method with thequestionnaires GSSQ, TEOSQ and Harter’s competence questionnaire was used. The resultsshowed that performance goals were the most preferred and that task orientation was morecommon than ego. Perceived effectiveness of goal setting and the player’s motivation waslowest among non-regular juniors. Interaction results also showed that non-regular juniorsshowed low perceived competence. The results are discussed in relation to the essay’stheoretical framework.

Det har skett en stor digitalisering av den finansiella sektorn under de senaste åren därFinTech och dess tjänster har haft en betydande roll. Dock är inte de innovativa digitalatjänsterna som FinTech bidrar till enbart möjligheter, utan det utsätter även den finansiellasektorn för risker. På grund av digitaliseringen medför dessa risker nya operationella riskerinom den finansiella sektorn. Studiens syfte är därav att undersöka och analysera de variablersom förklarar det upplevda förtroendet och riskerna som finns vid användningen av digitalafinansiella tjänster. Studiens fokus ligger på kunderna då de har en nyckelroll i bevarandet avdessa tjänster. Studien har sin grund i ett deduktivt tillvägagångssätt med fokus på tidigareempirisk forskning på området, men även olika modeller som Technology Acceptance Model(TAM), Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM) samt Behavioral finance som syftar till attförklara hur kunden accepterar nya digitala fenomen. För att undersöka detta tillämpas enkvantitativ metod genom användningen av en webbaserad surveyundersökning. Urvalet bestårav 185 svar som därefter analyserades genom deskriptiv statistik och inferentiell statistik.Detta skedde i form av en multipel regressionsanalys som analyserade studiens tre hypoteserdär studiens tre oberoende variabler och kontrollvariabler analyserades emot studiensberoende variabel. Resultaten visade på att risk och användning hade ett statistiskt sambandmed det upplevda förtroendet medan den egna upplevda förmågan inte hade det. Studiensresultat kan vara användbara för FinTech-företag då resultaten visar att risker måste minskasför att kundförtroendet ska öka.

Background and problem discussion: Lean consists of a variety of tools that have been created for different purposes, in order to create competitive advantages over other companies. The use of the method can mean that they become better communication, greater confidence or improvements in the operating economy. In recent years there has also been a changed demand for companies regarding the environment, which means that they can not focus only on how they can improve the unproductive processes. The companies are therefore trying to combine the traditional performance goals (eg: quality & efficiency) with environmental goals. Here it has been found that Lean's way of thinking can also be used to improve environmental performance and gain competitive advantages through it. But it is far from all companies that have implemented the method that managed to gain competitive advantage. This is because companies have a lack of knowledge about the impact of the various lean tools. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify which Lean tools Swedish manufacturing companies work with and how the companies work with them. Furthermore, the study aims to increase understanding of the perceived impact that companies' work with lean tools have on the operating economy and environmental performance. Method: The approach is based on a comparative multi-case study with qualitative character. Where the material is obtained from three manufacturing companies. The interviews were conducted through structured questions via mail, as well as semi-structured questions via telephone interviews. The collected data is then analyzed to find similarities and differences between the fall companies, but also against previous research. Conclusion: Based on this study, it appears that companies are adapting their use of the various lean tools to their business. Where the use of the lean tools is perceived to affect their becoming a greater customer focus in the companies. The work with the lean tools is also perceived to contribute to improving the quality of the companies products and processes, and that flexibility and reliability could be improved. In this study it also turns out that companies are starting to think more about how their processes and products affect the environment. Where working with the lean tools has shown that companies' environmental performance can be improved. In this study, it appears that the use of the lean tools has contributed to the reduction in material use.

The aim of this study was to examine the experience of social media use and its psychological effect on the subjective well-being. This was examined through qualitativ method by studying the social media use among ten individuals consisting of five women and five men in ages 18-30 and documenting their experiences. People in all ages use social media daily, and statistics has shown that using social media frequently results in mental illness such as depression, anxiety and decreased lust of living. The results of this study showed that the participants experienced feelings of depression, anxiety and impaired self-esteem due to comparisons with other users and the pressure of showing a fasad to have their identity confirmed. Aim: Previous research on activity-based offices has focused on subordinates and the effects it has on their work. The use of the concept also affects employees in a management position. The purpose of this study therefore is to illustrate how managers percieve that their opportunities to exercise leadership are affected by the use of an activity-based office. Method: The study's scientific approach is hermeneutic phenomenology and we have used an abductive research approach. The theoretical framework is based on previous research, and was updated continuously during the study. The study's research design is a case study, and data collection was made in the form of semi-structured interviews. Empirical material was analysed with the theoretical framework as a base and the results are discussed in the analysis. Result & conclusion: The study shows that activity-based offices affect the leader's opportunities to exercise leadership in all areas we have investigated, although to varying degree. As in previous research on the subject our study shows that the increased interaction an activity-based office brings, is a strong contributor to the various effects that have been noted. The effects however are not always percieved in the same way from a manager’s perspective. Suggestions for future research: Our study only included companies that have recently implemented an activity-based office. We propose a study including companies that have been using an activity-based office for a longer time to discover new challenges, problems and opportunities for managers. We also believe that future studies should look at other aspects of leadership than those we focused on and how these are affected by the activity-based office. Contribution of the thesis: The study shows that the activity-based office affects the leader's opportunities to exercise leadership. The leadership has generally become more conductive and supportive rather than controlling. However, we have also noted a number of challenges that the concept entails that affect the manager's job.

The purpose of the study is to examine how teachers describe their use of digital tools in teaching the subject of Swedish and how the teachers’ perceive that pupils' motivation for learning is affected when working with digital tools in the classroom. The study is based on a qualitative phenomenological research approach. The collection of data has been done through a questionnaire on the Internet, which was answered by teachers that work in elementary school grades 4-6, teaching the subject of Swedish, and using digital tools in their every day teaching. The result clearly shows that digital tools are used in several different ways in the subject of Swedish. Mostly, digital tools are used when working with different types of texts, but also for example to blog, show films and to give feedback on pupils’ work. The result also shows that digital tools have a manly positive impact on the pupils’ motivation. For example, one respondent describes that the computer contribute to easier text editing, which makes the pupils more motivated to redo and change in their work. The one case, when pupils’ motivation for learning has been perceived as negative can be linked to the use of digital tools as special support in teaching and the respondent describes that the pupils' sense of being singled out is the main reason.

It has become increasingly common for businesses to use gamification elements to enhance motivation and engagement with their products. Previous studies examining gamification show that gamification has both positive and negative effects on end-users. Ethical issues have also been raised, as concerning, by some in the scientific community. This study aimed to investigate what effect some gamification elements have on Twitch viewers. Twitch viewer experience has been examined through the use of qualitative surveys and complementary interviews. The study included 34 surveys and two interview participants that were recruited through criterion-based selection. The study findings reflect both the positive and negative effects of some gamification elements that are used on the Twitch platform. The findings of this study can be used as a basis for further research on how gamification effect Twitch viewers. As well as a base guideline for future improvements on usage of gamification elements.
