Целью исследования является попытка определить уровень использования бенчмаркинга в управлении современным предприятием, ориентированным на качество. Кроме того, демонстрация возможностей, которые предоставляет внедренная и поддерживаемая система управления качеством, элементом которой является бенчмаркинг, в виде внешних, внутренних, экономических выгод, выгод для окружающей среды и для сотрудников, является важной целью организации. Методической целью является демонстрация бенчмаркинга как пути улучшения проекционных организационных процессов в рамках международных стандартов, например ISO, в процессе управления качеством, отвечающим требованиям и ожиданиям клиентов. The purpose of the study is an attempt to determine the level of use of modern management methods – benchmarking in the management of a modern quality-oriented enterprise. In addition, demonstrating the opportunities provided by an implemented and maintained quality management system, of which benchmarking is an element, in the form of external, internal, economic, environmental and employee benefits, is an important goal of the organization. The problem of research is not new, it is disclosed, but it has not been fully studied. Therefore, the methodological goal is to demonstrate benchmarking as a way to improve projection organizational processes within the framework of international standards, for example ISO, in the quality management process that meets the requirements and expectations of customers.

В статье проведен компаративный анализ систем профессионального развития педагогов Китая и Японии с применением технологии бенчмаркинг. Актуальность статьи обусловлена поиском путей совершенствования профессионального развития педагогов с использованием зарубежного опыта для выявления потенциала его адаптации в отечественную практику. Проиллюстрированы различия между типовым бенчмаркингом и образовательным бенчмаркингом, заключающиеся в том, что в процессе бенчмаркинга в образовании при переносе положительного опыта результат может отличаться от образовательной организации-эталона. Автором выявлены черты двух подходов в организации систем профессионального развития с учетом особенностей преподавательской деятельности в исследуемых странах. Рассмотрена типология систем профессионального развития Японии и Китая, учитывающая специфику систем высшего образования, особенности профессионального развития педагога и социального статуса профессии в указанных странах. Доказано, что системы профессионального развития педагогов стран Азии имеют общие характеристики и основаны на едином алгоритме «взращивания» педагогов. Определены рекомендации к имплементации в отечественную практику опыта преподавания в университетах Китая и Японии. Статья предназначена для ученых-исследователей в области профессионального развития и педагогов-практиков. The article provides the comparative analysis of the systems of teachers’ professional development in China and Japan by means of benchmarking technology. The relevance of article is due to the search of ways of enhancing teachers’ professional development with the help of international experience to determine the potential for its adoption into Russian practice. The article reveals the differences between typical benchmarking and educational benchmarking: in the process of benchmarking in education while transferring positive experience the results may differ from the educational organization-model. The author revealed the features of the two approaches in the organization of systems of teachers’ professional development taking into account the features of teaching activity in the explored countries; considered the typology of systems of professional development in Japan and China taking into account the specifics of the higher education systems, features of teachers’ professional development, and social status of the profession in the presented countries. It is proved that the systems of teachers’ professional development in the countries of the Asian region have general characteristics, and are based on a unified algorithm of “cultivating” teachers. The author also provides some recommendations for the implementation of teaching in China and Japan into the Russian practice. The article is intended for research scientists in the field of professional development, and practicing teachers.

The article is devoted to the study of the integration of educational marketing into business and social projects. The value of this work is the development of a method that will help to abstract from the industry binding in the selection and application of educational tools in solving marketing problems. Attention is paid not only to the goals of using educational marketing, but to the willingness of companies to use it. The study analyzes global and local trends in society, business, and education; studies modern educational marketing technologies and benchmarked more than 40 projects that use educational marketing. The research methodology includes a series of in-depth interviews and consumer surveys. Attention is drawn to the goals of the application of educational marketing, the willingness of companies to use it, the potential for introducing innovative formats and educational marketing tools into the activities of companies. In the analysis of consumers attention is focused on the goals of educational content consumption. The author's classification of projects is formed from the point of view of the use of educational marketing tools. The result of the study is the method of applying educational marketing. When formulating the method, it was decided to rely on two criteria: the situation of consumption of educational content-stressful or life-long learning; the type of company using innovative formats and educational marketing tools: conservatives, load balancers and innovators. This method will help companies to use various formats and tools of educational marketing to build relationships with consumers and brand loyalty.

Abstract:
The purpose of the study is to show by the example of the international metal-lurgical industry that the parameterization of a single company in this industry, created from scratch, should follow industry–wide benchmarks. Industry indices are built based on 14 se-lected sustainability factors, and on their basis, on the contrary, interval estimates of the dimen-sions of a mock-up company are determined, in which annual revenue is predetermined and amounts to 1 billion US dollars per year. In terms of dimensions, three levels of profit purification are determined (marginal profit, operating profit, net profit) and capital structure (equity, bor-rowed capital). Also, in accordance with the benchmarks, the maximum amount of financial costs and the minimum number of employees of a conditional company are determined. Knowledge of industry standards allows the business owner to build optimal structural propor-tions, and orientation to benchmarks in the course of strategic goal setting – to establish zones in which the business retains a margin of safety. The study is original, it uses the methods of fuzzy set theory and soft computing in the interval formulation of the problem.

The purpose of the article is to develop proposals on the basis of analysis and conditions for the use of benchmarking as a tool for managing integrated structures to improve the integration mechanism of General Motors using the benchmarking method. The object of the study is General Motors, the object is the benchmarking process as part of its activities. The paper used methods of systems and factor analysis, economic and mathematical modeling, groupings, modeling, evaluation, forecasting and planning. Suggestions for reducing the cost of goods, reducing production and entering more promising markets. It was concluded that the application of Tesla's strengths in the operation and management of the integrated structure of General Motors would allow it to achieve increased economic efficiency in modern market conditions.

The computational methods of improved accuracy for neutronic process simulation in modern codes cause the new problems to substantiate the calculated characteristics and final errors, that requires the new approaches and computational tools. The traditional comparison of Calculation and Experiment results is often impossible due to the incompleteness of description of the experiment, the lack of necessary experimental data and underestimation of the experimental errors. In addition, verification of modern neutronic codes requires significantly more “reference” data than those, presented in benchmarks. The objective difficulties to obtain the experimental data of desired accuracy in the right amount necessitate the additional means for modern code benchmarking. A computational experiment, providing the “interval” values for key characteristics can be useful tool when testing modern neutronic codes under advanced simulation conditions. The problem of benchmarking is considered for nuclide kinetics problems when using the full element basis of fission products yields. The Computational Experiment is used to simulate the experiment with uranium sample irradiation in BN-350 reactor under conditions of incomplete description of the Physical Experiment.

Доказана необходи мость конфиденциальности в процессе сбора, передачи и хранения информации. Показаны цифровые технологии, которые при совершенствовании бенчмаркинга, выведут предприятия на инновационный путь развития и новые этапы роста. This article shows the need for benchmarking. The main types of benchmarking in the digital en vironment are revealed and the most relevant ones are highlighted. The authors paid attention to the considera tion of the benefits of benchmarking as a necessary attribute for analyzing an enterprise in the digital space (per formance, efficiency of using digital modules, financial indicators). The advantages of introducing information andcommunication technologies are proved, which allow enterprises to enter an innovative development path, ex panding the possibilities of using Internet resources, digital modules and technologies. In the field of optimizationand improvement of development, an information program has been developed that can effectively function for anenterprise in a digital environment. The need for confidentiality in the process of collecting, transmitting and stor ing information has been proved. Digital technologies are shown, which, with the improvement of benchmarking,will lead enterprises to an innovative development path and new stages of growth.

Abstract:
The article presents brief results of intellectual products of the university commercialization benchmarking at national and regional (local) markets. As the concept of intellectual product of the university we used a generalized indicator that includes all the innovative developments of the university scientists that have the potential to protect intellectual property rights and further commercialization. The objects of benchmarking were the models of commercialization of intellectual products of innovation-oriented countries universities, which are in high positions of the Global Innovation Index: the USA and China. The sources of information for the analysis were secondary information on the research problem, multifunctional search platform for scientific publications Google Scholar, websites of the universities of the countries-leaders of innovative development universities selected as objects of benchmarking. As a result of the studies carried out at the national level the model of China᾿s innovation ecosystem was chosen as a reference sample for further analysis. Indicators for comparative analysis that characterize the process of commercialization of intellectual products at the national market level are the presence of an institutional innovation environment, the presence of a high-tech knowledge-intensive market, innovation spending and the value of companies᾿ intangible assets. At the local level, a multi-company network model for the intellectual products of US universities commercialization was chosen as a reference sample for further analysis. Abstract:
Статья посвящена анализу финансовой устойчивости на примере нефтегазовой отрасли, с выделением особой роли ПАО «НК Роснефть» как одного из основных производителей. В настоящее время на отрасль оказываются активные попытки негативного влияние как со стороны западных санкций, так и со стороны внутренних факторов компаний нефтегазовой отрасли, включая высокий уровень зависимости от внешних источников финансирования. При этом можно убедиться, что биомассы и электроэнергия занимают совокупно всего 19% мирового производства энергии, а нефть имеет самую большую долю среди первичных источником энергии за 2022 год. Таким образом, интерес к нефтегазовой отрасли как источнику первичной энергии не спадет в ближайшие десятилетия. По данным сопоставительного анализа по большинству показателей анализируемая компания показывает результат лучше среднеотраслевых значений. На основе выделенных факторов снижения финансовой устойчивости, можно рекомендовать обратить внимание на разработку сценариев по снижению санкционного давления, уменьшения добычи по причине снижения инвестиций в поисковые разработки и изменений спроса. The article is devoted to the analysis of financial stability using the example of the oil and gas industry, highlighting the special role of PJSC NK Rosneft as one of the main producers. Currently, the industry is under active attempts to be negatively influenced both by Western sanctions and by internal factors of oil and gas companies, including a high level of dependence on external sources of financing. At the same time, it can be seen that biomass and electricity together account for only 19% of global energy production, and oil has the largest share among the primary energy sources for 2022. Thus, interest in the oil and gas industry as a source of primary energy will not subside in the coming decades. According to comparative analysis, for most indicators, the analyzed company shows results better than the industry average. Based on the identified factors for reducing financial stability, it can be recommended to pay attention to the development of scenarios to reduce sanctions pressure, reduce production due to reduced investment in exploration and changes in demand.

Модернизация российского образования, тенденции международной образовательной интеграции, сущностными характеристиками которой являются взаимосближение и взаимообогащение систем образования разных стран, создали разнообразные возможности получения образования и самообразования как в традиционной системе, так и в рамках новых образовательных форматов, структур, методологических подходов и парадигм. Обращение к проблеме профессионального развития педагогов в России и за рубежом является весьма актуальным и своевременным как ответ на современные требования гражданского общества к личности педагога и его деятельности в условиях глобализации и цифровизации образования. Выявленные в ходе сравнительно-педагогического исследования успешные практики организации профессионального развития педагога за рубежом могут служить ресурсом и ориентиром для российских реформаторов педагогического образования в контексте государственной образовательной политики. Автором выделена группа концептуальных идей, касающихся модернизации системы профессионального развития педагогов; подробно представлена идея выявления и имплементации лучших образовательных образцов и практик системы профессионального развития педагогов за рубежом с использованием технологии бенчмаркинга. Применение технологии бенчмаркинга обосновывается через анализ успешного опыта ее реализации в европейских университетах. В статье также определены условия, которые имеются и которые необходимо создать для успешного применения бенчмаркет-проектов в российской высшей школе. В заключении сделан вывод, что изучение современных идей и успешных практик с использованием технологии бенчмаркинга в организации профессионального развития педагогов за рубежом будет способствовать просветительству и пропаганде психолого-педагогических знаний среди российских работников образования в условиях его глобализации и цифровизации. The modernization of Russian education and trends of international educational integration (the essence of which is mutual approach and cross fertilization) have created various opportunities for obtaining education and self-education, both in traditional system and within the framework of new educational formats, structures, methodological approaches, and paradigms. The appeal in this article to the problem of teachers’ professional development is very relevant and timely as a response to the modern requirements of civil society to the teacher’s personality and activities in the context of globalization and digitalization of education. The successful practices of organizing teachers’ professional development abroad can serve as a resource and reference point for Russian reformers of pedagogical education in the context of state educational policy. The author highlighted a group of conceptual ideas concerning teachers’ professional development; provides the idea of selecting and implementing the best educational practices of teachers’ professional development abroad employing the benchmarking technology. The application of benchmarking technology is substantiated through the successful experience of its implementation in European universities. The article identifies the conditions that exist and that need to be created for successful benchmark-project application in Russian universities. The article concludes that the study of modern ideas and successful practices of teachers’ professional development abroad with the benchmark technology will contribute to promotion of psycho-pedagogical knowledge among Russian educators in conditions of educational globalization and digitalization.

Thus, the study of the problem of university teachers’ professional development in Russia and abroad is very relevant and timely as a response to the modern requirements of civil society for the personality of the teachers and their activities in the conditions of international educational integration. The need for professional development among teachers is closely related to the desire for more successful indicators in pedagogical activities. To do this, it is necessary to fulfill several pedagogical conditions, including the teacher's own awareness of the need for professional development; the interest of the university administration and the availability of resources to organize a professional development system; having a goal and choosing a professional development model, etc. The purpose of the article is to show models of individualization of the teachers’ professional development abroad, which are aimed at improving the professional qualifications of university teachers, ensuring their adaptation and successful activity in a constantly changing educational society. Research results: 1. The article presents the possibilities of benchmarking in education, in particular, the use of a benchmarking project as a method of studying the successful experience of organizing the teachers’ professional development in a modern university. 2. Based on the analysis of the best practices of university teachers’ professional development, authors identify three main models of implementation of teachers’ professional development in higher education organizations. These models can serve as a guide for Russian higher education reformers in the context of state educational policy. The article concludes that effective European models of teachers’ professional development, identified by using the benchmarking technology, can be successfully implemented in Russian universities under certain conditions.

Abstract:
The national medical research centers (NMRCs) play an important role in managing the quality of healthcare system and evaluating its resources within the supervised profiles in Russia. The lack of controlling resources within NMRCs limit the possibility for improving the efficiency of healthcare in supervised profiles. The electronic benchmarking system could’ve become such a tool for the controlling over medical organizations (MO). It would allow evaluating the activities of MO (for example, comparing the activities of the analyzed MO with the reference MO, or dynamics of changes in MO - historical benchmarking), finding and implementing the most effective methods for organization of work of MO and improving the quality of medical care provided to patients. The authors of the article describe the experience of development and implementation of benchmarking system in MO of the “Children's Oncology and Hematology” profile. Based on the initial results of the analysis, the following issues were identified: 1) absence of nutritive support algorithms (in 90 % of MO analyzed); 2) absence of children patient register for oncology and hematology (61 % of MO analyzed); 3) inability to organize radiation therapy service (55 % of MO analyzed); 4) deficit of surgeon operators in the field of “pediatric oncology” (42 % of MO analyzed); 5) absence of capacity for isolation of immunocompromised patients within intensive care units (39 % of MO analyzed). Thus, after analyzing with the use of electronic benchmarking tools, the primary problematics can be shown therefore the key problems requiring corrective measures by the MO management can be distinguished. The further dynamic assessment also allows evaluating of the effectiveness of the ‘work on bugs’ done.

Залог успеха компании заключается в удовлетворении потребностей ее сотрудников. Вопрос оценки качества обслуживания клиентов и качества работы сотрудников волнует многих руководителей фирм. Также руководство часто задается вопросом проведения таких оценок. Актуальность исследования обусловлена тем, что на сегодняшний день не существует универсальной оценки удовлетворенности персонала работой в организации. Ведущим методом к исследованию данной проблемы является HR-бенчмаркинг с использованием методики SERVQUAL и индекса удовлетворенности CSI, позволяющий комплексно рассмотреть проблему оценки удовлетворенности персонала. Изучение того, есть ли у организации необходимый персонал для ее эффективной работы, способны ли сотрудники работать в соответствии с выбранной стратегией, является целью HR-бенчмаркинга. В статье раскрыты особенности восприятия клиентами предлагаемых компанией услуг, которые отражает концепция «SERVQUAL». Она позволяет достичь стандарта, удобного для клиентов. Благодаря данной концепции компания, ориентируясь на полученные результаты, сможет выявить уровень удовлетворенности своих сотрудников. Изучение мнений сотрудников о работе, в том числе их удовлетворенности условиями труда, является целью дальнейшего совершенствования бизнес-процессов компании. Материалы статьи представляют практическую ценность для современных компаний с любым видом деятельности. In the world today with its dynamic environment, employees are the main asset of a company. Thanks to the staff, competitiveness and full development of an entire organization are ensured. The key to a company's success lies in meeting the needs of its employees. The issue of assessing the quality of customer service and the quality of employee performance appears to be a concern for many company executives. Additionally, management often consider the option of conducting such assessments. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that nowadays there is no universal means of assessing staff work satisfaction in the organization. The leading method for studying this problem is HR benchmarking using the SERVQUAL methodology and the CSI satisfaction index, which helps to comprehensively examine the problem of assessing staff satisfaction. The inquiry as to whether the organization has the necessary personnel to function effectively and whether employees can operate in accordance with the chosen strategy is the goal of HR benchmarking. The article explores the peculiarities of customers' perception of the services offered by the company, which reflects the concept of "SERVQUAL". It provides an opportunity to achieve a standard that is convenient for customers. Owing to this concept, the company will be able to identify the level of employee satisfaction focusing on the results. The study of employees' opinions about work, including their satisfaction with working conditions, is the goal of further improvement of the company's business processes. The materials of the article are of practical value for modern companies with any type of activity. Введение. Актуальность исследования состоит в том, что проведение реформ в Казахстане привело к кардинальным изменениям в системе здравоохранения, которые напрямую связаны с развитием рыночных отношений. Для того, что бы занять достойное место на современном, высоко конкурентном рынке медицинских услуг необходимо использовать новые передовые маркетинговые технологии, одной из таких является – бенчмаркинг. Цель - определение направлений эффективной практической деятельности Высокотехно-логичного Центра Радиационной Онкологии (ВЦРО), г. Семей на основе бенчмаркинга. Методы: комплексная сравнительная оценка; наблюдение, вычисление обобщающих показателей, SWOT- анализ. Результаты. Была выделена, наиболее эффективная маркетинговая технология, которая позволяет повысить конкурентоспособность ядерной медицины на рынке медицинских услуг – бенчмаркинг, который позволяет, изучая достижения и ошибки других предприятий, разработать эффективную модель функционирования учреждения. В результате сбора информации выделен опыт двух стран (Италия, Россия) и двух центров ядерной медицины яаляющихся базой для подготовки специалистов Регионального онкологического диспансера г.Семей (РОД г.Семей). Выводы: Существуют ключевые проблемы, которые сдерживают внедрение ЯМ в Казахстане, такие как: высокая стоимость медицинских радионуклидных технологий; дефицит числа врачей-радиологов; существующие нормативно-правовые акты (НПА) не полностьью охватывают работу Центра ядерной медицины (ЦЯМ). SWOT-анализ деятельности ВЦРО позволил выделить сильные стороны: наличие подготовленных кадров; работа по социально значимым программам (снижение онкозаболеваемости и онкосмертности); богатый опыт участия в международных проектах; устойчивые деловые связи с образовательными и научными организациями г.Семей, лечебными и диагностическими учреждениями; амбициозные цели центра, стремление к развитию и готовность к изменениям. Ряд слабых сторон: относительно высокая стоимость медицинских радиоизотопных технологий; ограниченное число подготовленных специалистов немедицинского профиля; существующие НПА не полностью охватывают работу ЦЯМ, отсутствие регулярного стратегического маркетинга, не до конца отработанные механизмы технологического процесса разработки, внедрения радиофармпрепаратов и др. Определены возможности для повышения конкурентоспособности деятельности центра: повышение компетентности сотрудников в зарубежных центрах; участие в зарубежных и казахстанских грантовых проектах; охват высокотехнологичной помощью населения регионов РК; создание практического тренингового центра для постдипломного обучения на базе ВЦРО; разработка новых протоколов диагностики неонкологической патологии с использованием ПЭТ-сканеров; производство радиофармпрепаратов для других центров РК и ближнего зарубежья; развитие медицинского туризма. Introduction. The relevance of the study is that the reforms in Kazakhstan has led to radical changes in the health system that are directly associated with the development of market relations. In order to take its rightful place in today's highly competitive market of medical services it is necessary to use new advanced marketing technologies, and one of them is - benchmarking. The aim is to define the areas of effective practice of high-tech center of Radiation Oncology (HCRO) in Semey city based on benchmarking. Methods: A comprehensive comparative assessment; observation, calculation of general indicators, SWOT- analysis The Results. The most effective marketing technique that can improve the competitiveness of nuclear medicine in the health care market - benchmarking has been allocated, which allows us to develop an effective model of the institution, while studying the achievements and mistakes of other companies. As the result of collecting information the experience of two countries (Italy, Russia) and two centers for nuclear medicine has been highlited. Conclusions: There are key issues that hinder the implementation of nuclear medicine in Kazakhstan, such as the high cost of medical radionuclide technologies; shortage of radiologists; lack of timely modernization of radio diagnostic equipment; excessive regulation by permitting and regulatory authorities. Using SWOT-analysis of HCRO is possible to identify strengths: availability of trained personnel; work on social programs (reducing cancer morbidity and deaths); a wealth of experience in international projects; stable business relationships with educational and scientific organizations of Semey, therapeutic and diagnostic facilities; ambitious goals of the center, the pursuit of development and readiness for change. A number of weaknesses: the relatively high cost of medical radioisotope technologies; the limited number of trained physicians; excessive regulation by permitting and regulatory authorities; lack of regular strategic marketing, not fully developed mechanisms of development processes, implementation of radiopharmaceuticals and other. The opportunities to improve the competitiveness of the center's were identified: to increase the competence of employees in foreign centers; participation in foreign and Kazakh grant projects; coverage of high-tech means of population in the regions of Kazakhstan; the creation of a practical training center for postgraduate based on HCRO; development of new diagnostic protocols non-cancer diseases using PET scanners; production of radiopharmaceuticals for other centers of Kazakhstan and abroad; the development of medical tourism. В работе были рассмотрены сущность и особенности применения различных подходов, включая бенчмаркинг с методами экономического моделирования, анализ программных документов федерального уровня, программное бюджетирование и многокритериальный анализ принятия решений. Для наглядного понимания методов показан алгоритм их реализации на конкретных примерах в различных ситуациях. Результаты анализа показывают, что каждый метод имеет свои преимущества и может быть эффективно применен для оценки эффективности бюджетных расходов. В то же время в работе отмечается сложность реализации и модификации некоторых подходов. Данное исследование способствует лучшему пониманию указанных методологий и определению их применимости в различных ситуациях. The purpose of this study is to study and compare current methodologies for evaluating the effectiveness of budget expenditures using a systematic approach. The paper considered the essence and features of the application of various approaches, including benchmarking with economic modeling methods, analysis of federal-level program documents, program budgeting and multi-criteria analysis of decision-making. For a clear understanding of the methods, the algorithm of their implementation is shown using specific examples in various situations. The results of the analysis show that each method has its advantages and can be effectively applied to assess the effectiveness of budget expenditures. At the same time, the work notes the complexity of their implementation and modification of some approaches. This study contributes to a better understanding of these methodologies and to determining their applicability in various situations.

В статье обсуждаются теоретические и эмпирические аспекты территориального маркетинга, подчеркивается важность формирования благоприятного имиджа Республики Саха (Якутия) в общероссийском и мировом масштабах. Автор статьи интерпретирует результаты трех маркетинговых бенчмаркингов, посвященных теме имидж-моделирования региона. Проблема рассматривается в динамике. На основе результатов бенчмаркинга ноября 2023 г. делается вывод о необходимости развития промышленного туризма и туризма заповедных мест, которые будут способствовать продвижению интегрированного имиджа РС (Я), укреплению его позиций. Сделан вывод об актуальных атрибутах имиджа Республики Саха (Якутия) Theoretical and empirical aspects of the territory marketing are discussed in this article, the importance of formation of favorable image of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in Russian and world scales is underlined. The author of this article interpreters results of three marketing benchmarkings which are devoted to the theme of image-modeling of region. The problem is reviewed in dynamics. The conclusion about significant of development of industry tourism and tourism of unique places is making on the bases of benchmarking of November 2023. These kinds of tourism can promote integrate image of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The conclusion about relevant attributes of image of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) have been made.

В статье обоснована необходимость развития полупроводниковой (лазерной, микроэлектронной) промышленности, как одного из приоритетных направлений формирования цифровой экономики. В настоящее время формирование цифровой экономики является фактором лидерства и конкурентоспособности страны на мировой арене. Принято считать, что под цифровизацией понимается разработка программного обеспечения, развитие банковского и страхового сектора, формирование сервисного государства с проактивным оказанием услуг. Однако немаловажную роль в становлении цифровой экономики играют и компании, которые придают цифровым технологиям физическую форму и импульс развития в сфере высоких технологий. Поэтому с целью достижения цифровой зрелости необходимо также придавать значение развитию, в частности, и полупроводниковой промышленности. В статье проведен анализ мирового рынка полупроводниковых компонентов, рассмотрен некоторый номенклатурный перечень выпускаемой продукции в данной отрасли. Выявлены особенности отечественной полупроводниковой промышленности, и проведен бенчмаркинг с мировыми тенденциями. Сделаны выводы относительно состояния отечественной полупроводниковой промышленности. The article substantiates the need for the development of the semiconductor (laser, microelectronic) industry, as one of the priority areas for the formation of the digital economy. At present, the formation of a digital economy is a factor in the country's leadership and competitiveness on the world stage. It is generally accepted that digitalization refers to the development of software, the development of the banking and insurance sectors, the formation of a service state with proactive provision of services. However, companies that give digital technologies a physical form and impetus for development in the field of high technologies also play an important role in the development of the digital economy. Therefore, in order to achieve digital maturity, it is also necessary to attach importance to the development, in particular, of the semiconductor industry. The article analyzes the world market of semiconductor components, considers a certain nomenclature list of manufactured products in this industry. The features of the domestic semiconductor industry are revealed, and benchmarking with world trends is carried out. Conclusions are drawn regarding the state of the domestic semiconductor industry.

The article emphasizes the importance of improving management processes at the enterprise, using new approaches. Emphasis is placed on the need to master benchmarking technologies and their effective use. It is highlighted that the assessment of the firm's competitive status is formed by determining the level of the firm's strategic potential at each stage of its life cycle of competitive advantage. It is emphasized that at the current stage there is no consensus on the definition of the essence of benchmarking. Various definitions of the term "benchmarking" have been proposed. The statements of both domestic and foreign scientists are analyzed. A proper statement of the term "benchmarking" is proposed and its optimal meaning is determined. The main purpose and goals of benchmarking are highlighted and it is emphasized that the objects of benchmarking can be methods, processes, technologies, quality parameters of products,and indicators of financial and economic activity of the enterprise. The importance of taking into account the main principles of benchmarking, which determine its effectiveness, is emphasized. The main principles of benchmarking are proposed and the interpretation by the authors is analyzed. The main stages of benchmarking are highlighted and the interpretation of the stages by scientists is given. It is emphasized that conducting a benchmarking comparison requires focusing on key indicators of competitiveness. It is important to note that the benchmarking approach can be applied both independently and with the participation of a team of consultants. The positive consequences of the application of benchmarking are business improvement, awareness of the comparative state of the enterprise, obtaining a strategic advantage, and increasing the level of organizational knowledge. It is emphasized in the conclusions that benchmarking, as a tool, allows you to compare performance indicators and identify the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise. In general, three countries are considered as the founders of benchmarking: The United States of America, China and Japan. Benchmarking as a strategic tool began to gain popularity in the late 1970 and early 1980. ESG standards and their role for modern business organizations are considered. The main advantages of ESG benchmarking for the activities and reporting of business organizations are highlighted. Benchmarking can be a key factor in a successful strategy. As a result of the study, the author identified key aspects for the selection of characteristic types of benchmarking for small and big innovative businesses, the process of periodization within the evolution of benchmarking generations is described, an author’s methodology for benchmarking models constructing for small and big innovative businesses in the context of increasing competitiveness of these economic entities is presented, this approach is based on the system approach to the management model. The author points that the constructed benchmarking system models in the context of increasing competitiveness of business entities on the basis of principles, processes and stages make it possible to determine the competitive position of an innovative company in the market using innovative proposals and best business practices. Also the author proposes to analyse the typology of benchmarking based on the priority of the development of small and big innovative businesses. In accordance with this, the key types of benchmarking for small innovative businesses include internal production, external competition, collective and individual. The author’s toolkit will allow identifying gaps in communication interaction with a focus on stimulating the development of competitive advantages of an innovative business through benchmarking.

The article is devoted to solving theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of benchmarking by trade enterprises in the context of globalization of commodity markets and integration of Ukraine into international trade and economic relations. The economic essence and the purpose of benchmarking as a marketing tool for ensuring competitive advantages are disclosed. The main prerequisites, the motives that presuppose the use of benchmarking in the activities of enterprises are considered. The modern approaches to benchmarking management are specified. Classification features are distinguished, types of benchmarking and scope of their use are characterized. The peculiarities of benchmarking of business processes of retail enterprises, the major success factors (assortment and laying out of goods, quality of goods/services, technology of purchase, saving of the buyers’ expenses, interaction with staff, store atmosphere, perception of the store by consumers) and the main management tasks in the process of change management, the solution of which will allow the retail trade enterprise to respond promptly to changes in market conditions and optimally combine goals and objectives of commercial activities with the needs of consumers. The factors that hinder the use of benchmarking by trade enterprises are described, in particular, the weak development of strategic analysis functions, the high cost of benchmarking research, and the deficiency of information field. Prospects for further exploration are determined as research of the mechanism and tools for the formation of information and communication provision of the benchmarking process in order to provide feedback in the processes of planning, control and adjustment.

In the context of an unstable external environment and the increasing influence of socio-political factors on the activities of enterprises, managers have to look for areas for improving activities using known methods and technologies. In modern conditions, in order to ensure stable operation, formation of competitive advantages, production of competitive products, an agricultural enterprise needs an effective financial and production management system. The top management and management personnel of the agribusiness entity must forecast and determine the sales markets, suppliers, the range of products, jobs and services provided, prices for them, be able to respond correctly and promptly to changes in the internal and external environment and adjust the activities of the enterprise. This calls for the use of innovative methods to improve the efficiency of the enterprise management system. As one of the directions for improving the management of agricultural production, we can highlight the use of such management tools as benchmarking. The use of benchmarking results allows: to rely on the success of others, to take into account modern experience, and not outdated ideas; significantly reduce the costs of re-work, duplication; improve understanding of what is being done, and how well this is done; organize more effective management; set realistic goals; identify necessary changes; strengthen the responsibility of employees. Benchmarking technology provides an objective assessment of the organization’s own positions, systemic understanding of the position of competitors, efficiency in interaction with counterparties, which makes it possible to achieve the set goals, to master new sales markets, to obtain the maximum possible profit. The article considers the benchmarking technology as one of the tools for improving the management of agricultural production. The interpretation of the “benchmarking” category, its types, elements of benchmarking model, the format of benchmarking working documents were studied.

The article seeks to explore the nature and content of benchmarking to provide insights to such distinctive features of benchmarking as on-going (continuous) character of the process; the need to study, adopt and adapt the best practices; self-improvement; and the due regard to business (operational) processes. The study offers a classification of benchmarking projects by the criteria of relevance of their results and the implementation timeline. Thus, each competitive position is linked to a corresponding degree of business processes upgrade (Level 1); competitiveness increase (maintenance) (Level 2) and improvement of a competitive position (Level 3) along with revealing the backbone principles of competitive benchmarking as to competitive positions. Within the scope of this research, benchmarking of competitive positions has been carried out through analysing continuous improvement of small and medium-sized business performances. The study presents a methodological framework on the use of a combination of key metrics (indicators) that take into account the external and internal business environment impact factors to assess the effects of the key factors of business success on small and medium-sized business performance indicators. Apart from that, an original approach has been developed to identify a competitive position level for small and medium-sized businesses to support their management decision-making process which accommodates the benefits of a multifaceted assessment and benchmarking of external business units and SMEs by the four groups of business units and six groups of reference indicators. The study also provides sound reasoning to management diagnostics procedures to enhance competitive positioning of small and medium-sized businesses through the implementation of an integrated set of indicators of integrity and adequacy of the competitive positioning model. Based on benchmarking, a range of management tools was generalized. The proposed methodology on identifying the business development level was tested on JSC "Cherkasy Liubava knitwear". A number of promising areas to develop competitive positions of small and medium-sized enterprises in the textile industry have been identified. The study argues that inefficient and ineffective implementation of benchmarking projects might result from the inability to "minimize restrictions (barriers)" caused by the wrong choice of the reference business unit.
