YouTube is an integral part of the digital communication space because with the help of this platform we can distribute the content of various topics and purposes. As evidence, we have absolutely different types of content targeted at different social groups, from videos for kids to global economical situation news. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that YouTube video hosting is becoming more and more popular for users and the number of different kinds of content continues to grow. The aim of the study is to determine how YouTube contributes to cultural globalization in the world.
YouTube є невід’ємною частиною простору цифрових комунікацій, оскільки за допомогою цієї платформи ми можемо розповсюджувати вміст різних тем та цілей. Як доказ ми маємо абсолютно різні типи контенту, орієнтованого на різні соціальні групи, від відео для дітей до новин про світову економічну ситуацію. Актуальність дослідження полягає в тому, що відеохостинг YouTube стає все більш популярним серед користувачів, і кількість різного роду контенту продовжує зростати. Метою дослідження є визначити, як YouTube сприяє глобалізації культури у світі.

Для культури питання глобалізації є складним, адже веде до зближення культур різних народів та таких явищ як уніфікація, вестерналізація, асиміляція, культурна експансія. Особливо актуальним є подолання негативних проявів глобалізації для України, яка після отримання незалежності потребує окреслення своєї особливості та унікальності.
This study focuses on Ukrainian culture as being situated at the junction of processes of national cultural revival after Ukraine gained independence on the one hand, and the processes of globalization and unification on the other hand. The author makes a particular emphasis on the immediate connection between national culture and national identity. The problem field of existence of Ukrainian national culture under conditions of contemporary globalization receives a new conception in the realities of Ukrainian history in 2013 – early 2015. Under the influence of this reality the concept of creation of integral national cultural space in Ukraine not only is renovated but also becomes one of the major alternates of understanding the national idea and a high-priority practical task for Ukrainians.

The urgency of the work lies in the fact that recently the problem of information security in Ukraine has become more and more frequent, which is especially relevant in connection with the escalation of the active phase of the hybrid war. The armed conflict in eastern Ukraine, the annexation of Crimea, and terrorist actions against Ukrainian statehood are all superimposed on the harsh, fake anti-Ukrainian information rhetoric used in the state-run media. The issue of dissemination of negative and unreliable information via the Internet is especially acute. In the context of globalization, information and communication technologies are an integral part of human life. They have become a factor involved in the production of goods and services. Such changes entail the transformation of both the social structure of society and, in all spheres — economic, sociopolitical, and spiritual — profound revolutionary transformations are taking place. In the context of an armed conflict, information technologies are becoming levers of influence that threaten the loss of Ukraine’s sovereignty. The creation and dissemination of the latest technologies and global means of communication has led to the global information revolution. The growing role of information in public life has raised to a new level the problem of information security. They are extremely relevant at the present stage of development of information and communication technologies. This suggests that the results of the scientific and technological revolution can be used not only for positive purposes, but also to have negative consequences for society. The most obvious challenges caused by uneven access to technology are the widening of the digital divide between countries, opportunities to preserve the cultural identity of nation states in a globalized world, the rise in cybercrime, and so on. This has given rise to a new phenomenon of the modern world - «information security», which affects the interests of each individual country and, at the regional and global levels, is an element of the overall system of international security.
Актуальність роботи полягає в тому, що останнім часом проблема інформаційної безпеки в Україні стає дедалі частішою, що особливо актуально у зв'язку з загостренням активної фази гібридної війни. Збройний конфлікт на сході України, анексія Криму та терористичні акції проти української державності накладаються на жорстку, фейкову антиукраїнську інформаційну риторику, що використовується в державних ЗМІ. Особливо гостро стоїть питання поширення негативної та недостовірної інформації через Інтернет. В умовах глобалізації інформаційно-комунікаційні технології є невід’ємною частиною людського життя. Вони стали чинником виробництва товарів та послуг. Такі зміни тягнуть за собою трансформацію як соціальної структури суспільства, так і в усіх сферах - економічної, соціально-політичної та духовної - відбуваються глибокі революційні перетворення. В умовах збройного конфлікту інформаційні технології стають важелями впливу, які загрожують втратою суверенітету України. Створення та розповсюдження новітніх технологій та глобальних засобів комунікації призвели до глобальної інформаційної революції. Зростання ролі інформації в суспільному житті підняло на новий рівень проблему інформаційної безпеки. Вони надзвичайно актуальні на сучасному етапі розвитку інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій.Це говорить про те, що результати науково-технічної революції можуть бути використані не тільки в позитивних цілях, а й мати негативні наслідки для суспільства. Найбільш очевидними проблемами, спричиненими нерівномірним доступом до технологій, є збільшення цифрового розриву між країнами, можливості збереження культурної самобутності національних держав у глобалізованому світі, зростання кіберзлочинності тощо. Це породило нове явище сучасного світу - «інформаційну безпеку», яке зачіпає інтереси кожної окремо взятої країни і на регіональному та глобальному рівнях є елементом загальної системи міжнародної безпеки.

Проаналізовано сучасні умови господарювання. Виділено елементи корпоративної культури підприємства. Запропоновано механізм управління інформаційною культурою на підприємстві. Визначені функції менеджера щодо створення та управління інформаційною культурою підприємства.
Modern conditions of the management of enterprises have been analyzed. The elements of corporative culture of enterprises have been marked out. The management mechanism of informed culture at an enterprise has been suggested. Manager’s duties of creation and management of informed culture at the enterprise have been determined.

Now it is the time of globalization. It is important and complicated period for all mankind, because humanity cooperates in political, economic and professional organizations, works in multinational companies, exchanges experience in the industrial and professional spheres. Cross-cultural business communication is one of the most important reason that promoting business growth. Today this question becoming more popular on the global marketplace. For every company knowledge of intercultural communication increase their chances of success in international business arena [1]. That is why we want to consider some points of cross-cultural communication in business.

У роботі досліджено особливості адаптації іншомовних запозичень української мовою через засоби масової інформації. На підставі аналізу різних типів адаптації визначено закономірності входження іншомовних слів у мову й доцільність їх використання мовцями. Виявлено, що найбільш активною мовою-джерелом запозичень на сьогодні є англійська, яка має всесвітній потужний вплив на всі інші мови світу і є мовою міжнародного спілкування. Сучасні запозичення в мові популярних ЗМІ виконують цілу низку функцій: інформативну, функцію привернення уваги, престижності та культурного обміну. Окрім того, такі слова можуть класифікуватися відповідно до тематики, у рамках якої вони функціонують, або ж часу їх запозичення в рамках історичного підходу. На сьогодні існує декілька шляхів надходження слова-запозичення до публіцистичного стилю української мови, зокрема, через появу нових реалій та необхідність їх найменування або ж унаслідок виникнення слів-синонімів до уже наявних слів української мови. Аналіз матеріалу показав, що інновації-англіцизми сфери ЗМІ представлені переважно в тематичних галузях програмування, маркетингу, геймінгу, індустрії краси та моди, спорту. Натомість у сферах кулінарії, туризму, культури можуть використовуватися також запозичення-екзотизми з інших мов. Такі слова можуть адаптуватися до мови-реципієнта, набуваючи категорії числа та роду, а також характеризуються наявністю утворювальних суфіксів. У період з 2019 по 2021 рр. найновішими запозиченнями є великий шар запозичень-термінів у медичній та соціальній сферах, які стосуються проблеми пандемії коронавірусу та боротьби всього світу з нею. Проблема надмірного та нелогічного використання іншомовних запозичень у мові ЗМІ має вирішуватися за допомогою редакційно-видавничої обробки текстів перед їх публікацією. Отже, іншомовна лексика, яка надходить до української мови, має активно досліджуватися й підлягати належному редакційно-видавничому опрацюванню, зокрема піддаватися й заміні питомими українськими відповідниками, калькуванню або описовому перекладу, а в деяких випадках є доречним створення принципово нових слів української мови.
The peculiarities of adaptation of foreign borrowings into Ukrainian through mass media are investigated in the work. Based on the analysis of different types of adaptation, the regularities of the entry of foreign words into the language and the expediency of their use by speakers are determined. It was found that the most active source language of borrowing today is English, which has a powerful worldwide influence on all other languages and is the language of international communication. Modern borrowings in the language of popular media perform a number of functions: informative, the function of attracting attention, prestige and cultural exchange. In addition, such words can be classified according to the subject matter within which they operate, or the time of their borrowing within the historical approach. Today there are several ways to get the word-borrowing into the journalistic style of the Ukrainian language, in particular, due to the emergence of new realities and the need to name them or due to the emergence of synonymous words to existing words of the Ukrainian language. The analysis of the material showed that innovations-anglicisms of the media are presented mainly in the thematic areas of programming, marketing, gaming, beauty and fashion industry, sports. Instead, in the spheres of cuisine, tourism, culture, borrowings-exotics from other languages can also be used. Such words can be adapted to the recipient language, acquiring categories of number and gender, as well as characterized by the presence of formative suffixes. In the period from 2019 to 2021, the most recent borrowings are a large layer of borrowings-terms in the medical and social spheres, which relate to the problem of the coronavirus pandemic and the fight against it around the world. The problem of excessive and illogical use of foreign borrowings in the language of the media should be addressed through editorial and publishing processing of texts before their publication. Thus, foreign language vocabulary that enters the Ukrainian language should be actively researched and subject to proper editorial and publishing development, in particular be replaced by specific Ukrainian equivalents, tracing or descriptive translation, and in some cases it is appropriate to create fundamentally new words of the Ukrainian language.
