Full textIn recent years, the intensive increase of vehicles in the cities of Ukraine has led to significant overload of the transport network and formation of traffic jams. Although congestion is caused by many factors, many of them are concentrated at controlled intersections. The purpose of this work is to improve the efficiency of road traffic control in the city. Special attention is paid to the management of traffic light objects using modern apparatus of indistinct logic. The structure of construction of traffic management system in the city has been developed. The subsystems of traffic registration, traffic lights, outdoor lighting control have been highlighted. In this case, the system is easily upgraded and scalable. The study of traffic flow was conducted. The mathematical model of fuzzy inference system for flexible phase duration control of two-phase traffic light object was constructed.

Full textThe object of the study is the intensity of traffic flows within the city district. Subject of research - a system for controlling the movement of vehicles using the Internet of things. Objectives of the study: - research of existing solutions and problems in this area; - development of the structural scheme of the system; - development of a functional scheme of the system; - development of the scheme of interaction of the system with the car; - construction of the "smart" quarter model; - studying the system's operation on the model and measuring the quantitative indicators of the efficiency of the "smart" system of the quarter. Research methods: - modeling the dynamics of traffic flows; - statistical processing of measurement results; - forecast of changes in traffic flows within the city quarter. Obtained results: - problems of organization of effective management within the city quarter are investigated; - models of boundary (critical) states of transport streams are investigated; - Structural ACCS has been developed; - Algorithms of the functions of the ASDP are developed; - the choice of types and characteristics of sensors is substantiated. The work contains: pages 105, drawings 28, tables 32, posters 8.
Объект исследования - интенсивность транспортных потоков в пределах городского квартала. Предмет исследования - система управления движением транспорта с использованием интернета вещей. Задачи исследования: - исследование существующих решений и проблем в данной области; - разработка структурной схемы системы; - разработка функциональной схемы системы; - разработка схемы взаимодействия системы с авто; - построение модели «умного» квартала; - исследование работы системы на модели и измерения количественных показателей эффективности применения «умной» системы квартала. Методы исследования: - моделирование динамики транспортных потоков; - статистическая обработка результатов измерения; - прогнозирование изменений транспортных потоков в пределах городского квартала. Полученные результаты: - исследованы проблемы организации эффективного управления в пределах городского квартала; - исследованы на модели предельные (критические) состояния транспортных потоков; - разработана структурная АСУДД; - разработаны алгоритмы функций АСУДД; - обоснован выбор типов и характеристик сенсоров. Работа содержит страниц 105, рисунков 28, таблиц 32, плакатов 8.

Full textDissertation for the degree of candidate of technical Sciences on profession 05.13.03 – management systems and processes – National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnical Institute", Kharkiv, 2016. The thesis solves the scientific-and-practical tasks of providing with the required performance for train movement control process based on the adaptive adjustment of its speed with allowance for its non-stationary data and obstacles. Made was the analysis of train movement speed control systems. Defined was the minimum number of therms for a guaranteed accuracy and a required schedule of train movements, made was the analysis of approaches for automated train operation; ground was given to the necessity of using Petri nets with new functional branches for automated train speed control systems; developed was the adaptive regulator of train speed control under the interference effect. The adaptive regulator was put to a pilot study. Synthesized was the architecture of the adaptive filter and regulator ensuring the input signal x(t) to be filtered depending on the current signal/noise ratio, which results in fourfold reducing the transition delay of the control system under a semiconductor converter interference. In comparison with the known ones, this device has an extra parametric output for an identified signal extraction, which is equal to a current signal/noise ratio and usable for an additional regulator adjustment when changing the adaptation factor. While adapting, the data resetting of filter and regulator adjustment in a wide band of its change takes place.
