Abstract:
This study aims to analyze how the influence of economic potential in the form of leading and potential sectors on regional inequality in 13 districts and 4 cities in South Sumatra Province. The analytical method used is the Williamson Index measurement to measure regional inequality and the analysis of Static Location Quotient (SLQ) and Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ). The analysis technique uses panel data regression with the selection of the best model, namely Fixed Effect with the observation period from 2011 to 2019. The results show that the SLQ variable has a positive relationship and does not have a significant effect on the level of regional inequality. The influence coefficient of 0.0379 with a probability value of 0.1113>0.05 (which is the critical limit of 5 percent) is not statistically significant. This condition shows that sectoral economic development will also increase inequality. Economic development in the early stages of a region is generally characterized by the production of the dominant primary sector in the economy, so that at the beginning of development, an increase in economic growth is also followed by an increase in inequality. DLQ shows the constant value of the applicable Fixed Effect model is -0.007971. And it has a negative effect, which means that when the DLQ increases by 1 percent, inequality will decrease by 0.0079 with a probability value of 0.0114<0.05, which is the critical limit of 5 percent, so it is statistically significant, meaning that the increase and development of potential economic sectors that are competitive in the future it will be able to reduce inequality by 0.0079. This shows that there are increasing sectoral developments due to the investment factor of new capital goods in this potential sector which encourages increased labor productivity. There are differences in characteristics between regions, especially the availability of natural resources, causing these areas to be more advanced than other regions.

Abstract:
Проведен молекулярно-генетический анализ трех семейств порядка Pandanales (Velloziaceae, Triuridaceae, Stemonaceae) по 4 генам. (atpA, atpB – for spacer atpB–rbcL, tRNA–Leu (trnL) – for spacer trnL–F, and 18SrRNA). Была получена молекулярно-генетическая кладограмма, на основе которой составлены картосхемы корреляции филогенетических связей родов базальных групп Pandanales и их географического распространения,определены регионы гипотетического возникновения семейств и вероятные пути их расселения. Исследованиеустановило, что порядок Pandanales имеет лавразийское происхождение, откуда расселение базальных семействпорядка – Velloziaceae и Triuridaceae, вероятнее всего, происходило дальним транспортом в Америку. Представители семейства Velloziaceae распространялись в Новом свете викарно по территории Южной Америки, затемдальним транспортом в приатлантическую Африку, и, наконец, также викарно на восток, юг и север материка. Семейство Triuridaceae после расселения в Южной Америке (и обособления неотропического рода Triuris) вторичнозаселило Африку, а затем распространилось в южную и юго-восточную Азию, в северную Австралию и Океанию.Представители семейства Stemonaceae после дифференциации от других Pandanales, предположительно, в районе восточного Тибета расселялись викарно в нескольких направлениях: в восточном – до побережья материка, азатем на Японские острова; в юго-западном – до юга Индостана и далее на остров Шри-Ланка; в южном – до полуострова Малакка и далее на Суматру; в юго-восточном – на Филиппины, Борнео и далее на Новую Гвинею, затем в северо-западную Австралию.

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze how the influence of the Domestic Investment variable in the agricultural sector, the number of workers in the agricultural sector and agricultural sector exports on economic growth in South Sumatra Province. The data used are time series data for the period 2002 to 2019. The quantitative analysis technique is in the form of multiple linear regression analysis with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) estimation. The results showed that the variable that had a significant influence was the growth of agricultural exports with a coefficient of 0.012815, which means that a 1 percent increase in agricultural exports resulted in an increase in the economic growth of South Sumatra Province by 0.0128 percent. The growth variable in the number of workers in the agricultural sector also has a significant effect with a prob value of 0.054 and an influence coefficient of 0.034019 where an increase of 1 percent in the number of workers in the agricultural sector increases economic growth by 0.0340 percent. The domestic investment variable in the agricultural sector has no significant effect on economic growth in South Sumatra. The agricultural sector continues to play a role in economic growth because it absorbs a large workforce and its contribution to Gross Regional Domestic Product is still significant. The conclusion of this study shows the reality that the agricultural sector still contributes to the economy of South Sumatra in the absorption of labor and the role of primary exports. Domestic investment in the agricultural sector has a relatively insignificant effect on economic growth, mainly due to fluctuating agricultural commodity prices which affect the expected profit levels and expectations of future economic conditions.

Abstract:
Отримано експериментальні дані інерційності спринклерних зрошувачів з температурою спрацьовування 57 ºС з урахуванням швидкості наростання температури та отримана емпірична залежність часу спрацьовування спринклерного зрошувача з моменту виникнення пожежі. Це дозволяє оцінити застосування даного типу зрошувачів для захисту різних приміщень залежно від класу пожежної небезпеки. При виборі вихідних даних для проектування спринклерних автоматичних систем водяного пожежогасіння залежно від класу приміщень по пожежній небезпеці проглядається два підходи. Для приміщень класу ОН зі збільшенням пожежної небезпеки інтенсивність подачі вогнегасної речовини залишається постійної (І0 = 5 мм/хв), а збільшується площа гасіння для розрахунку витрати води (Fр = 72 м2 для ОН1, Fр = 144 м2 для ОН2, Fр = 216 м2 для ОН3, Fр = 360 м2 для ОН4). Для приміщень ННР використовується інший підхід. При проектуванні спринклерної автоматичної системи водяного пожежогасіння розрахункова площа для визначення сумар-ної витрати води залишається постійної (Fр = 260 м2) а змінюється інтенсивність подачі вогнегасної речовини (І0 = 7,5 мм/хв для ННР1, І0 = 10 мм/хв для ННР2, І0 = 12,5 мм/хв для ННР3). Однак, і перший підхід і другий мають на увазі, що площа гасіння пожежі залишається фіксованою величиною, а лінійна швидкість розвитку пожежі в явному виді ніде не враховується. Тому, одержання даних про час спрацьовування спринклерного зрошувача залежно від швидкості наростання температури пожежі в приміщенні, що захищається, дозволить визначити мінімальну площу зрошення осередку пожежі. Оптимальний вибір розрахункової площі для визначення витрати води при гасінні пожежі дозволить оптимізувати параметри гідравлічної розподільної мережі, вибір елементів системи, розрахувати ефективність застосування системи пожежогасіння

Найважливішою властивістю нейронних мереж є їх здатність навчатися на основі даних навколишнього середовища і в результаті навчання підвищувати свою продуктивність.
