Global port cities have played important roles in the migration of ethnic Chinese worldwide. This article argues that the scholarship on Chinese migration between port cities in East Asia and Southeast Asia has overemphasized business and trading networks. It suggests instead that other topics should be examined since Chinese migration has been complex and multi-faceted. 提要身處東南亞的馬來西亞是眾多華人聚居的國家。在馬來西亞，華人堅持華語（普通話系統）及華文教學已經有兩百多年的光輝歷史。從小學、中學，到大學，華語及華文教學形成了獨立、完整而且系統的 “一條龍” 教學體系。目前馬來西亞華人的年輕一代大都接受過正規的華文教育，能說流利的華語（並使用和內地相同的簡化中文）。無可置疑，馬來西亞華語是全球華語的重要組成部分，馬來西亞華文教學是全球華文教學的一個耀眼的典範。由於馬來西亞是一個多民族的國家，英語、馬來語、華語及泰米爾語構成了當地四大主流語言。而由於幾百年來移居馬來西亞的華人又多來自於中國華南的廣東、福建、海南等省份，因而中國南方的各地方言，包括廣東話（粵語）、福建話（閩南語）、客家話（客語）。海南話（閩語）、潮汕話（閩語）等都在華人各生活地域裡普遍流行或通行。但是經過馬來西亞華人教育及傳媒的不懈努力，當今的華人社區已經逐漸使用華語和正規華文作為華文教育部門和華人社會內部溝通的主要語言，並形成了社會主流。馬來西亞多民族，多語言、多方言的社會現狀，使得當地的華語具有鮮明的地域特點，尤其是其詞彙系統和語法系統，顯示著多語言多方言參雜和普遍語碼轉換的狀況。本文在經歷實地考察以及對比研究的基礎上，試圖探究當今馬來西亞主流華語及華文的詞彙特點，並探討今後馬來西亞華語教學的若干實際問題，力圖提出一些實際、實用且具有實效的對策與建議。

提要 李方桂在美國跟 Edward Sapir 做過美洲印地安語言的調查研究，他回國後做中國境內少數民族語言的調查研究，方法上就能駕輕就熟了。他把重點擺在西南少數民族語言的調查研究，包括屬於傣語的武鳴土語、龍州土語、剝隘土語，和侗水語言的侗語、水家、莫話、羊黃，這些語言都在廣西、雲南、貴州，路途遙遠，交通極為不便。他陸續發表了六部專書和數十篇重要論文。他當年所調查的語種，都是先做傣語系的語言，然後做侗水語言，可見他事先已經做了充分的準備，對那些語言的關係已有初步的瞭解。他還訓練並協助年輕助理馬學良調查彝族撒尼語，邢公畹調查布依語，張琨調查苗語和藏語。如此，學術工作才有傳承，影響深遠。他的研究成果顯示，少數民族語言的現象可以提供解決漢語音韻史的若干問題。地圖一顯示李方桂五次田野調查的途程，地圖二侗傣語族的祖居地和擴散。

摘要大陸上出版發行的大型詞典，各自都有本身的獨特目標：《漢語大詞典》使用於古漢語的研究，《現代漢語詞典》作為現代漢語的規範，《全球華語大詞典》則把目標設定在「全球華語」的概念上，力求反映全世界華人使用漢民族共同語的實際狀況，其讀者對象，定為海內外華人華僑及大華人社區華語使用者及研究者，所以目標不在規範，也不在提出標準，是第一次大規模成形的「描寫性詞典」。這部詞典在 2016 年正式出版，事實上，它是在 2010 年《全球華語詞典》的基礎上更新重編的。篇幅由 1112 頁擴充為 2080 頁，詞條由 10000 條擴充為 8 萬 8400 條，比起前一書（者），（數量）幾乎擴大了 9 倍。具體的收詞地區除了中國大陸、港澳、臺灣，新加坡、馬來西亞、泰國、印尼等東南亞地區外，還包括日本、澳大利亞、美國、加拿大等地區。主要收錄 20 世紀 80 年代以來各華人社區常見的特有詞語。本文主要在分析《全球華語大詞典》的幾個特色,簡述筆者參與編纂過程中的感想, 並討論了這部詞典在詞彙學上的意義與價值, 同時也提出未來還可以再思考的地方，作為筆者個人的參考意見。

LANGUAGE NOTE | Document text in Chinese; abstract also in English.針對在中國長期爭論的安樂死問題，作者採用發放封閉式調查問卷的方法，對中國河北省保定市南市區和郊區的400名工人、農民、幹部和醫務工作者進行了調查，通過對調查結果的全面分析可以看出，主張安樂死的人以農民所佔比例最小，以醫務人員所佔比例最大；文化程度越高，對安樂死的支持比例越大；多數人主張由醫生、家屬共同決定安樂死的實施；而安樂死的執行大部分人認為應由醫生或第三者進行；而且多數人主張實施安樂死必須立法。本文以該調查結果為基礎，進一步對中國大陸人對於安樂死的態度、看法及價值選擇情況進行了分析與探討，說明了中國傳統文化對大陸人安樂死態度的深刻影響。This essay analyzes the major outcomes of a survey that we conducted on 400 Chinese individuals of different ages, occupations and levels of education. 原告X為職業災害保險之被保險人，其於2014年1月23日早上7時許夜班結束下班途中，於中山東路吃鹹粥當早餐後，返家途中發生車禍，致受有「頭部外傷左側併蜘蛛網膜下腔出血及硬腦膜下出血、左側顱骨骨折」等傷害，故於民國（下同）103年11月19日檢據申請職業傷害傷病給付及職業傷害醫療給付。嗣經被告Y（勞動部勞工保險局）審查，認為X下班後前往中山東路吃早餐之行為，已脫離自就業場所返回日常居住處所之應經途徑，非屬勞工保險被保險人因執行職務而致傷病審查準則第4條第1項所定得視為職業傷害之情形，核定職業災害保險不予給付。X不服，申請爭議審議，訴願皆被駁回，遂提起行政訴訟。<br />

巫術與中國現代性：有関性别與身體宗教性的初步探討 摘要 近期在溫州農村和小鎮的實地考察显示出巫術、巫醫和靈媒在後毛澤東時代再次出現，減緩了其經歷明清時期新儒學佔據統治地位，和毛澤東時代壓制形成的長期下降趨勢。與同時期台灣、福建和其他華裔生活的東南亞地區，以及我們所熟知的中華帝國晚期的巫術文化不同，如今在溫州大部分的靈媒都是女性，並且，她們沒有像男巫師一樣在她們主導的剬開宗教儀式裡進行血腥和暴力的禮儀行為。本篇論文探討了四個可能的原因，解釋當今中國官方和主流社會對巫術和靈媒的反感和憎惡。文章中提出的第四個原因，關於巫師儀式表演和巫師的性別問題，至今未在有關中國巫術的研究中被深入挖掘。因此，這個問題需要在今後研究現代中國的靈魂控制等相關課題時得到更多的重視，不應把中國巫術作為一個孤立的個案，而應該把中國巫術研究放在更大的全球環境中，共同探討其在全球現代化中身體構造的重新組合。
