Knowledge has become a key to success and a competitive tool for organizations nowadays. However, with knowledge and techniques growing faster and faster and the lack of internal knowledge sources, organizations that focus merely on internal development come into frustration. Gaining knowledge from the relationship among partners can be a good way. Nevertheless, the specialty, specific and ambiguity of knowledge makes it not easy to be transferred among organizations. It is essential to understand the importance of knowledge and demand for interdependence, and conduct knowledge transfer. This research starts from the correlation of knowledge and issues related to organizational interdependence, and discusses their impact on knowledge transfer performance. Therefore, the objective of this research is to investigate the relation between the level of resource-based and knowledge transfer performance, discuss the impact on knowledge transfer performance with knowledge stickiness as a moderator variable, and provide the managerial problems and advice for organizations which conduct knowledge transfer. The samples of this research were collected from 1000 Top Enterprises by Common Wealth in 2005, aiming at traditional manufacturing industry, high-technology industry and service industry. On account of time and expense, 650 questionnaires were sent forward and the number of valid questionnaires returned were 130. Then the data from the questionnaires was analyzed and interpreted by statistic analyses. The result of this research shows that the more important the knowledge resources and the higher the knowledge resources availability of alternatives is, the higher the knowledge transfer performance will be. As for knowledge stickiness, knowledge tacitness and the motivation of knowledge suppliers have interference impact on knowledge transfer. Abstract Organization size is bigger and bigger today. The function of department is much more complex and setting up the branches is widespread. The relations between headquarter and branch is interdependent. And the specialization and interdependence causes the inter-unit conflict happen. The Chinese is afraid to conflict with the others. Therefore, the perception of headquarter-branches conflict plays an important role in Chinese business organization. In short, solving the headquarter-branches conflict and prompting them to be independent and cooperative is the topic we concern about. The research topic is discussing about the extent of interdependence influences on the perception of headquarter-branches conflict. The research method is questionnaire survey method. The main research findings are: 1.The extent of headquarter-branch interdependence is sequential. 2.Different industries are significantly different in mutual help stereotype, control defense stereotype and emotional versus intellectual conflict frame. 3.Headquarter and branches are significantly different in mutual help stereotype, control defense stereotype. 4.Different positions are significantly different in mutual help stereotype, control defense stereotype, relationship versus task, emotional versus intellectual and compromise versus win conflict frames. 5.The extent of friendship cross headquarter and branches is significantly different in the lack of communication between headquarter and branches. 6.The extent of headquarter-branch interdependence significantly negatively influences on the headquarter-branches conflict reason perception. 7.The extent of headquarter-branch interdependence significantly positively influences on the headquarter-branches stereotype perception. 8.The extent of headquarter-branch interdependence significantly positively influences on the headquarter-branches conflict frames perception. 9.The extent of headquarter-branch interdependence is high, people will adopt accommodation attitude and collaboration behavior. The extent of headquarter-branch interdependence is low, people will adopt avoidance attitude and behavior. According to the research results, the suggestions are: rotation between headquarter and branches, branches appraise headquarter system, communication channel between headquarter and branches is freely flowing, dual role play, setting up CEO’s consulting system, travelling decision making meeting. Key words: interdependent, inter-unit conflict, the extent of headquarter-branches interdependence, perception of headquarter-branches conflict.

This research studies partner relationship in lighting industry from the interdependency perspective. By interviewing 10 suppliers and analysing case dara of A lighting company to explore interdependecy and partnership management strategies in the lighting supply chain of A company and it's suppliers, the research findings is as following: 1. The essence of interdependency comes from social exchange or resources dependency. The degree of interdependency is up to content of transaction 、alternative and specialization between buyer and seller. If buyer and seller have long-term transaction relationship, they are easily to established more than "buyer dominant" relationship of interdepency. 2. The degree of interdependency between buyer and seller affects buyer's implementation of different partnership management strategies. 3. Buyer's partnership management strategies are composed of establishment of partnership relationship types、development of partnership stages and Using of relationship evaluation criteria. If buyer and seller have transaction longer time, they will probably have type Ⅲ partner relationship 、innovative stage of partnership 、 longterm and mutual trusting evaluation criteria. 4. All the variables about interdependency and partner relationship forms a holistic and circulate relation structure.
