Abstract:
人工智能在全球财会领域都有很广泛的运用，智能财务系统、财务机器人都在不断进步。人工智能飞速发展的今天，对每个行业都产生了巨大变化。将人工智能引入会计行业，已经成为会计行业的重要发展方向。目前中国人工智能的应用现状如何？人工智能是未来的发展趋势，一些重复性、 烦琐性、逻辑性比较强的会计工作将被人工智能所取代。但是任何事物都有双面性，即有正面的也有负面的。正面在很大程度上减少财务舞弊现象，大大提高了人力资源的效率，降低企业的人力资源成本，优化了会计业务流程，有促进了企业管理水平的提升，提高了企业的竞争力。负面来说，会计的智能化，减轻了会计工作量，很多会计人员因此面临失业的风险。另外一面，因为会计工作的人工智能，不仅仅是会计部门的事情，还会牵涉到业务工作，在会计人工智能实施的初始阶段，给企业业务流程带给很大的影响，往往造成公司员工的抵触情绪，这些情绪甚至会影响到企业业务的正常进行。面对智能会计对会计人员的冲击，会计人员应该抱着积极地心态迎接智能会计的到来，努力学习智能会计相关知识，将自己发展为高素质人才。

水是生命之源、生产之要、生态之基。兴水利、除水害,事关人类生存、经济发展、社会进步,历来是治国安邦的大事。然而,近年来随着人口的不断增长和经济社会的迅速发展,用水量在不断增加,废、污水的排放也在不断增加,水资源与经济社会可持续发展、生态环境保护和生态文明建设之间的不协调关系表现十分突出,比如出现的水环境问题、水资源短缺和水资源分配不均等。根据新形势下水利的战略地位,为解决影响和制约经济社会发展的水问题,2011年以来,中发[2011]1号《中共中央、国务院关于加快水利发展改革的决定》、国发[2012]3号《国务院关于实行最严格水资源管理制度的意见》、国办发〔2013〕2号《国务院办公厅关于印发实行最严格水资源管理制度考核办法的通知》等文件,提出了确立水资源开发利用控制红线,建立取用水总量控制指标体系；确立用水效率控制红线,坚决遏制用水浪费,把节水工作贯穿于经济社会发展和群众生产生活全过程；确立水功能区限制纳污红线,从严核定水域纳污容量,严格控制入河湖排污总量。 本书主要是摸清郑州市主要水功能区的主要污染物的排放现状,根据郑州市相关环境管理要求对境内主要河流水污染源排放的污染物进行了纳污能力分析与测算,并进行了总量控制计算,根据计算结果初步提出水环境纳污能力分配和排污口控制方案,为全市功能区水环境管理工作科学化提供了重要依据,同时也为今后郑州市政府完成“最严格水资源管理制度”考核等工
