随着中国整体经济建设的飞速发展，全行业在进步的同时逐渐对自身的工作效率以及节能降耗环节的重视程度不断提高。煤矿采掘行业作为中国能源行业中重要的组成部分，其工作环节中的技术水平与辅助设备一直在优化革新。但是目前在移动变电站的应用环节还存在一系列的问题，因此需要我们制定出相对的解决措施。本文针对矿用隔爆型 KBSGZY 移动变电站进行研究分析，通过对其工作原理以及结构特点进行介绍，进而指出移动变电站的常见故障并且对故障提出解决策略，最后阐述了移动变电站的使用注意事项，希望对煤矿采掘行业的发展提供助力。

四跨膜蛋白超家族（TM4SF）是一类能跨膜连接蛋白，促进细胞间及细胞内信号转导，参与某些病毒的细胞识别和浸染的低分子量细胞膜糖蛋白，其广泛表达于皮肤、前列腺、子宫内膜及肺泡细胞等人体多种组织细胞中。其中，CD82与CD151是其家族的重要成员。TM4SF可与组织细胞表面其他蛋白形成复杂的复合物，进一步影响组织细胞的多种生物学功能。在许多研究中发现CD151、CD82与癌细胞的侵袭和转移以及转移抑制等作用有关，在皮肤恶性肿瘤中相关作用机制也在被逐渐发现。研究CD151、CD82与恶性肿瘤的关系，有助于明确恶性肿瘤的侵袭和转移机制，并对检测及确定恶性肿瘤早期诊断的标志物、合理估计肿瘤的侵袭及转移能力，制定完善的临床治疗计划，如何对肿瘤转移进行基因治疗等有重大意义。

本文焦点投射在中国新移民在新加坡的社会语境和政策层面。新加坡提供了一个鲜明的案例，显示目前中国新移民的融入遭遇体制性和结构性的问题。在汇流到新加坡的各种离散华人脉络当中，新移民被给予当代中国国别性的标志，使得他们区别于在地的主流社会。来自各种各样的背景，新移民个别透过向下、平行、向上等方向同在地社会互动，在多元文化和多元族群的语境当中，面对英语广度使用和高度价值所形成的界线，也面对体制的管治。为了妥善处理国民的诉求，新加坡政府致力优化公民可以享有的资源和空间，拉开公民跟包括中国新移民在内的外籍人士的距离。晚近移民政策的频繁修订，反映新加坡政府在重层结构里分别管治移民的数量、身份、空间。这些对人口流动的重新界定，无非是要彰显主流社会的固定性，让它成为国民与公民可以接受的社会规范。

霍尔传感器是根据霍尔效应制作的一种磁场传感器。霍尔效应是磁电效应的一种，通过霍尔效应实验测定的霍尔系数，能够判断半导体材料的导电类型、载流子浓度及载流子迁移率等重要参数。广泛地应用于工业自动化技术、检测技术及信息处理等方面。目前，智能阀门定位器的位置反馈机构，多采用机械结构，存在磨损大、精度低、寿命短等缺点。基于霍尔传感器技术和新型压电阀控制技术，研制了一款中国国产新型霍尔式智能阀门定位器，实现了无接触精确测量。同时，该产品具有无机械磨损、滞后小、结构简单可靠、运行寿命长、精度高等诸多优点。设计中，研制了线性位移霍尔传感器，硬件电路中应用了超低功耗技术，控制算法中应用了模糊控制等智能控制技术。产品定位精度等性能得到了显著提升。

无论在经济学或社会学界，以往有关发展学(development studies)的研究大多注重跨国资本流动和投资行为等宏观经济因素，同时强调行政制度和结构对发展中国家经济的影响。过去有关国际移民的研究不仅将人口跨国移动这一现象归咎于国家经济落后的原因，也同时视之为国家不发达的结果。近年来，对于移民国际汇款的研究开始注重微观的理论视角，强调移民个体和家庭的能动性。然而，这种在研究视角上的转变，对于研究国际移民与祖籍国发展的关系显然是不足的，因为它并没有考虑到移民群体自身所产生的组织和结构方面的效应，也没有考虑到在移民社团组织与祖籍国政府之间日益增长的交流，以及由此产生的促进发展的合力。本文的目的旨在深入探讨这一论题，通过对美国墨西哥裔和华裔两大移民社团的比较研究，描述移民与祖籍国 — 墨西哥和中国 — 墨西哥和的地区及国家层面的密切互动以及由此带来的发展。通过研究，我们发现移民跨国社团组织的成立和发展并不会使在国外永久定居的同胞完全放弃他们跟祖籍国的联系。相反的，那些在接收国已经取得较高社会地位以及在经济和法律上都得到保障的移民，更倾向于参与跨国活动，而移民个人跨国实践往往通过社团的方式来体现。现今交通工具的发达和便利，使永久迁移型的国际移民定期往返祖籍国的可能性大大增加，不仅扩展了跨国场域，也有利于他们在跨国场域中的施展，使他们身在国外也能参与祖籍国家乡的经济和社会生活，并为祖籍国汇入有形和无形的宝贵资源。对国际移民与祖籍国发展的因果进程进行系统的分析，有助于提出研究移民跨国主义的中层理论架构。本文还讨论了此项研究在实践和决策方面的启示。

作为学术领域的海外华人研究已有一个世纪的历史。本文通过对若干代表性论著的分析与评价，并辅以相关的学术出版物，尝试从学术史的角度对近80年来（尤其是1980年代以来）的海外华人研究的主题和方法进行梳理。本文关注以下四方面的论题：华人国际移民的理论架构与历史视野；文化、体制和网络及其对华人国际移民的影响；全球华人移民社群的多元性和复杂性；海外华人与祖籍国及居住国之间的互动模式。本文强调，历史性 (historicity)、跨学科的分析脉络 (interdisciplinarity)、流动性的多元空间及其研究取向 (flexible multi-sited ethnography)的有机结合与应用对海外华人研究的进一步发展起着至关重要的作用。

本文是对日本华人教授会的个案研究。虽然有关1980年代以来出国的新移民社团受到学界的瞩目，但是研究者仅关心这个群体所具有的高学历和高技术特征，却无视其知识分子的性格。而本文的考察对象既非单纯的专业团体，也不是大学教师公会，而是当代知识分子跨国社团。该团体在中国和日本之间建立起广泛的社会网络，不仅在高等教育、学术研究上有所建树，在大众传媒上也确立了很强的话语权。本文主要通过对其行动的分析，以揭示其内在思考及其外在的时空背景。个案表明，专业人士是其职业特征，而知识分子才是其性格特征。其行动和思考的基本动机来自中日关系的历史与现状。在日本，他们表现出强烈的中国民族主义意识，而在中国则以亲日的形象出现。所谓跨国性，有时恰恰表现出很强的领域性，并与国民国家、地方与地域性相互影响。他们基本上不对中、日进行制度性批判。相反的，其努力拓展多样化的网络关系，并且巧妙地运用各种社会资源以实现其促进中日关系发展、帮助中国建设和回馈日本社会、提升华侨地位的目标，体现了士人性格与华人网络的巧妙结合。

本文针对 “亚裔美国人真的已经变成白人了吗？” 这个问题展开讨论。近40年来，亚裔美国人从表面上看好像与其他早期的欧裔移民的后代一样，已经成功地融入了美国主流社会，逐渐地被处于主流社会核心的白人族群所接受，成为他们的一分子。由于亚裔在社会中取得相当于（甚至超过）白人平均水平的卓越成就而被誉为 “名誉白人” 和 “模范少数族裔” 。作者认为，不管 “名誉白人” 或 “模范少数族裔” ，其形象貌似正面，实质上是一个少数族裔的新的刻板形象，是美国种族分层制度中的一种新的社会隔离的机制，不但区分了亚裔族群与其他少数族裔群体，也把他们与白人族群区分开来。这个新的刻板形象的背后还隐藏着更鲜为人知的后果：其一就是为美国社会的自由、平等、公正以及没有种族主义的市场等虚言提供有力依据；其二是提高美国社会衡量亚裔人的标准，致使亚裔美国人成为有别于非洲裔族群或拉美裔族群的一个新的 “异类” ，从而强化了亚裔群体在种族分层制度的夹心定位以及由此带来的社会不公。虽然亚裔美国人在社会中取得了令人瞩目的成就，但离白人族群的社会地位还有一大段距离，备受着美国种族分层制度的制约，被视为 “外国人” ，因此还必须不断努力地对其社会边缘化和种族歧视等问题进行不懈的抗争。

Abstract:

With the accelerating trend toward transnational families in many parts of the world associated with globalization, coping with the demand for family reunification has become a major challenge for both migrant families and migrant-sending and -receiving societies. In July 2012, a significant policy change regarding the Family Sponsorship Stream (Parent Category) took place in New Zealand, which raised the bar for migrants’ elderly parents on entering New Zealand as permanent residents. This policy change has a significant impact on many Chinese migrant families from the People’s Republic of China (prc), where filial piety is an important part of traditional values and the state provides very limited ageing support to the elderly. In the meantime, legislation came into force in China in July 2013 that requires children to visit their* elderly parents “often” or risk being sued. This paper takes these policy and legislative changes as a starting point for an exploration of the changing dynamics of Chinese migrant families in New Zealand in a multi-generational and transnational context. It first examines the impact of the New Zealand policy and then discusses the wider implications of this policy change on migrant family dynamics as well as on New Zealand society. The second focus is on younger generations in the Chinese migrant families. Linking three generations of the Chinese migrant families together, the final part of this paper addresses a highly pertinent research area — the intergenerational dimensions of transnational migration. 全球化进程催速了跨国移民家庭现象的形成。这些身居异地的移民家庭成员对家庭团聚有着非常强烈的诉求, 但却面临来自移民源发国和接收国制度和体系造成的对家庭团聚的种种阻碍。新西兰在 2012 年开始执行新的家庭团聚担保政策。紧缩的新政策使成年移民子女担保父母移民变得更加困难，对新西兰新华人移民家庭造成了负面影响。原因主要是子女孝顺与父母同住的华人传统理念与新西兰不欢迎移民年老父母的政策倾向形成的冲突。华人移民家庭面临的压力还来自于移民源发国—— 中国的新立法改革。2013 年 7 月中国正式立法规定成年子女必须勤力探望照顾年迈父母，否则将会面临法律指控。本文以这项新立法为着眼点，深入探究新西兰多代大陆华人新移民家庭现在面临的来自家庭内部成员间的压力和来自外部跨国移民趋势的影响。本文首先研究新西兰 2012 年家庭父母类别团聚新政策对移民社区的冲击和影响，再深入分析该新移民政策调整对移民家庭内部关系，种族关系的引申社会含义。本文最后一部分着重比对出一个至今还被忽略的研究领域空白—那就是跨国移民的代际维度。 This article is in English.

本文以法国华商为例，在回顾其形成与发展百年历史的基础上，阐述新冠疫情对法国华商商业形态的影响及其经营模式的重组，以及这些来自不同社会历史背景、不同行业的法国华商如何一步步面对“封城”、“解封”、“复工”等新形势并化解危机，以实现企业及商业模式的转型。笔者针对五个不同行业的法国华商（进出口、食品超市、餐饮业、酒店业、烟草业）进行了结合定性与定量方法的实证研究。研究结果和个案分析表明，新冠疫情加快了法国华商从传统走向现代，从边缘经济转向融入主流经济的转型。部分法国华商早在疫情来临前已经做到或部分做到“线上与线下共营”、“雇工多元化”、“关注并巧妙抓住住在国政策导向”的商业转型，这帮助他们较大程度上降低了疫情的冲击。与此同时，新冠疫情也为华商带来了两个前所未有的新机遇：“本地生产”和“寻求低风险行业”或将成为未来华商经济的新趋势。在疫情和后疫情时代，需要跳出纯经济理性的框架，在住在国华人移民的新趋势以及他们跨文化、跨体制、跨思维和跨界的社会参与框架中去考察华商的商业转型。

马来亚共产党 (简称 "马共"), 自1930年成立至1989年其总书记陈平与马泰两国政府签订和平协议为止，共历时约59年. 1930年代为马共草创期，因受殖民地政府牵制而进行地下活动。日据时期，马共动员组织人民抗日军，并与英军合作抗敌。战后，马共被承认为合法组织，公开活动，声势日隆，直到1948年6月中旬英殖民地政府颁布紧急状态，才改采武装斗争从事游击战斗。但马共在各方面条件悬殊的情况下处于下风，其部队向北撤到泰南边境，个别人士流亡到印尼，主要领导人则前往中国。许多被政府逮捕的马共成员或马共同情者被判刑复驱逐出境，大部分被安置在中国南方各省的 “华侨农场”，其中一些人在政策开放后又移居香港或澳门。换言之，马共的战斗虽为马来亚之独立而战，却也跨出了本土，跨越不同地域。当被研究的对象一直不断移动，我们不得不重新思考 “在地”与“跨域”的意义。而当研究者本身的位置和身份加入讨论以后，“在地”与“跨域”的问题就变得更复杂纠结了。另一方面，在地与否也可以与身体的移动无关。在战后意识形态大对决的20世纪40、50年代，知识通过刊物和书籍的翻译及传播，达到了惊人的效果。在新马，人民通过左翼阵营的读物来理解共产主义政治，憧憬延安，揣摩理想社会的图像，这是一种在地启蒙的境外想象。本文将尝试以马共的历史、田野调查和文献为例，讨论“在地”与“跨域”的相对性与不固定性。

提要自1997年以来, 香港地区的普通话教育推广得到了极大的发展。不过, 鉴于多方面的限制和原因, 香港学生的所说所写还是无可避免地带着明显的“港式中文”的特点。本文详细分析了香港大专学生普通话学习过程中各种“了”的偏误行为, 包括不需用“了”而误用“了”、该用“了”而未用“了”、“无时态标记句”、与“有”的误用, 离合词中错用“了”等各种情况, 发现以粤语为母语的香港学生在习得普通话“了”时, 主要表现为体标记不足 (underuse) 的错误, 迥异于其他汉语为二语习得者的体标记泛化(overuse)的常见错误。不仅如此, 我们还发现在“两文三语”或者三语 (trilingual)环境下香港学生对于“了”的各种偏误主要是受了学生课堂强势语言英语的“语际迁移”(language transfer) 所致, 而非受学生的母语和最常用的生活用语 --- 粤语的影响, 印证了多语习得中强大的“第二语言地位因素假设” (the L2 status factor hypothesis) 在香港学生的三语习得过程中同样存在。这一有趣的现象无疑为多语环境下的语言教学带来了启示。

Abstract:

新型コロナウィルスの感染拡大で人々の国や地域を超えた移動に制限がかかり、海外協定校などに学生を派遣する大学主催の海外留学及び海外研修の実施は現時点では難しくなっている。このような状況において、オンラインを駆使した海外研修プログラムの開発が進められている。本稿では、2020 年 8 月に実施したブルネイでのオンライン短期海外研修に参加した学生の経験と学びを考察し、オンラインによる海外留学の可能性を検討する。本研究のリサーチクエスチョン(RQ)は、(1)オンライン短期海外研修を通して参加者はどのような経験をしていたのか、(2)オンライン短期海外研修を通して参加者は英語の能力を伸ばすことができたのか、である。 RQ1 に答えるために研修の事前事後にアンケート調査を、RQ2 に答えるために研修の事前事後に英語の試験を行い、それらを分析した。調査の結果、オンライン短期海外研修の参加者の満足度は高く、講義型及び体験型の授業を通してブルネイの言語や文化、ビジネスと産業、自然科学などのコンテンツを学んだり、現地の学生と交流をしたりすることで、参加者は「自宅にいながら、ブルネイにいるような体験ができ」ていた。また、本研修が実際に海外に渡航することを躊躇している学生の参加を促していることも伺えた。そして、研修の事前事後に行った英語の試験を分析した結果、総合得点及びリスニングでの大意把握の得点は向上し、参加者の英語の能力の伸びに対する自己評価でも、リスニングの能力の向上が最も認識されていた。

Today close to one third of the world’s internationally mobile student population is from China, and as the trend for Chinese to study abroad grows exponentially, newer destination countries are added, some of them non-Anglophone, such as France. Regardless of where they study, Chinese students have a reputation for sticking together when abroad and for not mixing with locals. Yet what types of relationship actually come into being now that Chinese are going abroad in such unprecedented numbers? This paper is based on a broader empirical study conducted in 2011-12 from fieldwork in France, the United States, and China (N = 180) and again in 2015 in France (N = 10). The study uses a mixed-method approach based on quantitative Social Network Analysis (sna) and 25 qualitative interviews to analyze the composition of students’ social networks. The paper focuses on Chinese studying in France (N = 55). By examining different types of relationships, how they are initiated, and how resources are shared, the paper discusses how internationally mobile Chinese students interact socially, on the one hand with non-Chinese (French nationals or other international persons) and, on the other, with local Chinese immigrants. The results show that students form strong co-national relationships among themselves but not with established ethnic and migrant Chinese communities in France.
