碩士<br>國立花蓮師範學院<br>多元文化研究所<br>92<br>Abstract The purpose of this study is intended to investigate the life experience of the Han female teachers teaching in indigenous schools. I collected data by semi-structural interviews from six Han female teachers. They are the primary school teachers in Hualien and aged from 26 to 38. I interviewed every teacher twice spending from 1 to 2.5 hours each time. I translated their conversations in a draft and analyze these data in terms of the theme analysis method. I divided the life experience of the six Hun female teachers into ten common themes. First, they all sympathized with the indigenous students’ situation and environment. Second, they fond the indigenous students’ families were not good condition. Third, the social welfare system could not make great help to the indigenous students’ life. Fourth, there were some problems between the six Han teachers and their colleagues. Fifth, they did not satisfy with their jobs because of their executive work was overloading. Sixth, the teachers got empowerment through multicultural practices. Seventh, the Han female teachers spoke Chinese with indigenous accent unconsciously. Eighth, they felt self-identification by showing the utmost solicitude. Ninth, they expressed the wish to leave the current schools in the future. Tenth, life will become better if they have dreams. Finally, according to the results, this study provide some suggestions on the indigenous education and research.

碩士<br>國立政治大學<br>新聞研究所<br>78<br>Maclup在其“美國的知識生產與分配”(The Production and Distribution of Kno- wledge in the United States)一書中指出(Maclup,1962),長久以來, 經濟學家都排 除知識( 狹義的資訊 )在經濟成長中扮演的角色, 而將之視為一種“趨勢因素”(tr- end facfor)。 美國商業部(Commerce Dopartment) 對資訊經濟的研究卻指出, 資訊經濟可能是我們 這個時代最重要的產業。(Dizard,1982)John Diebold 也認為(1973), 工業革命長達 200 年, 這個革命的第三世紀將是提高對資訊生產與分配的關注。Parker(1973)則直 接道出—— 「不是勞力或資本, 而資訊正逐漸成為生產的關鍵因素」。 臺灣在76年平均每人國民生產毛額逼近五千美元大關, 甚至被視為擠進「已開發」國 家之林, 有些學者認為這是臺幣升值的虛象, 但是不管臺灣目前發展到哪種階段, 當 臺灣經濟愈發展時, 「資訊部門」也會像前述學者的觀察一樣, 逐漸成為經濟發展的 中心? 究竟臺灣經濟發展的經驗中, 「資訊部門」與「經濟發展」有何關連? 這就是 本研究致力探討的焦點。 本論文共分五章, 第一章緒論; 第二章文獻探討; 第三章研究方法; 第四章資料分析 ;第五章結論與討論。

碩士<br>國立臺東大學<br>特殊教育學系碩士在職專班<br>102<br>This study examines the effects of the repeated reading of classic readings (RRC) on related measures of Chinese reading abilities. A two-factor ex post facto design was adopted to investigate the effects of grade (3rd v.s. 6th grade) and group (RRC v.s. non-RRC) on Chinese reading abilities. Eighteen 3rd grade RRC students and 24 non-RRC students participated in the study. For 6th graders, 21 RRC students and 28 non-RRC students attended in. The two-way ANCOVA results show that the amount of cognitive words and the fluency of reading are no difference, but the grade six students are better than the grade three students, when the author controlled the intelligence and socioeconomic status. The ability of reading comprehension of students of the reading group are better than those of the control group, moreover, the grade six students are better than the grade three students. However, the abilities of understanding of the classical Chinese of the two groups’ grade six students have no distinct difference. In the other hand, the abilities of understanding of the classical Chinese and the vernacular Chinese of the two groups’ grade three students have the remarkable difference.

碩士<br>國立新竹教育大學<br>人資處語文教學碩士班<br>99<br>Abstract Owing to the character of the students in middle and primary schools is not educated so good as before and the the Grade 1-9 Curriculun emphasizes ability instead of moral now, the researcher designs a series of classic courses based on " Analects of Confucius " to apply to the students of sixth of grade who are also the pupils of the researcher. This research adopts the way of the action research to perform the classic education. It is quite handy for the researcher to teach the pupils classic literature independently. The classic course which the researcher designs is according to abilities, interests, and the learning demands of the students. It can be divided into three major shafts which are the life and image of Confucius, the learning of Confucius, and the morality training of Confucius. The researcher plans to carry on teaching in eleven units. Let the students understand the motive of the teacher through combining the content of courses with actual life. Make them Learn from others' advantages, correct their shortcomings, and try their best to show filial obedience in daily life. This research takes the diversified ways to design the teaching methods in order to improve students' interests of studying classic learning. For example the contest by dividing into groups, the multimedia video (the cartoon of Confucius biography, programs of YOYO TV ,and so on), popular songs(like the songs of famous Taiwanese singers Chiang hui, Hsiao huang-chi, and so on), and the drama performances, etc., to improve the results of learning for students in the serious classic course. The conclusions obtained in this research are as follows: 1.make students know Confucius (the Best Teacher;The Most Sage Venerated Late Teacher) and his virtuous disciples with teaching. 2.make students find out the importance of actively studious learning with teaching. 3. let students understand the great attitude and method of study with teaching. 4.enable students realize the intensions of morality training in " Analects of Confucius " with teaching. 5.allow students get acquainted with ideal personality in " Analects of Confucius " with classic teaching -Gentleman. Finally, to offer some suggestions for future researches based on the results of this research. Be the reference that implements classic teaching for other teachers and follow-up researchers. Key word: classic teaching, classic education, Analects of Confucius , Confucius, study, learning, moral, morality training, action research.
