Therefore, finding a safe food source and providing a healthy and green environment is an important issue that modern citizens are pursuing; whereas, aquaponics system is a currently emerging method to the issue. This study aims to investigate how to improve the existing aquaponics systems and how most farms can apply or use innovative aquaponics farming equipment. The study first used expert interviews to understand the superior and inferior in practicing and current needs and trends in the future. Next, through a SWOT analysis, an improved aquaponics system is presented. Moreover, it looked at how modifying aquaponics systems and re-use of patent search could explore existing aquaponics system functions to improve technical strategies by comparison, and through which, unsatisfied functions to the users were further identified.Finally, using TRIZ theory of innovation to improve family-style Aquaponics system, and achieve in the effects of beautifying family environment and full use of the space.

碩士<br>國立中正大學<br>外國語文研究所<br>106<br>Morality is a theme that prevails in Dickens’s novel. In his latest novel, Our Mutual Friend also draws upon social class, wealth and humanity. Does humanity exist? If so, is it possible that people preserve it inside deeply? What would it be, if a man behaves terribly? Would it be possible to have a better life, only if a person is well-mannered? When these questions are to be answered, Dickens’s attention to human nature would be observed in his works. Drawing on Adam Smith’s concept of moral judgments, this thesis aims to account for a man’s behaviors and his outcome in Dickens’s Our Mutual Friend. This thesis is divided into two chapters, discussing the value of vice and goodness. In other words, this thesis contains each discussion of the villains and the good characters in the novel. The first chapter examines that the vice has its cost ultimately. To make this statement more specific, chapter one is further divided into two parts. First, I will adopt Adam Smith’s concept of “punishment and rewards” to analyze the unpleasant behaviors of Mr. Boffin and Mr. Fledgeby. Second, I will apply Smith’s perspective of “punishment and rewards” to discuss the outcomes of two villains, Mr. Boffin and Mr. Fledgeby. Therefore, I maintain that both Mr. Boffin and Mr. Fledgeby pay their costs due to their previous indecent behaviors. The second chapter examines that the goodness has its rewards. To make this statement more specific, chapter two is further divided into two parts also. First, I will analyze an angel-like woman, Lizzie Hexam; her manners can be analyzed through Adam Smith’s idea of “the social passions”. Then I will further discuss her rewards as having a happy marriage through Smith’s perspectives of punishment and rewards. In the second part of this chapter, I attempt to discuss Bella Wilfer’s transformation and her rewards at the end of the story. I suggest that the goodness of human nature brings her a happier life than before. A man’s behaviors do affect his lifestyle; there are options for people to choose, the ways that they want to live. The four characters present their lifestyles through the story; some end up miserably, whereas the others end up happily. In brief, I maintain that both Mr. Boffin and Mr. Fledgeby pay their costs; Lizzie and Bella have their rewards in the end.

本書嘗試從公私協力的角度來觀察在社會福利、教育、災害防救，甚至是新興的地方創生議題中，公部門與非營利組織或是民間企業的協力現況與問題。近幾年來，臺灣社會面臨許多亟待解決的公共課題，例如高齡照護需求增加、公共托育不足、地方經濟衰退與人口老化等，在在都顯現出面對多元公共服務的需求與不斷增加的公共支出，公私協力似已成為一個必然的發展方向。尤其是非營利組織，因具有不以營利、公益的特質，更容易成為公部門在選擇協力夥伴時的最佳選擇。只不過，在各項議題的協力過程中，非僅是僵化的遵循契約規範運作，有時在突發的救災情況下，公部門和非營利組織究竟該如何協力，才能各自發揮所長，發揮一加一大於二的雙乘效果，乃是在推動公私協力議題時必須審慎思考的課題。因此，作者期望藉由本書能喚起政府部門和非營利組織、民間企業對此議題的認知與瞭解，從而建構一個更友善、有效率的協力環境。

教育肩负着重要的培养下一代劳动者的使命，因此，无论在中国还是西方，教育都极为被重视。教育的雏形可以追溯到原始氏族社会。而在漫长的教育发展历史，东西方的哲学家与教育思想家们对于什么是教育，什么是好的教育，怎样做好教育都进行了深入的系统思考，形成了许多流派的教育思想。在诸多教育思想之中，中国的“道法自然”與西方的自然主义教育思想都推崇尊重受教育者，特别是儿童的本来的天性与自然，向大自然与自然规律学习，二者具有一定的共同点。从先秦时期到近现代时期，大量思想家、教育家提出了大量具有浓厚东方特色的哲学与教育思想。先秦时期，老子提出了“道法自然”“自然无为”“行不言之教”的教育思想；两汉时期，黄老学派倡导“因性而教”；魏晋南北朝时期，何晏、王弼提出了“名教出于自然”的教育思想、嵇康提出了“越名教而任自然”的教育思想；唐宋时期，柳宗元提出了“以无念为宗”，顺应儿童天性的教育思想；明清时期，王守仁提出了“顺导其志意，调理其性情”的教育思想；近现代时期，蔡元培提出了“尚自然”、“展个性”的教育思想。近代以来，中国本土教育受到来自西方文化的冲击，这冲击既有好的一方面，也有水土不服的一方面。如果盲目崇拜西方文化，却容易忘记自己从何而来，迷失自己。近年来随着我国经济、科技、社会的飞速发展，我们更应当重新建立我们的“文化自信”。“则其善者而从之，其不善者而改之（《论语·述而》），既要吸收西方文化中好的一面，也要摒弃不好或者说不合适的部分。本书分四章，共计约12万字符。分别从自然教育法概述、开展自然教育的理论基础、自然教育的实践及自然教育若干问题的对策进行了详细的分析。

水是生命之源、生产之要、生态之基。为解决水资源短缺、水污染严重、水生态环境恶化的问题，《中共中央国务院关于加快水利改革发展的决定》(中发[2011]1号)和《国务院关于实行最严格水资源管理制度的意见》(国发[2012]3 号)提出加强水功能区限制纳污红线管理，严格控制入河湖排污总量，从严核定水域纳污容量，严格控制入河湖排污总量。国务院《水污染防治行动计划》(国发〔2015〕17 号)再次强调：科学保护水资源，完善水资源保护考核评价体系，加强水功能区监督管理，从严核定水域纳污能力。新乡市作为正在发展中的中原城市，长期以来受到水资源短缺、水污染严重的制约，水环境质量差、水生态受损重、环境隐患多等问题十分突出，进而影响和损害群众了健康，不利于经济社会持续发展。卫河是流经新乡县、新乡市郊、卫辉市的重要河流，做为泄洪排涝河道，主要承接了新乡市市区和新乡县、卫辉市的涝水和污水，对其进行纳污能力核定，是政府开展水污染防治和污染减排工作的重要依据，对加强工业污染源控制，加大主要污染物减排力度，提高城市污水处理率，改善重点流域水环境质量起到技术支撑，是保障人民群众切身利益和新乡市全面建成小康社会的必要举措。

大型桥梁是城市道路跨河工程建设的重要组成部分,其作为连接河流两岸陆域的重要通道,是支持人员、装备与物资频繁往来与大规模流动的可靠载体。它不仅在国民经济生活中发挥着积极的交通功能,而且在防洪、抢险与救灾工作中也显示出强大的支撑作用。但是,桥梁对防洪产生的负面影响以及洪水对桥梁的不利影响也不容忽视和低估,必须予以认真对待、妥善处理,否则有可能给国家和人民的生命财产安全带来严重危害。在新郑市城市道路项目的开展过程中,对于桥梁的防洪影响做相应的研究工作,并将研究成果予以分析,同时总结取得的工程实践经验,为相关项目的开发建设提供参考,具有十分重要的意义。针对本课题所制定的研究技术路线,我们利用生产单位的技术力量和水文水资源局的科研优势,组成了专题研究课题组,并制定出详细合理的工作计划,共同开展了新郑市城市道路跨河工程防洪影响研究。根据城市道路工程建设需要,针对城市道路跨河工程建设项目具体情况,采用数学方法和模型方法,对城市道路跨河工程对河势、堤防、行洪、水位、流态、流速的影响进行研究和相关评价,运用水力学原理,结合河道各项特性、特征,预测洪水对工程的影响以及工程建成后对防洪的影响,提出对策和建议,为工程建设和防洪安全提供可靠的技术依据。

Abstract:

職場共融是香港企業社會責任(Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR)的重要一環。職場共融指出僱主需要尊重僱員之間的多樣性，肯定僱員對工作環境的不同貢獻，並提高員工的專業水準。多元的工作場所亦需要接納來自不同背景、膚色、種族、健康狀況、性傾向和性別認同的員工。綜觀香港商業各界，向來少有女性的高層代表。女同志和雙性戀女性更因為其性別和性傾向，在職場晉升中面臨「雙重隱形天花板」(double glass ceiling) 的阻礙。透過嶺南大學創新及效益基金的資助，並與香港跨銀行同志論壇(The Hong Kong LGBT Interbank Forum)和Lesbians in Finance合作，鄧芝珊博士向正在香港金融和銀行業工作的女同志和雙性戀女性，進行了一項網絡問卷調查與兩次焦點小組訪談。研究旨在探討香港金融服務業當中，女同志和雙性戀女性所遇到的具體挑戰和障礙。我們發現，只有37%的問卷調查受訪者曾經在職場「出櫃」，亦有23%向部分關係密切的同事「出櫃」。換言之，他們對於在職場「出櫃」一事仍然有重大顧慮。企業內的LGBT+員工亦面對「隱形天花板」的晉升問題，18%的調查受訪者同意、47%有點同意存在著這種限制。問及女同志和雙性戀女性是否比男同志更難在職場上「出櫃」時，32%受訪者同意、46%表示有點同意。27%的受訪者同意、39%表示有點同意「女同志和雙性戀女性難以獲得企業的晉升」。其他結果則顯示，女同志和雙性戀女性在企業環境中難被看見、缺乏指導機會、承受更大壓力和焦慮，且擔憂女同志和雙性戀女性的身份會令她們遭受質疑。相較於順性別的女性僱員，表現陽剛的員工亦明顯要面臨更嚴格的審查。故此，即使有關多元共融的討論，一直是改善香港企業工作環境的議程之一，但在提升女同志和雙性戀女性議題的意識方面，仍然存在不足之處。
