抽象的 從現代台灣地區客語出發,佐以巴色會客語和跨漢語方言中關於雙及物結構的考察,本文討論客語中由「分佢」和結果式動補(V-R)結構互動所產生的致使結構,並聚焦於「分佢」出現在V和R之中和之後的例子。本文主要觀點如下:第一,「分佢」句式表達言者主觀性,凸顯說話者的意志,但此特點不是因為「我者」視角,而是來自於構式本身;第二,「分佢」句式的複句性質仍然存在,但在語法化的路徑上,整個構式逐漸演變成單子句結構,其中的關鍵在於「佢」的指稱限制降低,經歷了「單數指稱>兼具單數、複數指稱>複數指稱>泛稱>無指稱」等演變階段,這造成了主語的泛化,帶動句式的整體變化,而隨著使用頻率的提高,「分佢」甚至合音成bi2 ,演變成單一的語法標記,單子句的性質益發明顯;第三,「分佢」致使結構不是構詞型,而是分析型;第四,「分佢」在這些結構中的句法位置和雙賓A和B式中接收者的位置有關,非因語意冗贅而產生的自由變換、非取決於R的語義指向、也非源自於雙及物結構中的介賓補語式和複合詞式中「分+賓語」的位置。

The purpose of this study was to validate scores produced by a reflection tool called the Self-Evaluation Checklist for EFL Teachers (SECEFLT) in the Japanese context. A survey was conducted with 760 EFL teachers in 984 junior high and lower secondary schools throughout Japan. The collected data were divided into 2 datasets for exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). LANGUAGE NOTE | Document text in Chinese; abstract also in English.在中國古典知識論當中,醫學(以及所有的技藝之學)與先王之法、諸子之藝本為一體,後世所謂“醫儒相通”、“醫易相通”之說源起於此。但知識論上的共同起源並不能保證醫學在歷史流變中能夠保持其地位,經過春秋時期諸子興起、學術分裂,和《漢書.藝文志》對古典知識體系進行的分類排列,醫學的知識論地位及醫者的社會地位便一路下行,諸子,尤其是儒學與技藝之學的高下、先後、體用次第關係逐漸被固定下來。到宋代援儒入醫,以“仁術”統攝之,在某種意義上進一步貶低了醫學作為技藝之學這一維度,將其落實為幫助儒家實現“仁”之價值目標的工具。經過這一知識論分裂和儒學反身侵入的知識學改造,醫學知識內部的“目的之善”與“技藝之善”的割裂也隨之加劇,再也不能回歸到原始醫家熔融自在的自然純樸狀態。所以,想要超越今天西方因為天人二分、醫學技術與道德分離等問題而形成的倫理難題與道德困境,建構一種有效的“中國醫學倫理學”,恐怕不能用“天人合一”、“醫儒相通”等大而化之的概念輕易穿越,還有大量艱苦的工作需要一步步的來完成。This essay offers a genealogy of medical epistemology in ancient China, which, unfortunately

受疫情影響,各國關於民事訴訟之數位化,尤其是線上遠距審理,產生大幅躍進,並成為未來民事訴訟變革之方向。因應數位化發展,溝通媒介之改變,民事紛爭處理制度必須面對從紙本到電子文件、從實體場域到網路空間之轉變。本文從國外線上法院程序之發展狀況,探討線上民事法院之目的論,並以線上起訴及遠距審理為對象,分析傳統訴訟以紙本文書及到庭辯論所形塑之訴訟文書交換及送達、兩造言詞辯論、直接審理、公開審理等程序架構及基本原則,於民事訴訟數位化下所受之影響及挑戰。除個別面向之數位化外,由於線上程序具簡速性及經濟性,亦宜思考有無何類事件(例如:小額事件),適合增設全面性之線上程序,使當事人得合意選擇利用,以保障其近用法院及程序選擇之權利,亦可合理分配司法資源,使法院更有餘力處理複雜困難之案件。各國有關民事法院之數位轉型仍持續發展中,本文並不在於蓋棺論定,而是期待就此議題能激發更多之討論。<br />
