碩士<br>國立中央大學<br>物理與天文學研究所<br>79<br>OH是一個廣為研究的自由基 (free radical) ,自從1920年代起就不斷地有相關的研 究報告;但是,迄今為止,絕大多數的研究是針對它的第一電子激發態,至於較高電 子態,人們的瞭解仍然十分有限。如同其它的自由基,OH有著非常活潑的化學性質, 所以在製造OH時,很容易混雜其它的氣體分子或原子,這是OH實驗技術上共通的困難 。然而, OH 與真空紫外光的作用,對於星際分子模型,以及大氣化學的研究非常重 要,而且這方面的實驗非常缺乏(相關的理論研究已有A.Dalgarno,E.F.van Dishoe- ck,S.R.Langhoff 等人,在1982-3年,提出一系列包含位能曲線(potential energy curve)、光吸收截面 (photoabsorption cross section)、躍遷電偶極矩 (transit- ion dipole moment)等的完整計算),引起我們進行這個實驗的興趣。為改善以往無 法準確監控OH濃度的缺點,我們引進在化學反應速率研究上,已被證明極具威力的「 穩態氣流管」系統,由人們所熟知的 H+NO →OH+NO 反應產生OH,經由NO濃度的調節 ,可達成OH的濃度控制。我們將「穩態氣流管」在較高的OH濃度下操作,並且詳細地 計算了氣流管中各處的OH濃度;此外,還利用電腦,摹擬氣流管中實際進行的各個化 學反應,除了證明我們的計算具有相當高的準確度,也得到了一些副產物 (如NO、O 、H O、HNO等) 的濃度分布。我們分別測量了波長為1595、1653、1742、1780、1816 、1860、以及 1930A的OH真空紫外光吸收截面,並將結果與理論值加以比較。 本文主要的參考文獻出自Journal of Physics,Physical Review,Journal of Chemi- cal Physics 等學術期刊。

碩士<br>高雄醫學院<br>藥學研究所<br>80<br>Etofenamate為具高親脂性之非固醇類抗炎藥物,在體內會經由皮膚酵素代謝為Flu- fenamic acid 亦具有抗炎之活性;Etofenamate 自前僅有以外用凝膠軟膏劑型之產 品問世,為進一步了解Etofenamate 在經皮吸收方面之效果,本文乃針對Etofemamate 在溶液中之安定性及凝膠軟膏之處方設計進行研究,探討其在體外釋出及體內經皮吸 收之相關性。 Etofenamate 於水液之安定性實驗中,就溫度及不同酸鹼值的影響進行研究,結果顯 示Etofenamate 水溶液於加速安定性試驗中進行擬一階次裂解反應,且在pH=4之McⅡ vaome 緩衝溶液下計算其反應活化能為12.85 Keal/mole ,隨pH值的增加,反應速率 亦加快(K(pH=8)>K(pH=7.4)>K(pH=5.6)>K(pH=4.0)) ,表示Etofenamate 在酸性條件 下具有較佳之安定性。 在凝膠處方之設計上,首先就凝膠組成和黏稠度之關係進行一係例研究,並探討黏稠 度對藥品自製劑中釋出的速率之影響經皮吸收之程度做為處方師選之依據。結果發現 所用之凝膠劑Carbopol 934,Carbopol 940及Carbopol 941中以Carbopol 941易受凝 膠化過程中所添加鹼(Tricthanolamine) 之量的多寡而改變凝膠之黏稠度;至於凝膠 劑之含量則對凝膠之黏稠度並無顯著之影響。其次分別就處方之酸鹼度、Carbopol的 種類、水分的比例、propylene glycol的含量、扴血佸性劑(Tween 40)之添加量及藥 物主成分濃度加以探討。結果顯示凝膠處方以Carbopol 934為膠劑,在接近皮膚酸鹼 值(pH5.6) 之下,隨Tween 40之增加,藥品之釋出速率亦有增加之趨勢。且發現Eto- fenamate較其代謝物Flufenamic acid 具有較佳之穿透能力。 在定量方法上為同時能分析Etofenamate 及具代謝物Flufenamic acid ,故採用高效 液相層析儀(HPLC),以C18 層匠管,在紫外光波長為268 nm之下進行體外釋出及體內 經皮吸收結果之濃度測定。此分析方法具有快速、精確之特性,再現性佳,可測得之 敏感度在Etofenamate 為0.2ng 。 Etofenamate 凝膠軟膏經體外試驗篩選後,選擇具有最佳釋出效果之處方與市售原開 發廠之Etofenamate 凝膠軟膏進行動物體外釋出、體內經皮吸及人體貼敷後殘留於體 外分率之比較。結果顯示在動物體外釋出部分有相近似的釋出速率。

碩士<br>國立清華大學<br>先進光源科技學位學程<br>99<br>Layered cobalt oxide Bi2Sr2CoO6+δ have attracted much interest because it is isostructural to the high-Tc superconductor Bi2Sr2CuO6+δ. Furthermore, Bi2Sr2CoO6+δ exhibit a series of surprising electronic and magnetic properties with various oxygen contents. We have carried out polarization dependent X-ray absorption (XAS) and resonant inelastic X-ray scattering (RIXS) measurements to study the orbital symmetry and the energies of ligand to metal charge transfer excitations. The XAS measurement reveals that because the centrosymmetry is broken from D4h symmetry due to strong local distortion, there exists a large mixing among 4p states or hybridization between 4p and 3d states. This distortion of CoO6 octahedron with δ > 0.25 is more severe than δ ~ 0.25 due to extra oxygen insertion In the RIXS measurement, spectra of the Tpeak~280 K sample exhibit three clear inelastic features around 2.8 eV, 4.6 eV and 7.0 eV. Similarly in the Tpeak~150 K sample three peaks appear around 3.0 eV, 4.6 eV and 7.7 eV. The lack of dispersion suggests the highly localized characteristics of these excitations. These features may be referred to charge transfer mechanism from a 2p electron of O to a 3d hole of Co in the CoO2 plane. Particularly the energy loss feature at 4.5 eV can be clearly identified as a charge transfer excitation because it resonates at the absorption transition of 1s→4px’, 4py’ with ligand to metal charge transfer (LMCT) from O 2p→Co 3dx’2- y’2.

This research tries to use what documents rarely observed, nanoparticles of cobalt, as the absorptivity of RAM. The method of this research is to make nanoparticles through the usage of chemical reduction method. The advantages of this method are simple in the preparation of devices and process, low cost, added to those is that this study initiates magnetic collections to induce and concentrate the product. This would be therefore rich in the potential of mass production of the chemical industry. This study used cobalt sulfate as cobalt salt, and had sodium hypophosphorous as the reducing agent, and palladium chloride as the nucleus agent. The result shows that of the usage of potassium iodine in low thickness or lead chloride as stabilizers could both do the job as to put down on the growth of nanoparticles. The usage of interface initiator of H14N could then effectively diffuse those nanoparticles. Through the usage of T.E.M (Transmittion Electron Microscope) the study observes that when potassium iodine or lead nitric of low thickness were to used in those experiments, the growth of nanoparticles would then be restrained and therefore the nanoparticles with the diameter of less than 10nm could be produced. If we use the SQUID(Superconducting Quantum Interference Device magnetometry) for further detection would then uncover that the add of potassium iodine could constrain the quantity of phosphorous in the ally of Cobalt- phosphorous and reduce the Coercive Force (Hc), and since the adsorptive power of lead in lead nitric is bigger than the power of cobalt so as to influence the magnetic of the ally of Cobalt- phosphorous. The result for this research shows that the add of H14N with10 mM and with 10 mg/L of potassium iodine could make out superparamagnetism with the diameter of 4.8 nm, the saturated magnetism is Ms19.3 emu/g, and with the Hc of 5.5 Oe。

They differ significantly in their antimicrobial spectrum of activity and their pharmacokinetic characteristics. In our series studies about quinolone percutaneous aborption properties, enoxacin presented the best permeability characteristics in six quinolones. Therefore, We took a further transdermal research for enoxacin in this experiment. Enoxacin is an amphillic compound (pka1=6.4, pka2=8.4) , its solubility is affected by pH values of vehicle notably. It is more soluble in acidic or basic solution, but there is a higher partition coefficient in neutral state. The permeation rate of enoxacin is also influenced by the variation in buffer pH values, it is high in pH=3 buffer and low in pH=8 buffer. The flux of enoxacin is enhanced four times through stripped skin than intact skin. Cationic surfactant (benzalkonium chloride) presented the best enhancing effect no matter what the buffer pH values are. The enhancing factor reached 300 in pH3 BC 1%(w/v) sol'n. Besides, it results in the shorter lag time when benzalkonium chloride is used. In sodium lauryl sulfate solution, enoxacin displayed a different penetration profile with a longer lag time. Flux was decreased in the acidic state and increased in basic state Nonionic surfactants (Tween 80) didn't show any enhancing effect on the percutaneous absorption of enoxacin markly. And the flux was decreased to 1/3 at pH 10 condition. Increase in β-cyclodextrin (CD) concentrations wo'nt raise the the solubility of enoxacin. There were three kind of melliods to prepare inclusion complex and the products were evaluated by differential scanning calorimetry and IR spectrum. There were no sign to show the inclusion complex formed. It's difficult for enoxacin to form an inclusion complex with β-CD. The permeation properties of enoxacin is not changed by adding α-CD, β-CD, or γ-CD into donor solutin. EDTA is a kind of chelating agent. Its effects on increasing enoxacin solubility and permeability are EDTA concentration dependent in purified water but altered by buffer system in buffer solution. The results of in vitro enoxacin percutaneous absorption study offered a foundaion of enoxacin transdermal delivery system. In order to get a better therapeutic efficacy and convenience for skin and soft tissue infections.

碩士<br>國立交通大學<br>電控工程研究所<br>105<br>An active internal electromagnetic damper is introduced in this thesis, which is able to decrease the vibration by tuning the current in electromagnetic damper. Since wind, earthquake or other natural factors lead to the vibration of mechanical structures, tuned mass dampers are usually mounted on the vibrated structure to reduce the amplitude at the natural frequency. However, the damping coefficient cannot be changed for passive dampers, which limits the efficiency of energy absorption. Also, the kinetic energy is mostly transformed into the heat energy which is usually hard to be harvested as an energy source. The main feature of the proposed system is to realize the damper by using a set of permanent magnet and coil. The damping coefficient is changed by switching the current in the coil. The active internal electromagnetic damper decreases the vibration more effectively without any external breaking force and further transforms the kinetic energy into electrical energy. In addition, the introduced algorithm can be also applied on energy harvesters to increase the power output of the harvesters. The contents of this thesis include analysis and simulation of the active internal electromagnetic damper in both dynamical and magnetic domain, designing the algorithm of anti-vibration, building an experimental prototype and finally the experimental verification.
