Three decades recently as the industry changing with each passing day, social wealth accumulating, and people''s income standard enhancing, the investment and financial activities in the all kinds of industry have been promoted to become frequent day by day, and financial services have also approached variability. With the production of computers and mobile phones, it brings not only revolutions in information and communication but fashion in wireless internet, and it will approach a communication environment of personalization. In the times of internet relations with consumer will be the critical things to maintain business. Excellent relations with consumers will earn their loyalty. The nature of mobile communication, its service can be offered any time and any where, makes consumer services more possible and helps users to get service easier. This thesis is emphasized on the financial service quality offered by mobile banking presently. Because of the development of internet economy and mobile communication, financial service industries expand their service route for bestowing favor on consumers and supporting the investment benefits. And they have aggressively cooperated with mobile communication firms to provide whole services. Moreover, the liberty on telecommunications and the progress of computer science, such as personal computers, telephones, mobile phones, cable televisions, and satellite communication, make the service offered to consumers more variable and convenient. The item about that on line financial service will be successful or not depends on the service quality. Therefore, this research is entitled of probing to the service quality of mobile banking or related, and is combined with available information about the mobile banking such as Fubon Bank and E. Sun Bank. Furthermore, we try to analyze how to enhance their service qualities, to earn relative competition superiorities, and then to improve their inner power of competition.

This research primarily investigates how recovery strategy of service failure affects relationship quality. Besides of processing complaints at the moment of service failure, this research investigates recovery activities further to the strategic level, including the recovery strategy firms should take before, during, and after the recovery. Moreover, product involvement and relationship proneness are taken as moderating variables in this research. The studied population is mainly customers of banks, insurance and security companies. Recovery strategy is divided into two categories in this research: one is proactive recovery strategy, and the other is reactive recovery strategy. Proactive recovery strategy includes five variables which are problem-solving ability, performance standard development, information technology investment, complaint request, and feedback. Reactive recovery strategy includes three variables: outcome fairness, procedural fairness and interactional fairness. The result shows that, both proactive recovery strategy and reactive recevory strategy have significant effect on relationship quality. Some variables are not signigicantly affected only when different industries are divided and tested alone. The effect of moderating variables is partly supported, and the moderating effect will vary with customers of different products. This research suggests that, for companies which want to improve their relationships with customers, besides of good service, comprehensive recovey strategy should be accompanied to complete the whole service network, and improve the relationship with customers.

The study of parent-teacher interaction, service quality and business strategy- an example of after school care in Kaohsiung Abstract In recent years, due to the change of economic patterns and social structural in Taiwan, such as low birth, the after school care business is drowning in a red ocean and encounters fierce competition. In order to stay competitive, the management of after school care becomes aggressive by promoting parent-teacher interaction and service quality, and establishing service niche and innovation value. A qualitative study was conducted. We interviewed after school care operators, teachers and parents. There was seven interviews, twelve hours in total. After each interview, we wrote down a verbatim record and compiled related document into a case report. While researching parent-teacher interaction, service quality, business strategy and customer feedback, three key finding emerged. 1. Good parent-teacher interaction is based on good parent-teacher communication. The dedication and professionalism of teachers, and the gratitude and confidence of parents shaping a good relationship between parents and teachers. 2. To improve the quality of personnel has positive impact. Professional teachers for after-school programs to create the image of interest, to create a self-park of the characteristics. 3. Operators have the ability to integrate play with assistance, mmunication, marketing, innovation processes. 4. To understand different parents needs of parents and teachers of different ways to interact with information to help improve service quality. Through practical research, this study expects to raise concerns about parent-teacher interaction, and provides reference for practical work in education and future studies. The importance of Human Resource Management is higher and higher in last 10 years. The labors are regarded as resource instead of materials in organizations. However, the manpower''s flexibility strategies is key factor in human resource Management to develop the ability of manpower. The critical findings of this study are as follows: 1.The correlation show that hospital size relates negatively to functional flexibility strategy. 2.The correlation show that hospital age relates negatively to functional flexibility strategy. 3.The correlation show that dependence on the external labour market relates negatively to functional flexibility strategy. 4.Turning to organizational structure, it appears that more centralization, less participation, more formalization and more complexity are associated with the existence of numerical flexibility strategy. 5.Turming to organizational structure, it aqqears that less formalization and less complexity are associated with the existence of functional flexibility strategy. 6.The correlation show that turnover and absenteeism relates negatively to functional flexibility strategy. 7.The correlation show that absenteeism relates negatively to negatively to numerical flexibility strategy. 8.The mediation effect of employees'' perceptual flexibility on the relationship between functional flexibility strategy and quality of work life is significant. 9.The mediation effect of employees'' perceptual flexibility on the realationship between numerical flexibility strategy and quality of work life is significant. Based on the finding of this study, suggestion are made at two levels: the hospitals and future research. For hospitals, the following key suggestions are made: 1.The hosqitals should create a flexible climate of organization and workplace. The hospitals should build a flexible structure of hospital. 3.The hospitals should provide a complete training system rogram. The following suggestions are made for future research: 1.This study did not address all of the variables associate with flexibiltity strategies. Future research needs to focus on variables not addressed here. 2.Because this study use crorsssectinal approach, a new study needs to be conducted the use of longitudinal approach. 3.The measurement scales use were adapted from sources with a different cultural background. It is recommend that the scales be norm to the Taiwanese culture. 4.Only one industry was addressed in this study. Future studies can compare behaviors can compare behaviors among different industries.
