Abstract:
京都西陣室町の繊維産業の歴史から悉皆屋や織家が独自の企業間信用システムを構築していることを明らかにした。この信用システムは製造工程の管理と金融の円滑化を同時に管理していた。しかし、現在の信用システムでは金融の円滑化と情報生産の部分が金融機関に移り、信用リスクが信用保証協会に負担させている。これは、中小企業者と金融機関、信用保証協会を含む行政の3者それぞれに情報生産が十分に働いてないのではないか。このことを理論的考察とデータによる現状分析によって、現代の信用システムの課題を明らかにして中小企業者と金融機関、行政の3者に政策提言をした。

A Study of the Counseling Process When Dealing with the Anger of Mothers Having Handicapped Children Ying-Shao Hsu Abstract The purpose of this thesis was to explore the effects of counseling upon anger, the therapeutic factors which effectively lead to change in the clients’ feelings of anger, and the counseling skills which can initiate such therapeutic factors. Qualitative methodology was adopted, and six mothers having handicapped children were selected. Subjects received 4 to 10 sessions of counseling, depending on their needs and time. The transcripts of the intaking interview, of the counseling sessions and of the interview following each counseling session were all submitted to analysis. The findings were as follows: 1.The therapeutic factors subjects identified were 11change mechanisms and 4change conditions。The 11change mechanisms were information, self-discovery, self-awareness, catharsis, thinking change, setting a new goal, understanding or facing the problem, knowing reality, hope, and self-confidence. 4 change conditions were counseling motivation, environment, client commitment, and safe & trust counseling relationship. 2.Eight counseling skills were founnd effective in triggering the above therapeutic factors: homework, teaching, reflecting, empty chair, interpretation, metaphor, and clarification. Base on the therapeutic factors above, “Change Procee of Anger” for six subjects were induced. The three purposes of this research was(a)to explore counselors in training’s experience in automatic emotion-responses of major frustration in individual counseling practice, (b) to explore counselors in training’s automatic emotion-responses process of major frustration and (c) to explore counselors in training’s coping pattern in automatic emotion-responses of major frustration in individual counseling practice. Results revealed as follows: (a) counselors in training’s strong emotion-responses could become an opportunity to realize further about what they representative, (b) the oriented of realize one’s automatic emotion-responses of frustration were from themselves, environment and the interaction of themselves and environment, (c)if counselors in training explored the meaning of automatic emotion-responses process, it could assist them realize the connection between strong emotion-responses and their past experiences, (d) exploring and realizing counselor in training’s emotional experience could bring deeper and newer perspective about themselves, (e) the positive factors and negative factors of decreasing emotional intensity and length in chain reaction were quality social support, adjustment cognitive thinking and one’s issue stimulated by simplified clues, negative emotion accumulated by preceding similar experience and (f) counselors in training’s coping pattern had positive function for satisfying their core needs and decreasing damage of needs. Finally, recommendations for the counselor trainers, counselors in training and supervisors are provided.

The purpose of this study is to explore preschoolers’ understanding of mind and to explore the relationship of preschoolers’ negotiating strategies and mind. The research subjects contain 64 preschoolers. Findings are as follows: 1. Theory of mind There are differences between 5-years-old children and 4years-old children in result of cheat task and intention task. The results show obviously that 5-years-old children perform better than 4-years-old in both cheat task and intention task. However, there is no clearly difference between genders in the result of theory of mind . 2. Negotiating strategies In conflict situation, the result demonstrates that 5-years-old children use non-effective negotiating strategies less than 4-years-old.In addition, the result indicates that 4-and 5-years-old girls use effective negotiating strategies and use non negotiating strategies more than 4-and 5-years-old boys. And the result also shows that 4-and 5-years-old boys use non-effective negotiating strategies more than 4-and 5-years-old girls. 3. The relationship of theory of mind and negotiating strategies The results show a positive relation in intention task and effective negotiating strategies. Moreover, there is a negative relation between theory of mind and non-negotiating strategies.5-years-old children also has a negative relation in negotiating strategies with false belief task, intention task, and total scores of theory of mind. However, there is no relation between negotiating strategies and theory of mind for 4-years-old preschoolers. Recommendation: 1. For future study: research should develop another aspects of how to understand preschoolers’ mind. 2. For teacher and parents: Help children to build up a behavior of in a positive way how to solve problems. 3. For study tool: In cheat task ,the research should design different task to understand children’s mind.

Juvenile delinquency is associated with the parenting issue. Literatures indicated the parenting stress is a sign about appreciate parenting attitude and the parental self –efficacy may medicate parenting stress. In addition, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT)can ameliorate the stress. The purposes of the thesis explore the two aspects: a)the specific parental beliefs, parental self-efficacy and parenting stress on parents of juvenile delinquent; b)the effects of REBT parenting group counseling on juvenile offenders’ parents. Two studies had been conducted in the research. Three instruments were administered as measures, the Parental Beliefs Scale, the Parental Self-Efficacy Scales(revised from Bandura, 2006), and the Stress Index for Parents of Adolescents (SIPA; Sheras, Abidin & Konold, 1998). In study 1 , the samples were collected 440 parents of delinquency and 100 parents of non-delinquency to explore the difference between the two group samples. And 440 parents of delinquency were compared with the parent’ gender, delinquent gender and delinquent age on parental beliefs, parental self-efficacy and parenting stress. Additionally, the study also investigates the correlation between parental beliefs, parental self-efficacy and parenting stress for juvenile offenders’ parents. In Study 2, a quasi-experimental non-equivalent group design, investigated the influence of a REBT parenting counseling group for juvenile offenders’ parents on their parental beliefs, parental self-efficacy and parenting stress. The treatment was a twelve-week counseling group experience.The REBT parenting counseling group program is a Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy designed specifically for parents of juvenile delinquency to change parental irrational beliefs, enhance parental self-efficacy and alleviate parenting stress by teaching parents REBT strategies to improve delinquency behavior performance. The sample included 10 parents of juvenile offenders ages 14-21 in the treatment groups and 10 parents of the same ages delinquency in the control group. Participants finished the above-mentioned three instrunments at pre, post and one month follow-up times to investigated differences between the control and experimental group on the dependent variables pre-post change scores in parental beliefs, parental self-efficacy and parenting stress. The results were as follows: 1. After accounting for significant t-test, juvenile offenders’ parents had more parental irrational beliefs , lower parental self-efficacy and more parenting stress. Parents’ self-efficacy was found no statistically significant between the juvenile offenders’ parents and the non-delinquency parents. Also, a Logistic regression analysis was conducted to find out the variables via three instrutments to distinguish the juvenile offenders’ parents from the non-delinquency parents. 2. Analyses of variances were use to compare differences with parents’ gender, delinquence gender and offenders’ age in 440 offender’s parents on parental beliefs, parental self-efficacy and parenting stress. Overall results indicated significant differences : 1) male parents had more shame-compensation irrational beliefs than female parents, 2)female parents’ MEL subscale and SOC subscale stress scores were higher than male parents’, 3)raising female delinquent offenders’ parents had more SOC stress than raising male delinquent offenders’ parents, 4) raising age 12-15 delinquent offenders’ parents had more shame-compensation irrational beliefs than raising age 16-18 delinquent offenders’ parents. 3. Pearson correlation test,stepwise regression and path analysis were used to examined the relationship of the parental beliefs, parental self-efficacy and parenting stress. Results revealed that less parenting stress was significantly related higher parental self-efficacy and more parenting stress was significantly related to more parental irrational beliefs. However, not all of the six parenting beliefs were significantly correlated with parenting stress and parental self-efficacy. Additionally, parental beliefs and parental self-efficacy were to predict and affect parenting stress. Also, parental self-efficacy was found to moderate the relationship between parenting stress and parental beliefs. 4. Analyses of covariance were conducted using the pretest scores as the covariate. Using the.05 level of significance, the experimental group differed from the control group in three : parental beliefs, parental self-efficacy and parenting stress. These positive results :a) to redirct failure parent irrational beliefs, b)to reduce PD stress, occurred at the posttest measurement . And, These positive results: a)to redirect more irrational beliefs,b)to enhance career efficacy, c) to reduce PD and AD stress ,were present at one month followup. However, two groups did not differ significantly in their parental self-efficacy. Implications of these results and suggestions for practice and future research are discussed.

Abstract This study examined the effect of various writing exercises on counseling interns regarding case conceptualization, feeling of emotions, and their level of satisfaction with the status of their internship. A quasi-experimental design was adopted to test 58 full- and part-time counseling interns by using a randomized pretest–posttest control group design. The subjects were divided into 2 groups and wrote once a week for 8 weeks. The experimental group (n = 37) used the psychological displacement paradigm in diary-writing (PDPD) method proposed by Jin (2005), whereas the control group (n = 21) wrote in a general method. A video of counseling simulation case was played before and after the writing exercise, and 3 counseling supervisors evaluated the case records of the counseling interns to scare their case conceptualization ability. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS Version 15, the results are summarized as follows: (a) Overall, before the writing exercise, the full-time counseling interns demonstrated higher efficacy of case conceptualization regarding “factors related to client problems”, compared with the part-time interns. Female interns demonstrated significantly increased competence than their male counterparts on case conceptualization of “reasons for seeking help”. (b) The full-time counseling interns were significantly better than their part-time counterparts at assessment indicators such as accuracy, elaboration, multidimension, and focus of case conceptualization regarding “factors related to client problems”. Female interns were also significantly more competent than the male interns at “assessment indicators” such as accuracy and elaboration of case conceptualization regarding client problems, and multidimension and focus of case conceptualization regarding “reasons for seeking help”. (c) Excluding the influence of the pretest, after having chosen a PDPD topic for at least 4 occasions followed by counseling sessions or processing of internship-related matters, the scores of the participants employing PDPD and general writing differed significantly in 5 case conceptualization “factors of client background” (e.g., sex, age, and order of birth); physiological factors; assessment of overall adaptability in social, psychological, and occupational function; possible resistance during the change; and outcome of anticipated changes. (d) Scores from using PDPD and general writing did not differ significantly regarding any change in positive emotions among the interns. (e) Scores from using Pre- and post-PDPD and general writing exercises as well as during the PDPD and general writing exercises did not differ significantly regarding any change in negative emotions among the counseling interns. However, when an online form of writing was inconsidered, the scores from using pre-PDPD and general writing exercises and post-PDPD and general writing exercises differed significantly. Furthermore, when the content of the journal affected the emotions of the interns, the scores from using pre-PDPD and post-PDPD exercises differed significantly; thus, PDPD can significantly reduce the negative emotions of counseling interns. (f) Scores from using Pre- and post-PDPD and general writing exercises and during PDPD and general writing exercises do not differ significantly regarding any change in level of satisfaction with the status of the internship. This study addend suggestion as a reference for counseling interns, supervisors, institutes, and researchers. Abstract The main purposes of this research are to understand the current situations of drug offenders, violent offenders and theft offenders, to analyze the differences among drug offenders, violent offenders and theft offenders in personal variables. Furthermore, it explores the relationships among drug offenders, violent offenders and theft offenders' emotional quotient. Finally, it assesses the proper fit of the structural equation model among these groups intelligence and emotional quotient. To achieve the purposes, this research adopts a questionnaire survey. “The investigative questionnaire of relationships among drug offenders, violent offenders and theft offenders' emotional quotient”, is the main tool in use. The samples were 1,120 criminals selected from Chiayi Prison, Agency of Corrections, Ministry of Justice, and 996 of the distributed copies were returned as valid. The return rate was 88.93%. A series of statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, multivariate analysis of variance, and structural equation model, are conducted to analyze the data collected. The conclusions of this research are as follows: 1.The different rank, age, educational level and total monthly family income of drug offenders, violent offenders and theft offenders' intelligence was significant differences. Environment factors of personal, school and family that may affect the intelligence of the inmates. 2.The different religious beliefs of drug offenders, violent offenders and theft offenders' intelligence was not significant differences. 3.The different religious beliefs and total monthly family income of drug offenders, violent offenders and theft offenders' emotional quotient were significant differences. Personal beliefs and family environment will affect the emotional quotient of the inmates. 4.The different rank, age and educational level of drug offenders, violent offenders and theft offenders' emotional quotient was not significant differences. 5. Score of different inmates in the intelligence and emotional quotient are significant differences: (1) Different types of crimes the inmates there are significant differences in score on the intelligence scale, the highest average score for " drug offenders ", followed by violent offenders , the lowest average score is theft offenders. (2) The inmates of different types of crime on the scale of the overall emotional quotient score was a significant difference, the highest average score for" drug offenders ", followed by " theft offenders”, the lowest average score for "violent offenders". 6. Drug offenders, violent offenders and theft offenders' intelligence results were emotional quotient have significant impact and direct effects. 7. The drug offenders, violent offenders and theft offenders' intelligence and emotional quotient structure side adaptation of the test process model for support. Indicate that intelligence of inmates forecasts for emotional quotient. Based on research findings, relevant recommendations, to provide education and counseling agencies and research future reference.

Abstract The purpose of this study consists in designing a motorcycle safety educational curriculum by application of the principle of situated—learning,in order to assess the effects and to investigate the learning process of the curriculum in the capability of safety driving、risk awareness and accident handling. This study was constructed on aquasi—experimental design,which sampled 4 classes of freshman students from the China College of Marine Technology and Commerce (CCMTC)at Taipei as research subjects.These students were non—randomly assigned to the treatment group(n=91)or the control group(n=90).The treatment group received the intervention curriculum of 3 units for 3 weeks and the control group received nothing .Two groups took the pretest、posttest and post—posttest with the traffic safety cognition questionnaire。One—way analysis of covariance and two—way analysis of repeated covariance were used to test these hypothesis. The findings in this study were as follows: 1、The motorcycle safety educational curriculum enhanced the subjects’ the capability of safety driving 、risk awareness and accident handling at traffic safety significantly. 2、 Three weeks after accomplishing the curriculum,the subjects in the treatment group still had better in the capability of safety driving、risk awareness and accident handling at traffic safety than the control group. According to the analysis of investigation learning processes in the treatment group ,these subjects’reactions and opinions from the curriculum were shown as follows, 1、The subjects has interest in this design of the curriculum. 2、Practice—in learning ,it can help to be impressed on subjects’learning. 3、The capability of safety driving 、risk awareness and accident handling at traffic safety can be applied on daily life. The result and application of the motorcycle safety educational curriculum by appliation of the principle of situated-learning were discussed,and suggestions for future research were proposed at the final.
