碩士<br>國立臺灣師範大學<br>化學研究所<br>91<br>Recent advance in computer simulation of peptide/protein at atomic level has allowed one to obtain folded structures in good agreement with experimental results for a number of peptides of about 20 amino acids, starting folding from a linear chain. In the this thesis, we use molecular dynamics simulation method to examined folding and stable structures of several peptides. First, we examine a 19mer, which was derived from a previously-studied, designed 20mer with a substitution of TSPd with VD at the site near the first turn. We carried out simulations of eight trajectories in total of about 120 ns. The present results showed that three strand anti-parallel -sheet is likely the most stable structure. In addition, the simulations showed that the second turn, which has a DPro, formed first, as expected. The role of Val4 in folding was discussed. Furthermore, we carried out calculation for D5DP mutant to examine effect of substitution of Asp5 at the first turn with a DPro in structure stability. Molecular interactions between strands and at turn segments were analyzed and discussed. Second, we examined an N-terminus 17mer segment of ubiquitin -Like Protein,Rub1 (PDB code number 1BT0). It was seen that a hydrophobic cluster between strands formed first in simulations. In addition, we carried out simulations for six hydrophobic residues to examine effect of hydrophobic strength in structural stability. It was found that substitution at the thirteenth residue destabilizes the beta-hairpin structure most. Examination of the effect of the deletion of Gly10 in the stability of this peptide also gave that deletion of Gly, which removes G1 -bulge at turn, destabilized beta hairpin structure, consistent with the observed results in previous experimental studies for the same segment from another ubiquitin. Third, we carried out simulations for a designed peptide, named BB model which has 12 residues. We focused on examinations of two effects in beta hairpin structure: mutations of four Thr residues and mutations of Asp, His, and Ser residues in this peptide. The simulation results showed that mutations of Asp, His, and Ser residues destabilized beta hairpin structure. Also, the two Thr residues near the C- and N-termini are more important in stabilizing hairpin structure than other two Thr residues near the turn. Finally, we examine structural transition between two small -sheet proteins of 60 residues, cardiotoxin 3 and 5 (denoted CTX3 and CTX5), which differ four residues in their sequences. To lower down the transition energy barrier, we employed a locally enhanced sampling method in simulation. The simulations gave that mutation of CTX3 to CTX5 from CTX3 structure can get close to CTX5 structure but not reverse. The factors influencing the simulated results, including the presence of Pro30 and Pro33, steric hinderance, and other molecular interactions, were analyzed and discussed in this thesis.

太田方(おおた.ほう,1759 - 1829),號全齋,乃江戶時代(1603 - 1868)的折衷考證學家,其《韓非子翼毳》為日本《韓非子》學的代表著述。今人研究《韓非子》,多舉清人如顧廣圻、盧文弨、王先慎之書為證,事實上太田方的《韓非子》研究成果豐碩,不但常與清人的結論相同,又時有獨特新見,更可與出土材料暝合,反映太田之書並不遜於乾嘉學者,兼採太田之說,可以充實《韓非子》的研究。<br>本文以太田方《韓非子翼毳》為考察重點,此書具列太田中年校讀《韓非子》的意見和成果,後增訂成二十六卷本《重訂韓非子翼毳》,是其晚年定見,可惜此本已佚。今慶應義塾大學藏有《翼毳》批校本,我們認為此本乃《重訂韓非子翼毳》的底稿,整理分析慶應本的新見材料,有助掌握太田晚年校治《韓非子》的實績。<br>本文從校勘學、訓詁學、義理學等角度,通過對木活字本及慶應本《翼毳》的歸納整理,結合前學的《韓非子》研究,闡釋太田校正《韓非子》之詳情,發現太田不但繼承折衷學者擅於校勘及訓釋古書的特點,更活用義理分析,釐清《韓非子》艱澀難明之處,發明甚夥。準此,本文據《翼毳》的校治詳情,評騭太田研究《韓非子》的得失,以說明其校治《韓非子》的成果在今人《韓非子》研究上的參考價值。<br>Ōta Hō (おおた.ほう, 1759 - 1829), whose given name is Hō and who styled himself as Zensai (ぜんさい), one of the famous scholars in eclectic theory and textual criticism during the Edo period (1603 - 1868). His writings, which named as Kanpishi Yokuzei, is known as an representative work of proofreading Hanfeizi in Japan. At present, many modern researchers quote the opinion of Gu Guangqi, Lu Wenchao and Wang Xianshen as documentary evidence. In fact, Ōta Hō had a strong record of research in studying Hanfeizi. His findings not only was similar to Qianjia scholars’, but also correspond with the content of unearthed documents. Besides, Ōta sometimes mapped out new viewpoint in his writings. Thus, Ōta’s writings are no less favorable than Qianjia scholars’. If we adopt the view of Ōta, it could enrich the research of Hanfeizi directly.<br>This research focuses on Ōta Hō and his writings which named as Kanpishi Yokuzei. It enumerated Ōta’s emendations and opinions on Hanfeizi during his middle age. After the publication of the wooden type edition, Ōta kept on revising and enlarging the research of Hanfeizi. Finally, he concluded the last word of Hanfeizi. Then, he recomposed his writings and renamed it as Jūtei Kanpishi Yokuzei. This edition contained twenty-six scrolls, but it was lost. Nowadays, one of the wooden type editions collected in the rare book room of Keio University Library, included a large number of read and correct proofs written by Ōta. These notes can only been found in this edition. The Keio’s manuscript might be the draft of Jūtei Kanpishi Yokuzei. The result of analysis reveals the actual performance of Ōta’s research.<br>From the point of textual criticism, scholium and philosophical connotations, this research collates the study details in different wooden type editions including the current version and Keio’s manuscript. Based on the results of concluding the study of predecessor and illustrating the emendating details of Ōta, we found that Ōta not only carried on eclectic scholar’s traditions in the method of proofreading ancient books, but also made good use of the skill of philosophical connotations for clarifying the obscurity of Hanfeizi. Therefore, we can prepare the solar cell on PET plastic substrate. In this study, we added inorganic metal nanoparticles in the flexible organic solar cells to enhance the power conversion efficiency. Molybdenum(VI) oxide (MoO3) has special structure to act as the battery material, catalysts, electrochromic and optical materials in wide range of applications. In this study, the MoO3 was added in the organic solar cells by different method. Firstly, we mixed conducting liquid PEDOT: PSS with MoO3 in different volume ratio 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4, 1:5 as the hole transport layer (HTL). Secondly, the MoO3 was incorporated between PEDOT:PSS and active layer. We used two donor of P3HT and PCPDTBT to increase the absorbance of active layer. We investigated the effect of different addition methods of MoO3 on the photoelectric performance of cell. The device structures were (A) PET/ITO/PEDOT:PSS:MoO3 /P3HT:PC61BM/Ca/Al, (B) PET/ITO/PEDOT:PSS:MoO3/P3HT: PCPDTBT:PC61BM/Ca/Al and (C)PET/ITO/PEDOT:PSS/MoO3/P3HT: PCPDTBT:PC61BM/Ca/Al. We compared the absorbance, roughness, PL quenching property, and power conversion efficiency (PCE) of these devices. In the cell of structure (A) which MoO3 nanoparticles were added in the HTL, we found that the fill factor and power conversion efficiency (PCE) of the cells were always higher than those of the cell without MoO3. The cell with PEDOT:PSS:MoO3 composition of 1:3 volume ratio had the highest short-circuit current density (Jsc) of 9.41 mA/cm2 and PCE of 2.74%. The increases of Jsc and PCE were 10% and 39%, respectively. In the cell of structure (B), we added PCPDTBT into active layer and the composition of active layer was P3HT:PCPDTBT:PCBM by weight ratio of 1:0.04:1. The cell with PEDOT:PSS:MoO3 volume ratio of 1:3 had the highest Jsc of 9.61 mA/cm2 and PCE of 3.11%. The increases of Jsc and PCE were 12% and 58%, respectively. In the cell of structure (C), MoO3 was inserted between hole transport layer and active layer by different composition and the composition of active layer was P3HT:PCPDTBT:PCBM by weight ratio of 1:0.04:1. The cell with 0.50M MoO3 layer exhibited the highest Jsc of 9.62 mA/cm2 and PCE of 2.94%. The increases of Jsc and PCE were 14% and 38%, respectively. The cell of structure (B) with the hole transport layer composition of PEDOT:PSS:MoO3 of 1:3 volume ratio exhibited the highest PCE of 3.11% among these cells. From these result, we found that the additions of MoO3 into the hole transport layer and PCPDTBT into the active layer can increase the photovoltaic performance of flexible polymer solar cell.

Graphene/Ag nanoparticles (GAg) were synthesized via a Hummer method, employing graphene oxide as a precursor of graphene, AgNO3 as a precursor of Ag nanoparticles, and sodium citrate as a reducing and stabilizing agent.In this study, we reported enhanced power conversion efficiency of the fiexible solar cell using two donors of poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) and poly[2,6-(4,4-bis(2-ethylhexyl)-4H-cyclopenta [2,1-b;3,4-b’]-dithiophene)-alt-4,7(2,1,3-benzothiadiazole)] (PCPDTBT) to aborsb IR and visible light, relatively. The cell structure was (A)PET/ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT:PCPDTBT:PC71BM/Ca/Al. Three compositions of the active layers of P3HT: PCPDTBT: PC71BM were 1:0.04:1, 1:0.06:1 and 1:0.08:1 by weight. On the other hand, we replaced PEDOT: PSS with GAg in flexible solar cells. PEDOT: PSS can corrode the ITO and reduce the performance of organic solar cell due to its high acidity. The cell structures was (B)PET/ITO/GAg(1.5mg/ml)/P3HT: PCPDTBT:PCBM/Ca/Al. Three compositions of the active layers of P3HT: PCPDTBT: PC71BM were 1:0.04:1, 1:0.06:1, 1:0.08:1 by weight. From these results, the device (A) with the composition of active layer of 1:0.04:1 showed the best enhancement. The short circuit current density (Jsc) was increased from 9.9 mA/cm2 to 10.4 mA/cm2, increased by 5.1%. The power conversion efficiency (PCE) was increased from 1.65% to 2.53%, increased by 53.3%. We could find that the performance of device was enhanced by adding PCPDTBT into active layer. The absorption spectrum of UV-Vis become wider and increase the chance of photocurrent generated in the device by adding PCPDTBT into active layer. The hole transport layer of PEDOT: PSS was replaced by GAg in device (B). From these results the device (B) with the composition of active layer of 1:0.06:1 by weight showed the best enhancement. The short circuit current density was increased from 8.9 mA/cm2 to 9.4 mA/cm2, increased by 5.6%. The power conversion efficiency was increased from 1.27% to 2.00%, increased by 57.4%. Theses results may be due to the high electron mobility of silver nano graphene.The other hand, belending PCPDTBT into active layer in the flexible polymer solar cells resulted in more photo-induced charge carries generation due to the broad absorption range of PCPDTBT.

碩士<br>靜宜大學<br>日本語文學系<br>105<br>本稿で取り扱う主題は、いわば、「母は子を以て貴し」という社会と「子を以て貴し」という社会との比較検証である。前者が伝統的な中国社会であり後者が平安中期の貴族社会の思想である。中国社会では子孫たちが一族の栄達を切り開くことを期待しているが、貴族社会はそれとは異なっている。 古代中国は「門當戶對」という家格の思想が深く、このため唐代の后妃対象は多くの関隴集団に宮廷姻戚の娘が現れることとなる。これに対し、平安中期での上流貴族では有力な後見を以て貴しという宮廷文化を作る。特に、天皇の母は国母となり、外戚は帝の外祖父となることとなる。 唐代初期から平安中期においては、外戚の後見力(後ろ盾:大臣らの娘・皇族出身の内親王)がさらに強調され、後見を失くせば、確かに「子は母を以て貴し」の場合にはならない。これに対し、唐代初期における関隴集団の女性は伝統的な中国女性達より独立性と権力があり、后妃が自身の政治力や帝の寵愛を通じて権力を執ると、「子は母を以て貴し」となるとは限らない。 唐代初期においては、王権の支配者である皇帝を通じて、権力を得た寵妃が多い。そして、后妃を中心とする女性が政治に直接・間接的に干渉することができるようになると女性政権と言われる。平安中期においては、外戚を中心とする帝の外祖父・おじ、および母后に支えられる天皇の王権は摂関・国母政治と言われる。本稿では、両国での后争いの考察をめぐっての異なる政治的操作を通じ、王権に及ぼす影響が安定したかどうかを明らかにしたい。
