摘要 “知乎”是使用频率最高 (7.6%) 的中文社交问答网络社区 (CNNIC, 2017)。本文从中级汉语媒体课中运用“知乎”开展教学活动的案例入手，以“情境学习”理论 (Lave & Wenger, 1991) 的视角，揭示了学生在目的语社会中的网络平台上参与集体知识构建取得的收获及遇到的挑战，并以此为契机，介绍一种将社交问答网络平台运用于中高级对外汉语教学的思路。本文共有三个部分：首先，在充分参考前人研究的基础上，本文通过介绍三种围绕“知乎”展开的教学活动，提出了一个将网络社交问答社区运用于对外汉语教学的模型。其次，通过一项针对十名在中文课内、外使用“知乎”的学生的前导型调查，以及分析学生在“知乎”平台上创作的文本，本文进一步检测了该教学模型在实际应用中的收效与阻碍。最后，基于对现有案例的分析结果，本文总结了将网络社交问答社区引入对外汉语课堂的五个优势，并为未来的教学实践提出了两点建议。

Abstract:

This article investigates the dissemination of fantan (番攤), a very popular gambling game, during the period 1850–1950, by the Cantonese diaspora. It insists that fantan should not be considered only socially destructive as, by different means, it turned out to be instrumental in reinforcing the cohesiveness of the overseas Cantonese communities. Fantan was also one of the Chinese games that crossed the boundaries of the diaspora to take root in the local population in certain countries, though this was not the case everywhere. In theusa, for example, it remained an exotic oddity in the eyes of the local people. In the cases of Vietnam and Philippines, the local population emulated the Chinese and took up this game which was given a local name. The dissemination of fantan is one typical manifestation of the “paradoxical soft power of China”: despite China’s relative weakness during that time, its cultural influence, as a consequence of the development of the diaspora, greatly extended overseas.本文探討粵僑之間流行的博奕遊戲《番攤》在一八五零年到一九五零年之間的傳播。我的主要論點是：番攤不應只被視為一種負面的社會行為，它同時具有凝聚粵僑社群的正面功能。番攤是一種使跨越國境的僑民可以在僑居地與當地人民互動的媒介。但這個媒介作用在各地是不同的：在美國，本地人視番攤為難以接受的奇風異俗；在越南及菲律賓，當地人則模倣華人的玩法，並賦與它當地的名字。番攤在海外各地的流傳可以視為一種中國「匪夷所思的軟實力」的展現。儘管當時中國是一個比較弱的國家，但歸功於華僑在海外的發展，他的文化影響力也大規模地擴展到海外。 (This article is in English).

受疫情影響，各國關於民事訴訟之數位化，尤其是線上遠距審理，產生大幅躍進，並成為未來民事訴訟變革之方向。因應數位化發展，溝通媒介之改變，民事紛爭處理制度必須面對從紙本到電子文件、從實體場域到網路空間之轉變。本文從國外線上法院程序之發展狀況，探討線上民事法院之目的論，並以線上起訴及遠距審理為對象，分析傳統訴訟以紙本文書及到庭辯論所形塑之訴訟文書交換及送達、兩造言詞辯論、直接審理、公開審理等程序架構及基本原則，於民事訴訟數位化下所受之影響及挑戰。除個別面向之數位化外，由於線上程序具簡速性及經濟性，亦宜思考有無何類事件（例如：小額事件），適合增設全面性之線上程序，使當事人得合意選擇利用，以保障其近用法院及程序選擇之權利，亦可合理分配司法資源，使法院更有餘力處理複雜困難之案件。各國有關民事法院之數位轉型仍持續發展中，本文並不在於蓋棺論定，而是期待就此議題能激發更多之討論。<br />

物联网作为媒介的环境感知系统摆脱了以往环境监测系统数据收集的困境。它可以实时收集数据并高速上传，实时进行数据动态分析。大大节约了以往手抄数据的成本，数据汇总与分析的速度更是飞跃性的进步。并且在检测水质、土壤酸碱度信息的基础上增加了空气 PM2.5、CO2 浓度等多种现代人更为关注的信息，解决了老式环境感知系统数据单一的问题，能更好地检测环境情况，满足现代人的需求。环境数据存入数据库成为一种数据资源，利用数据分析环境信息走势并用手机端、互联网页面显示。本系统考虑成本问题,实现了以较低的价格完成较强的性能，满足了现代人们对于生存环境的更高要求，更重要的是，满足了某些生产企业的需求，使人们生活在周围几十米空气、水质、土壤实时监控的环境下。

<p align="left">本事例研究は，パーソナリティ障害，統合失調性情動障害，非定型の精神病等の診断がつけられるほど重症であったクライエントが，描画を媒介としたセラピストとのやり取りの中で劇的に軽快したプロセスを詳細に検討したものである。私は心療内科医としてこの事例の重篤さに驚くとともに，行動療法家として日頃行っている査定や介入との異同を念頭に読み進めていった。事例報告の方法としては，「臨床家による語りの形式」をとっており，標準化された量的質問紙も効果判定に使われなかったとされているが，実は行動療法における単一事例実験計画と原理的な面で相違点よりも類似点の方が多いと思われる。本事例の介入は，描画とそれを媒介として成立したコミュニケーションによって行われたが，その中核は「描画による感情表現と正しい言葉による対応」と理解できる。介入が進むにつれて，描画とそれを描いたクライエントの中に「意識的努力をしないのに」非連続的な変化が生じたことが明らかになったが，それがどのような機序によってもたらされたのかを次に考察した。そこでは，連続的な変化を前提とし，機能分析というアセスメント法に基づいてひとまとまりの行動に介入をする行動療法とは対照的に，生活や人生の文脈自体が介入の対象とされ，新たな文脈を規定する初期条件と拘束条件を設定することによって介入が進められているものと想定された。そして本事例では，治療者の「目前の課題をよく把握してからそれに適合する方法を適用する」というアセスメントが初期条件となり，描画という自己表現をするための構造と，治療者のどんな場合にも逃げない率直な対応や返答がぶれない拘束条件を作り出したことが，決定的なセラピー促進要因になったと考えられた。最後に，本来治療者個人が「人生の行路に沿って時間をかけて積み上げていくほかない」介入のための技術が，いかに伝承されていくのかという点に注目し，事例研究の持つ機能にふれて，本論文の結びとした。</p>

Abstract:

This paper is based on a research project entitled A Documentation of Newspaper Reports on Family Violence in Hong Kong in the Past Decade carried out between 1992 and 1994. Based on a content analysis of news coverage of domestic violence in a local Chinese newspaper between 1 January 1981 and 31 December 1990, the author identified a number of findings in this study. First, it was found that 80% (N=91) of the victims of spousal abuse were women. Second, news coverage on violence against women in conjugal relationships were skewed with reports of violence that are of a physical nature (94%). Third, the reports represented only the most serious cases and, therefore represents only the tip of the iceberg insofar as violence against women is concerned. This is because: (i) a large number of these cases involved the use of deadly weapons such as choppers and knives. (ii) all the cases required police intervention; and (iii) 93% of non-fatal cases required immediate medical attention. Lastly, the present study found that the discourse on tended to view violence against women in the newspaper under study to view it as a private, rather than public, issue. On the basis of these findings, the paper discusses the implications for social work practice. 本文乃是根据香港理工大学应用社会科学学系于1992至1994年间所进行一项题为《过去十年香港报章对家庭暴力案件之报导》的研究结果而写成。是项研究的结果可归纳为四点。第一，八成以上的婚姻暴力受害人为女性。第二，94%的报导案件为身体暴力性质。第三，绝大部份的报导案件都涉及危险武器之使用，因此所有的个案都有警方的介入，当中93%的非致命案件的受害人需要即时送院医理。由此看来，所报导的虐妻案件明显地只是代表了香港最严重的虐妻个案。最后，此研究亦发现该传媒主要是把虐妻看为一个个人的问题而非一个社会问题。根据以上的发现，本文作了相关的讨论和建议。

Subjek penelitian ini adalah band dua buah lirik lagu band Ivy Moire yaitu Delilah dan Ivoria. Objek penelitian ini adalah peran alih kode yang terdapat didalam kedua lirik lagu tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah metode analisis wacana dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah, (1) Makna lirik Ivy Moire berjudul Ivoria adalah mengenai konflik di dalam diri seseorang yang selalu mengharapkan dukungan dari orang-orang sekitarnya, makna dalam lirik lagu Delilah adalah mengenai sebuah kisah cinta dan penghianatan tetapi makna antara lirik dengan peran sosial di dalamnya adalah sebagai ungkapan rasa terimakasih kepada fans serta penggambaran kisah cinta yang nyata terjadi dalam kehidupan, (2) Alih kode yang terdapat di dalam lagu Ivoria dan Delilah bukan merupakan alih kode sistem klasifikasi jenis alih kode tertentu, melainkan menekankan kepada makna dari kedua lirik lagu dan memiliki peran sosial di dalam lagu tersebut. Alih kode dalam hubungannya sebagai media promosi band Ivy Moire digunakan sebagai salah satu alat oleh band Ivy Moire dalam proses menuju pasar musik internasional, serta berperan sebagai bentuk pengenalan identitas sosial Ivy Moire sebagai bagian dari musisi Indonesia dengan aliran musik Jepang. 摘要近年来，随着中国社会产生的一系列巨大变化，语言使用也产生了相应的变化，其中城市的变化最大。以上海为例，二十多年前，上海话具有 “权威性”，是上海市区的主要使用语，而在一代人之后的今天，普通话已经取而代之。如此快速而大规模的变化为语言学家提供一个极好而难得的研究题目。本文介绍我们对上海常住人口的语言选择和使用度进行的研究。结果显示，普通话的总体使用度为 55%，上海话为 30%，英语为 7%，其他为 8%。这个结果从量化的角度证实了一些媒体和学者们的观察，即上海话的 “权威性” 已不再有，它已不再是上海市的主要交流工具。语言的选择和使用也跟年龄有关，即年龄越小，上海话用的越少。最后，本文试图从人口成分变化以及上海话的地位变化来探讨上海的语言选择和使用现状。

The so-called alienation of the time-honored “letters and visits” (xinfang) system is best seen in the case of land requisition and resident relocation in Shanxiang of Wuhan municipality, in which the appeal process of letter-writing and government office visit itself underwent a transition from consultation through rights defense to finally profiteering. Behind this alienation is the introduction of a new model of governance that centered on the utilization of local resources and its substitution for the traditional model that relied primarily on persuasion, education, and mediation and also turned to compulsion and punishment as supplementary measures; the latter, however, has lost its ground under the condition of a market economy and the self-interested orientation of local governments. As a result, local authorities opted for either the direct management of letters and visits by taking advantage of the greatly increased resources at their disposal or the indirect management by reallocating the resources and thereby mobilizing relevant social segments for that end. This article questions the legitimacy of the resource-intensive approach and instead proposes a new solution on the principle of legitimate interests, which aims to safeguard the rightful interests of both local residents and the grassroots government, and which had to be materialized by grassroots governments through their budgetary regulations.在武汉山乡的征地拆迁个案中，上访人经历了从协商型上访、维权型上访到谋利型上访的尴尬过程，这意味着信访机制的异化。从基层信访治理实践来看，资源媒介型治理模式是信访机制异化的根本原因。在资源总量大幅增加的条件下，基层政府通过利益诱导来对上访进行直接治理，或者通过资源配置来调动社会力量参与，从而实现对上访的间接治理。资源媒介型治理模式是思想教育型治理模式的替代。市场经济条件和基层政府的自利性，使得以说服、教育、调解为主，强制、惩罚为辅的思想教育型治理正在丧失正当性。资源媒介型治理不是权力的合法运用，因此信访治理转型任重道远。需要确立正当利益原则，对民众和基层政府的利益诉求以正当利益为标准，并通过财政预算制度来确保基层政府遵守正当利益原则。 (This article is in Chinese.)
