孔子学院创办 15 年来,一直是汉语国际教育的主要推动者,硕果累累。但中华文化传播始终是孔子学院发展中的一块短板,目前孔子学院的文化活动,总体上仍停留在围绕一些中华文化符号(如舞蹈、剪纸、功夫、书法等)为主的阶段,如何深挖并宣传中华文化高端基因,从而提高文化活动的趣味性和实用性,这是孔子学院进一步发展的目标之一,更是当代汉语人应该积极思考和探索的一个课题。论文从集体主义、家庭观念、勤俭持家、中庸之道等几个中国文化高端基因入手,以笔者工作过 6 年余的泰国为例,论述中国文化高端基因对海外国家的影响,以期与庙堂之上、江湖之远交流探讨,尽快找出一条汉语国际教育文化传播的有效途径。

Abstract:
В статье освещается вопрос об изначальном семантическом поле иероглифа кун 孔 – родового иероглифа Конфуция, выявляется происхождение и ранняя история знака 孔, проясняется его генетическая смысловая связь со знаком цзы 子 «ребенок», семантическая связь со знаком цзя 嘉 «превосходный», а также общая его встроенность в культурный паттерн чжоуского ритуала. Автор приходит к выводу об исходных значениях знака кун 孔 «отличать» («отмечать», «выделять из») и «отменно» («отлично», «отличительно»), что и обусловило частое употребление знака кун 孔 в качестве именного иероглифа в эпоху Чуньцю, включая факт пожалования данного имени правителем Сун предку Конфуция Кун-фу Цзя 孔父嘉, в результате чего знак кун 孔 стал у будущих предков Конфуция родовым именем-ши. Ключевые слова: Конфуций, иероглиф, род, этимология, семанитика The paper deals with the initial semantic field of the character kong (孔) known as Confucius’ ancestral character. The author describes the features of its integration into the cultural pattern of the Zhou ritual and explains the origin and early history of the character, its semantic connection with the character zi (子) and jia (嘉). It is concluded that the initial meanings of the character kong are «to differ» («to mark», «to emphasize») and «excellent» («different», «selected»). Such semantics explains the frequent usage of this character during Spring and Autumn period and the fact that it was given by the leader of Song to Kong-fu Jia (孔父嘉), the ancestor of Confucius, with the result that the character kong became a new clan name or shi among the forefathers of Confucius. 由于我公司承揽矿山爆破作业较多,钻孔机械各异,浅孔爆破孔网参数差异很大,如没有一套简便易用的浅孔爆破参数计算方法,仅靠爆破员经验装填炮孔,极易产生不可控的飞散物。笔者试图寻找一种较为通用且简便的浅孔爆破孔网参数计算方法,在查询大量资料未果后,笔者摸索出一套从抵抗线入手的浅孔爆破参数计算方法,并能通过电子表格快速得出本次爆破不同深度炮孔的装药量,通过工程验证,该方法在孔径小于150mm的浅孔爆破中,具有良好的指导意义。

孔子提出“为政以德”的思想,将政治理想和道德修养统一起来,为中国传统政治文化和道德文化的发展构筑了最初的生态框架。“内圣外王”思想发源于夏商时代的“敬德”思想,在春秋战国时代诸子争鸣过程中得到进一步的发展。道家庄子首先明确提出了“内圣外王”的概念,孔子的“仁”和“为政以德”的思想则将“内圣”视为“外王”的基础。此后,“内圣外王”思想随着儒学的发展不断地演进。“内圣外王”的主体特征主要表现为君子品行的人格特征,以天下为己任的责任担当和忧国忧民的价值认识。其中,优秀的思想文化内涵显示出与新时代相适应的现代价值,对当今中国官员及各级干部的道德塑造具有一定的借鉴意义。

目的:探讨同期经尿道等离子电切治疗前列腺增生症(benign prostate hyperplasia,BPH) 合并浅表膀胱肿瘤(superficial bladder tumor,SBT)的安全性和有效性。方法:根据膀胱肿瘤的位置、大小、数目和前列腺大小、腺体与包膜粘连情况,采用等离子电切方法同期治疗86例BPH合并SBT,术后给予膀胱灌注化疗。结果:86例手术顺利。PKRBt手术时间(42.2±25.3)min,PKRP时间手术时间(72.3±23.2)min。术中闭孔神经反射9例,膀胱穿孔3例,无电切综合征、肠穿孔,未发生死亡病例。术后病检均为前列腺增生,膀胱尿路上皮癌,5例出现短期尿失禁,经盆底功能锻炼后好转。3例尿道狭窄,经定期尿道扩张后治愈。术后6个月国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)为(7.4±4.3)分、最大尿流率(Q)为(18.2±4.5)ml/s,与术前(27.8±4.2)分、(5.4±3.3)ml/s相比明显改善(P<0.01;P<0.001)。86例随访1~6年,12例膀胱肿瘤复发,复发部位均无尿道及前列腺窝种植转移。结论:同期经尿道等离子电切治疗前列腺增生及浅表膀胱肿瘤,安全、可行、疗效可靠。具有手术时间短,创伤小、术后恢复快等优点。

目的: 研究急性胆囊炎患者实行腹腔镜下三孔法胆囊切除术治疗效果。 方法: 选择 2019 年 2 月至 2020 年 4 月我院收治的 90例急性胆囊炎患者,按“手术差异性”随机分观察组 ( 腹腔镜下三孔法胆囊切除术 ) 与对照组 ( 传统开腹胆囊切除术 ) 各 56 例,两组疗效比较。 结果: 术前比较两组炎症因子无差异,P > 0.05;术后与对照组比较,观察组 CRP、TNF-α 值较低;手术时间、肛门排气时间及住院时间较短,术中出血量较少;观察组总有效率 (97.77%) 高于对照组 84.44%;观察组并发症率 (6.66%)低于对照组 22.22%,P < 0.05。 结论: 腹腔镜下三孔法胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎患者能提高整体疗效、降低并发症风险,值得推崇。

This article is a study of narratives and dialogues surrounding Confucius and his disciples in the Shanghai Museum Manuscripts, focusing on their relationship with received texts, as well as their periodization and genre division. The Shanghai Museum narratives seem to be situated between Lun yu (Analects) and Han Shi waizhuan (Han Ying’s Outer Commentary to the Poetry), in that they are not as succinct and precise as the former, but also not overly elaborate like the latter. These narratives are possibly the work of Confucians from the mid to late Warring States period. 通過討論上博簡中孔子與顔淵、子路、子貢等的對話或故事與經典的關係及其文字屬性問題,本文認爲其中有關內容,介於《論語》與《韓詩外傳》諸書之間,不如前者精煉、準確,又不像後者鋪陳太過。這可能就是戰國中後期的儒家作品。

鲍曼不动杆菌(Acinetobacter baumannii,AB)为不动杆菌属中最常见的,在水、土壤、医院环境及人体与外界相通的系统中普遍存在,为医院的重要致病菌之一。近年来此菌感染在增加,且其耐药性也与日俱增,耐碳青霉烯类的鲍曼不动杆菌在中国发展很快,近来又发现“全耐药”鲍曼不动杆菌,目前鲍曼不动杆菌被中国定为最重要的“超级细菌” 。因此,本文将对鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药机制进行概述。鲍曼不动杆菌耐药机制较复杂,主要包括产抗菌药物灭活酶、外排系统的高表达、膜孔蛋白的缺失、药物作用靶位的变化、整合子、质粒、转座子、形成细菌生物膜和亚致死剂量的抗病原微生物药物诱导等。

AbstractThis article provides a contextual analysis of an enigmatic object—dubbed the “Confucius Dressing Mirror” (Kongzi yijing 孔子衣鏡)—recently unearthed from the tomb of Liu He 劉賀 (Marquis of Haihun 海昏侯, d. 59 BCE) in 2015. I raise questions about the prevailing identification of this object as a “dressing mirror” and a “lived object,” used by Liu He for moral self-cultivation or political self-preservation in his volatile life as the deposed ninth emperor of Han. Instead, I treat the object as an assemblage and analyze its complete material composition and physical placement in Liu He's tomb in the broader context of funerary material culture and burial practice in early imperial China. I propose that the entombed object can be considered as a composite talisman to protect the deceased against baleful and harmful influences in the tomb and in his afterlife. Methodologically, this article stresses the importance of contextual analysis in shedding light on the traditional conceptual categories such as “lived object” (shengqi 生器) and “funerary objects” (mingqi 明器) in actual funerary ritual processes.
