AbstractI report a few study notes of semantic selection in this paper. First, if derivational affixes s-select roots, which have no categorial features, s-selection may be implemented independently of c-selection. Second, in certain constructions, it seems that s-selected features do not take part in the syntactic operations that establish syntactic dependencies, and thus the inspection of s-selection seems to be local to the merge domain. Abstract Ascites is a common dangerous and lethal complication of the liver cirrhosis. In Chinese Medicine, the ascites due to the liver cirrhosis belongs to Gu Zhang i.e. drum distention, which can be treated by Shi Zao Tang (Ten Jujubes Decoction). Although the Shi Zao Tang with Wan Yua (Flos Genkwa), Gan Sui (Radix Kansui), and Da Ji (Radix Euphorbiae Pekinensis) drastically purging and expel water, the herbs are toxic, which must be restrained by the proper use of Da Zao (Fructus Jujube). Additionally, Gu Zhang is characterized by deficient Ben-root and excess Biao-branch. Therefore, clinical attention should be given to carefully neutralize the toxicity of the three herbs, based on the correct diagnosis of the Ben-root and Biao -branch. 【摘 要】腹水是肝硬化最常见的并发症之一,严重威胁患者的健康和生命。肝硬化腹水属于中医“臌胀”的范畴,可运用十枣汤峻下逐水。但需要注意的是芫花、甘遂、大戟药性峻猛有毒,需合理配伍大枣减轻毒性。此外臌胀属于本虚标实之症,临证需要注意:稳中求效、避免攻邪伤正,用药谨守法度、把握“衰其大半而止”的原则,尊古不泥古、灵活变通、中西医结合,辨证求因、谨守病机、治病求本。

女妖是东西方魔幻文学作品中常见的角色,融合了女性形象和魔幻形象,具有独特的文学意义和教诲功能。从文学伦理学批评的视角来看,女妖作为人世间的高等生命形态有其独特的伦理身份,在作品的伦理环境中也必然遵守一定的伦理准则。论文从伦理准则和伦理意识两个方面对东西方女妖代表形象进行比较研究,认为因为文化差异驱动作者赋予了女妖迥异的伦理身份,因此在文学作品中表现出各异的伦理意识和伦理选择。此外,这种伦理方面的差异性也是彼时社会伦理环境的投影。

早期华人出国谋生时,常带上家乡的音乐,以寄托思乡之情。随着当代华人身份认同的转变,传统音乐的海外生存状况今非昔比。然而,在新加坡这个多元文化大融合的国度,一个具有鲜明地域特征的传统音乐社团—湘灵音乐社,却顺应环境的变革,突破地域文化的局限,以传统与创新相结合的思路将新加坡南音发扬光大,并成功登上世界音乐的舞台。本文通过追溯新加坡南音社团锐意创新与坚守传统并进的传承轨迹,探索新加坡南音“以变应变”、“以传播促传承”的生存策略的可行性,思考传统音乐的海外生存之道。

Abstract:
This study aims to explore different causes for the mistranslation of legal terminology in international agreements that are enforced through domestic legislation, and attempt to provide some solutions. It is said that legal training will help legal translators to render terminology correctly. This should be held true because many legal terms from different legal systems are ‘false friends’, in that even a well-trained lawyer may need to undertake extensive legal and linguistic research to render them in another language or legal system. This study, by use of a comparison of several translated legal terms from People’s Republic of China (PRC) and Taiwan, shows that besides the cause of ‘legal knowledge’, the disparities between international law and national law and different legal traditions can also lead to an improper transfer of legal terminology. Examples of these terms are “Copyright piracy” (Daoban 盗版 vs. qinhai zhuzuoquan 侵害著作权), “Good Faith” (Chengshi shouxin 诚实守信 vs. shanyi 善意), and “Inventive Step” (Famingxing de buzhou 发明性的步骤 vs. jinbuxing 进步性). In order to enhance translators’ legal knowledge, it is proposed that they be presented with some substantive laws together with simple illustrations of their structures. Translators should crosscheck their translations against a wide range of sources at work.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru bahasa Jepang SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. Objek penelitian ini adalah implementasi pembelajaran bahasa Jepang berbasis 4C di SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu guru bahasa Jepang SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja telah menerapkan langkah-langkah pembelajaran berbasis 4C (critical thinking and problem solving, collaboraton, creativity and innovation dan communication) sesuai dengan teori, tetapi pada aspek creativity and innovation dan collaboration kurang berjalan dengan baik. Kendala yang dialami guru yaitu pada kegiatan creativity and innovation siswa masih kurang mampu dalam menciptakan ide-ide yang baru, dalam kegiatan collaboration siswa membahas hal yang tidak berkaitan dengan materi, serta kendala alokasi waktu, guru kekurangan waktu dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran, Solusi guru dalam mengatasi kendala pembelajaran berbasis 4C yaitu memberikan motivasi berupa penguatan verbal maupun non verbal, menginformasikan rencana kegiatan untuk pertemuan selanjutnya dan mencari informasi tambahan, lebih mendisiplinkan waktu serta memberi teguran kepada siswa yang ribut diluar konteks pembelajaran.Kata Kunci : implementasi, pembelajaran berbasis 4C, creativity and innovation, collaboration. 本研究の目的は、 シンガラジャ第一公立専門高等学校における4Cに基づく日本語授業の実施。また、教える時の問題と解決方法説明する。研究の対象は、シンガラジャ第一公立専門高等学校の日本語教師である。研究の対象者はシンガラジャ第一公立専門高等学校における4Cに基づく日本語授業の実施。データは、観察及びインタビューにより収集し定性的記述法により分析した。結果は、シンガラジャ第一公立専門高等学校の日本語授業において、結果は、日本語教師が理論にしたがっては4C、批判的吟味、協働力、創造力を適用したが、まだ課題が残っていることが分かった。創造力ける点において、学習者は未だに新しい意見を生み出すことが出来なかった。また、協働力にて、学生は文書に関係のない事項について話し合うや授業の時間割不足が取り上げられる。その問題解決法は、4Cに基づく日本語授業にて、日本語教師は、学習者にモティベーションを与えたり、応援をしたり、次回授業の内容を知らせて用意させたり、学習者が時間を守るように注意したりした。keyword : 実施、4Cに基づく授業, 創造力, 協働力

LANGUAGE NOTE | Document text in Chinese; abstract also in English.新冠病毒疫情催生了以中國的“健康碼”和新加坡的“TraceTogether”為代表的接觸者追蹤應用程式在全球的應用和擴散。如何利用人工智慧科技,在資料治理中平衡效率與隱私倫理的闢係,成為使用數位追蹤工具進行疫情治理的國家共同面對的難題。兩國法律都規定,在收集個人資訊前必須向個人資訊主體明確告知所收集的個人資訊類型、使用個人資訊的規則,並獲得個人資訊主體的授權同意。本文通過對“健康碼”和“TraceTogether”隱私政策的對比分析發現,在應用 上,中國健康碼的使用有效幫助防控疫情,但是收集的個人資訊範園廣、處理目的多、存儲時間不明確、隱私政策内容較含糊、知情同意流於形式。新加坡的“TraceTogether”則更好地遵守了資訊收集最少夠用、資訊處理目的限定、資訊存儲時間最小化、隱私政策公開透明、知情同意等原則。中國和新加坡兩種利用資料抗疫的糢式表明,風險社會裡的資料治理需要進一步調和公共利益與個人權利,平衡治理效率和資料倫理的邊界。The COVID-19 pandemic has spawned the spread of contact-tracing applications such as China's “Health Code” and Singapore’s “TraceTogether.” Balancing efficiency and privacy ethics in data governance has become a common problem faced by all countries using digital tracing tools to control the pandemic. The laws of both China and Singapore stipulate that prior to collecting personal information, organizations and institutions must clearly inform individuals about the types of personal information collected and the rules for the use of personal information, and must obtain authorized user consent. This article analyzes the privacy policies of Health Code in China and TraceTogether in Singapore and identifies five potential problems in Health Code’s privacy policies: the broad collection of personal information, multiple processing purposes, indeterminate storage time, ambiguous privacy policy content, and the ineffectiveness of informed consent, although Health Code has been deemed an efficient tool to fight against the pandemic. Singapore’s TraceTogether adheres to the principles of minimum information collection, limited information processing purposes, minimum duration of information storage, openness and transparency of privacy policies, and informed consent. These two models for using big data in the fight against the pandemic in China and Singapore suggest that data governance needs to reconcile public interests and individual rights, and should balance governance efficiency and data ethics.DOWNLOAD HISTORY | This article has been downloaded 69 times in Digital Commons before migrating into this platform.

The first high school student Haiku-Karuta competition was held at I-Shou University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in May 2017. Haiku, which is a traditional Japanese cultural form, is widely known abroad, and karuta is often used in Japanese language educational institutions. Our competition event is a fusion of these two kinds of Japanese cultural traditions, i.e. haiku and karuta, and 61 high school students participated in the game. The competition contributes to the reception and diffusion of haiku and karuta in Taiwan. Also, the educational merits of the competition involve students having to concentrate on listening to and reading Japanese traditional poems. The fusion is immensely useful in learning Japanese language and culture. In this paper, we will describe the competition in detail. 2017年5月、台湾高雄の義守大学で第1回高校生俳句かるた大会が開かれた。日本の伝統文化である俳句は海外でも広く知られており、またかるたも日本語教育のなかでしばしば使われている。俳句とかるたという2 種類の日本文化を融合させた本大会に7校の高校生、61名が参加した。当該大会の教育的意義は主に以下の3つである。1. 俳句を集中して聞き、該当する札を見つけるという訓練を通じて得られる日本語能力の向上、2. 日本文化の理解の促進、3. チームワークの重要性に対する認識。また本大会の開催を通じてこれらの日本の伝統文化の受容と普及へとつながることが期待できる。本論では、この大会について詳細に報告する。この報告が俳句とかるたを用いた教育の参考例となり、台湾に限らず各国での日本語・日本文化教育がより一層充実したものになればと考えている。

LANGUAGE NOTE | Document text in Chinese; abstract also in English.西方倫理學界長期爭訟的墮胎問題的三個主要不同觀點,即所謂支持生命之保守主義、支持選擇之自由主義,與支持早期墮胎但反對晚期墮胎之折中主義。雖然三者似是各不相容的論點,但實有一共同的基本觀念,即三者同樣以母胎雙方乃是各自獨立的權利主體。本文批判此一假設並不切合母胎的真實情況。本文採用母胎乃一種非一非二之內在關係,不能以權利分析的方法來解決雙方之衝突。而孕母既是一道德行動者,此一關係當納入道德社群之內作準確的說明,方能得出較切合我們道德經驗的結論。本文通過儒家之家庭倫理關係說明此一內在關係的特色,即以相互之義務為主,見出作為道德行動者之孕母,對胎兒實有一不可逃的保護愛護之義務,不能以個人意願或身體權利進行墮胎。本文進而依儒家之取向,說明在不同情況下而懷孕,孕母所具有的墮胎理據和合理的解決方式。Abortion is a perennial problem in the West. This essay shows that although the three major Western approaches to this issue – pro-life conservativism, pro-choice liberalism and the third way view that supports early but disallows late abortions – sound quite incompatible with each other, they nevertheless share a fundamental idea. They take the maternal-fetal relation as a relation between two unrelated right-holders, the pregnant woman and the fetus. This assumption can be criticized as not appropriate to the reality of the maternal-fetal relation. In this essay, I adapt the not-one-and-not-two relationship model of the pregnant woman and the fetus proposed by others, and take their proper relationship as an internal relationship. I argue that we cannot solve the conflict in abortion by the claim of rights of the two parties. Furthermore, as the pregnant woman is a moral agent, this relation should be considered within the conception of a moral community to arrive at a conclusion that reflects our moral experience.I employ the Confucian conception of a family ethical relation to analyze and explain this internal relationship and its characteristics. The most important feature is that within such an intimate family relationship, the obligation of members to each other is primordial. In other words, the pregnant woman as a moral agent has the inescapable obligation to protect the fetus. She cannot claim a right to abortion by autonomy or the right to bodily integrity. LANGUAGE NOTE | Document text in Chinese; abstract also in English.由於新冠病毒的特性和難以防诸,新冠肺炎病毒很快成為全球性的流行病。而在此疫情中,受到感染和死亡的地區與人數急升,不但造成全球性的恐慌,同時產生許多心理、生活和文化上的嚴重問題。本文從倫理與文化,特別是儒家的精神,檢討我們與此病毒共存時,如何調整我們的生活與價值,建立生命共同體的觀念,以減輕或免除由此嚴峻疫情所受到的個人與社會的創傷和後遺症。本文分析了在地球村的緊密關係之下,我們必須保持有效的防疫工作才可以開封和進行經濟生產、物品流通,否則會在目前和日後不斷發生重覆的社區感染。人類必須圑結互助、共同承擔和接受各種不便,互讓互該、助人助己,才能夠平安渡過此一巨大災難。公共衛生的防疫工作是一涉及個人自由與公共安全的嚴重的道德兩難的課題。在防疫上,我們的個人行動實涉及他人的生命安全與權益,我們必須放棄以個人自由權利為優先的觀點,採取在生活共同體中的仁愛與對他人的苦難所具有的同情共感的自我要求,以共同義務與關懷為主,這實是一「為己為人」的雙重義務,在疫情流行中,更需要發揮「老吾老以及人之老,幼吾幼以及人之幼」之仁愛精神;在工作上必謹守敬慎原則,超前部署防疫工作,防範醫療體崩潰,在疫情的政策要公開、透明、問責、方可望全民共同努力,共渡難關,實現「養生送死無憾」的人生願望。在疫情中,家人的互相照護不但是生活上也是情感上的最重要的支持和解慰,社會和政府也必須提供必要的生活用品和醫療資源的支助,以及截斷政治干涉,讓專家們進行公開的宣導工作、病情教育、回應疑難等,使社會、家庭和個人都得到 支援和共識。病毒的傷害無國界,是我們的共同敵人,防疫的工作也無國界,人類必須有跨國家和跨民族的一體同仁的意識,實現互愛互助,不但救助社群中的脆弱者,也要救助落後的國家地區的人們。我們要領取這次教訓,建立真確的疫情訊息分享的平台,建立全球的病毒研究的規範、合符嚴格要求的病毒研究室,拒絕利用病毒研究為生化與戰爭的工具。在疫情中可以推進世界和平,最後可以從病毒了解生命,在疫情中發揚倫理與文化的價值。The special properties of the new Covid-19 virus make it difficult to control, and it very quickly became a pandemic. The numbers of infected and deaths have increased so fast that it has incited a global panic and caused serious worldwide psychological, day-to-day, and cultural problems. This paper adopts a Confucian perspective to analyze the problems of living with the virus and to explore how to adapt our values and way of living to mitigate or eliminate personal and social traumatic experiences during this serious time. In this paper, I point out that as we live in a close-knit global village, we need an effective policy to keep the pandemic at bay before we can remove inter-city and international barriers to the production of materials and the flow of economic products. Otherwise, we may—and in fact have had—continuous repeated infections. People must develop global solidarity based on interpersonal and intersocial love to share our responsibilities and burdens, and to help ourselves as well as others in this terrifying pandemic.Public health pandemic prevention is a job involving a moral dilemma between personal rights and public safety. Because our preventative actions involve the lives of others, we must abandon prioritizing our personal rights and adopt the principles of benevolence and empathy toward others, taking our common responsibility and care toward others as our main basis of action. This principle also applies to us: benevolence needs to be extended from our family members to everyone else. We have to put precautionary principles into action in our prevention, publicity, transparency, and accountability efforts to overcome the pandemic.Family members are essential, as they provide both physical and emotional support during the pandemic. Society and governments have to provide the means to live as well as medical support, and political interference must be curbed so that medical professionals can take the lead on public interactions, education, and interviews to enable individuals, families, and society to build a consensus on the issues and policies of prevention. Our common enemy is the virus, which assaults human health indiscriminately. We need to help our people as well as those in other countries, especially society’s most vulnerable. We must learn from this calamity and build a platform to share information, establish norms regulating virus studies, enact rigorous regulations for safety in virus research laboratories, and reject using research results for chemical warfare. 摘要 清代閨秀並非始終身處閨房,而是在空間上已突破“內”的範疇,旅行至外界。本文選取李因(1610–1685)、王貞儀(1768–1797)、曾懿(1852–1927)、單士厘(1863–1945)四位生活於清代不同時段的閨秀,研究其旅行及寫作。她們的行跡越來越廣遠,走出去的意識越來越強。其寫作延續山水遊記詩的傳統外,出現了諸多新元素,如記錄邊疆風物,宣揚女學思想,表達國民意識,介紹西方文明等。但旅行之後,她們又都以不同的方式回歸了家庭,在女學思想上,都恪守“女內”的身份定位與順隨的婦德,其出遊的目的是更好地回歸家庭履行相夫教子的“婦女天職”。

<div><span>目的 针对胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者实施早期康复护理的疗效以及依从性进行探索。方法 以2018年1</span>月-2019年6月入住本院的96例胸腰椎压缩性骨折病人为研究对象,并随机分成实验组和对照组,每组病人48例参与本次研究的所有病人均选择侯守治疗的措施,其中为对照组提供常规护理的措施,而实验组则在进行常规护理的同时,再开展早期康复护理:对比这两组病人的依从性以及疗效情况(治疗优良率)。结果 观察组病人要显著优于对照组,组间差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论 对胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者实施早期康复护理能够有效提高患者的治疗依从性和治疗优良率,对于患者脊椎骨折恢复和腰背肌的恢复具有积极作用,早期康复护理是一种理想的护理选择,值得临床推广应用。</div>

The so-called alienation of the time-honored “letters and visits” (xinfang) system is best seen in the case of land requisition and resident relocation in Shanxiang of Wuhan municipality, in which the appeal process of letter-writing and government office visit itself underwent a transition from consultation through rights defense to finally profiteering. Behind this alienation is the introduction of a new model of governance that centered on the utilization of local resources and its substitution for the traditional model that relied primarily on persuasion, education, and mediation and also turned to compulsion and punishment as supplementary measures; the latter, however, has lost its ground under the condition of a market economy and the self-interested orientation of local governments. As a result, local authorities opted for either the direct management of letters and visits by taking advantage of the greatly increased resources at their disposal or the indirect management by reallocating the resources and thereby mobilizing relevant social segments for that end. This article questions the legitimacy of the resource-intensive approach and instead proposes a new solution on the principle of legitimate interests, which aims to safeguard the rightful interests of both local residents and the grassroots government, and which had to be materialized by grassroots governments through their budgetary regulations.在武汉山乡的征地拆迁个案中,上访人经历了从协商型上访、维权型上访到谋利型上访的尴尬过程,这意味着信访机制的异化。从基层信访治理实践来看,资源媒介型治理模式是信访机制异化的根本原因。在资源总量大幅增加的条件下,基层政府通过利益诱导来对上访进行直接治理,或者通过资源配置来调动社会力量参与,从而实现对上访的间接治理。资源媒介型治理模式是思想教育型治理模式的替代。市场经济条件和基层政府的自利性,使得以说服、教育、调解为主,强制、惩罚为辅的思想教育型治理正在丧失正当性。资源媒介型治理不是权力的合法运用,因此信访治理转型任重道远。需要确立正当利益原则,对民众和基层政府的利益诉求以正当利益为标准,并通过财政预算制度来确保基层政府遵守正当利益原则。 (This article is in Chinese.)
