厦门是改革开放的前沿城市,有坚实的产业基础和经济基础,丰富的文化资源、艺术资源和旅游资源。近年厦门会展业发展势头良好,与武汉、义乌、沈阳、青岛、南京共列中国会展城市第二梯队。本文基于同梯队、地缘相近、相似政策扶持的杭州,通过文献调查法和数据定性法,比较厦门与杭州两者的会展国际化水平,得出杭州会展国际化近来总体发展优于厦门的结论,探究厦门会展国际化发展制约因素。本文结合“自贸试验区”建设和“海西特区”辐射带动,提出了促进厦门会展业国际化进程的策略。
