Abstract:

随着经济增长的发展,奢侈品消费群体的年龄越来越小,中国已成为世界上最大的奢侈品消费市场之一。根据相关调查,千禧一代的消费者是消费奢侈品的主要群体。为获得更大的市场份额,奢侈品公司应该对这些潜在客户有更深入的了解。本文在以往研究的基础上,比较了中国与英国两国的千禧一代消费者群体的特征,并为奢侈品公司提供实用建议,为进一步研究中国和欧洲国家的奢侈品消费提供了指导,同时也为奢侈品企业在营销策略规划中探索了新的见解。

Abstract:

在有关家族企业的文献中，学术界一直都关注创始人的个人经历、内在素质和能力，并针对其隐性知识的编纂进行评估。然而，这些文献并没有提到在世代转变之后有关隐性知识的转化。因此，本研究旨在探讨华人家族中小型企业（Chinese Family Small-and-Medium-Scale Enterprises）经历世代转变后，有关隐性知识的革新与企业发展之间的联系，并着重于源自中国的创始人在马来西亚开展业务之后，其隐性知识的发展演变。为此，本文对三家在马来西亚食品领域里蓬勃发展的华人家族中小型企业 — 义香公司（Ghee Hiang）、建安食品有限公司（Laksamana Usaha）和锦添食品工业有限公司（Kum Thim）进行深度的个案研究，评估他们的新世代如何对创始人的产品进行革新。通过访谈和参考马来西亚公司委员会（Company Commission of Malaysia, CCM）的次级数据，探讨这些华人中小型企业如何根据传统知识而采用革新的方法，以提高产品的品质或创造相关的产品。本研究认为，这些拥有良好训练的第二代及第三代家族中小企业，已经发展或改变了“隐性知识”，他们在其产品中带出强烈和正面的“华人”身份情感，从而增加这些经由研发所创造的新产品的价值。通过对嵌入隐性知识的中华传统文化和对产品的促进研发，增加了提高销售量和确保市场知名度的可能性。例如：位于槟城的义香公司着重于唤起人们对槟城传统糕点的回忆；建安食品有限公司和锦添食品工业有限公司则致力于创造独特的产品如清真面条等，这些产品在马来西亚和其他东南亚国家都深受欢迎。由此可见，这些公司的市场发展基础很大程度上取决于他们如何编纂隐性知识，再经由研发来提高其产品之品质。

Abstract:

金融科技時代來臨後，給予非金融機構得以進入金融服務市場之空間。金融科技當欠缺細部之監理規則時，明顯存在著不確定性及適用上之灰色地帶。此時若有不肖業者打著金融科技之旗幟，以金融創新之名行監理套利之實，傷害金融秩序，國家必須負起金融監理之責任。面對企圖透過多重架構來謀求套利可能、屢次規避法規且忽視公司治理之業者，金融主管機關的確應以審慎監理之視角，處以行政處分等金融監理手段以收管理之效；但從管制謙抑性之觀點，監理機關更應思考如何以公私協力、自主規制及軟法治理之行政法理思維，再塑經濟管制，與業者共同建構金融監理生態圈之合作治理體系。<br />

2020年3月，中共中央政治局常务委员会召开会议提出，加快5G网络、数据中心等新型基础设施建设进度。新基建主要包括5G基站、特高压、城际高速铁路和城市轨道交通、新能源汽车充电桩、大数据中心、人工智能、工业互联网七大领域，涉及诸多产业链。路灯作为城市分布密集的设备，对数据采集这项工作有着独有的优势，既可以作为承载5G、WIFI等网络设备的支撑载体，也可以解决物联网设备布点和供电问题，还能为大数据平台提供数据的收集、上报、分析和下发。融合多种功能与一体的智慧路灯应运而生，但如此密集的终端节点的布设，除了对技术融合有一定的要求外，资金建设更是重中之重。吸引社会资本与高科技技术，当地政府主导成立合资运营公司的模式逐渐被认可，文章重点探讨此种方式下的运营盈利模式。
