目前，中国的经济发展处于转型的阶段，中国的民营企业也跟随海外并购相关政策的出台来到了海外并购的舞台中。中国民营企业如今的选择较之前会更加的宽泛和多元化，这也促使中国民营企业在海外并购项目数量上独占鳌头。对民营企业海外并购案例的研究不仅有利于民营企业更好的借鉴海外并购相关经验，而且对海外并购行为的发展提供了一个良好契机，如能促进企业进行规模扩张、销售渠道渐趋多样化、有效提高技术水平等。与此同时，这些良好的契机对于民营企业的整体发展来说也起到了借鉴作用，能够增强其他民营企业的海外并购风险意识。

在当前时期，我们国家的城市规模正逐渐扩大，大量的地面被硬化处理，建筑数量也大幅增加，而这就导致排水变得较为困难，发生城市内涝的概率明显变大。除此以外，城市中存在水资源紧张问题，针对广大居民的工作、生活均会产生一定影响。为了使得以上这些问题得到切实消除，在展开城市规划设计的过程中应该要将海绵城市理念予以应用，确保水资源可以实现循环利用，城市也能够实现可持续发展。在对城市园林予以设计、使用时是离不开水资源的，而且消耗量较大，因而要将海绵城市理念予以有效应用。

当前,国内参与境外工程项目投资或承包的企业越来越多,参与的广度和深度都远甚于从前,而且目前仍在不断地 发展、扩张。在复杂的国别环境和特点下,有效地管控风险,是众多中资企业所面临的迫切问题。有效地管控风险才能保障海外事业的安全,保障境外工程承包的实际经济效益。风险管理虽然是项目管理中的一个方 面,但是又带有一定的整合性质,关系到项目各个阶段和项目管理的全过程。本文将从国际工程风险管理的操作流程出发,结 合实践经验和解决具体问题的理论工具,以项目运作过程作为时间轴,简要、系统地归纳和阐述项目风险管理过程。

当前,在“一带一路”及全球化战略的引导下,越来越多的中国企业走出了国门,走向了非洲、亚洲等海外市场。然而由于国家政治体制、经济发展水平、社会文化制度、法律制度、公司监管环境等方面存在差异,众多企业在开展跨境业务的同时,遇到了众多棘手的问题。本研究课题从中国跨国企业国际化扩张过程中面临的治理难题出发,立足不同国家间制度距离等客观情景,通过分析典型的跨境企业并购案例,揭示其内在的规律,提出相应的跨境人才培养策略。

Dissertação de mestrado em Estudos Interculturais Português / Chinês: Tradução, Formação e Comunicação Empresarial
Portugal foi o primeiro país ocidental que chegou à China. No contexto de globalização, o estudo da história da relação sino-portuguesa inicial tem um importante significado na orientação da comunicação entre países. A presente dissertação apresenta a relação sino-portuguesa inicial em cinco dimensões: no século XIII, Marco Polo chegou à China e trouxe várias informações sobre a China para a Europa, estimulando o anseio dos europeus pela China; nos finais do século XV, Portugal começou a expandir para os Oceanos Índico e Pacífico e estabeleceu o Estado da Índia, criando uma condição prévia para a chegada de Portugal à China; o desconhecido cultural e os comportamentos terríveis dos portugueses causaram reveses e batalhas entre a China e Portugal; imagens da China, durante os primeiros contactos sino-portugueses, eram apresentadas em escritos de literatura de viagem; após a ocupação de Macau pelos portugueses, os missionários chegaram à China e, de forma objetiva, promoveram a comunicação entre a China e o Ocidente. Esta dissertação oferece aos leitores, nos contextos da chegada à China de Marco Polo, da visão dos Descobrimentos e da expansão marítima portuguesa para o Oriente, a viajarem pelo espaço e pelo tempo e a experimentarem a mudança da situação de relação sino-portuguesa inicial. Ao mesmo tempo, a dissertação, através do resumo da comunicação entre Portugal e a China no período primordial, revela a estratégia de comunicação entre países e entre povos e enfatiza a importância da comunicação intercultural.
Portugal was the first western country to come to China. In the context of globalization, studying the history of the early Sino-Portuguese relations has important practical guiding significance for the communication between countries. This dissertation basically describes the early Sino-Portuguese relations from five dimensions: Marco Polo came to China in the 13th century, which stimulated Europeans' desire for China; at the end of 15th century, Portugal began to expand to the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Ocean, and established the State of India, providing conditions for Portugal to come to China; the unknown culture and the terrible behavior of the Portuguese caused setbacks and battles between China and Portugal; images of China during the first Sino-Portuguese contacts were presented in travel literature; after the Portuguese occupation of Macao, the missionaries arrived in China, which objectively promoted the communication between China and the West. This dissertation allows readers, in the contexts of the arrival in China of Marco Polo, of the view of the Discoveries and of the Portuguese maritime expansion to the East, to travel through space and time to experience the changes of the initial Sino-Portuguese relations. At the same time, the dissertation, through summarizing the communication between Portugal and China in the primordial period, reveals the strategy of communication between countries and between peoples and emphasizes the importance of intercultural communication.
葡萄牙是最早来到中国的西方国家。在全球化背景下，研究中葡早期关系的 历史，对国家之间的交往有着重要的现实指导意义。 本文基本从五个维度描述了中葡早期关系，分别是：十三世纪马可波罗来华， 刺激了欧洲人对中国的渴望；十五世纪末葡萄牙开始向印度洋和太平洋扩张，并 在东方印度建立了殖民据点，这为葡萄牙来华提供了条件；中葡初次接触过程中 由于文化不相知带来的摩擦，葡萄牙等人在中国的劣行导致了两国交战；中葡初 次接触中游记文学中涉及到的中国形象以及在葡萄牙人占领澳门后，传教士的相 继到来客观上促进了中西方的文化传播与交流。 本文旨在带领读者在“马可波罗来华，航海大发现和葡萄牙海外扩张到东方” 三方背景下，穿越时空，置身中葡早期关系中，共同经历其曲折变化。同时，总 结过去中葡早期相处的经验教训，揭示不同国家及人民间的相处之道，突出强调 跨文化交流在其相处过程中的重要性。
