Each kind of the public sport facilities of Taiwan is gradually entering into a commercial and private operate area. In addition to this, the service that the operator also wants to take customer as the direction can succeed, adds the facilities of the badminton stadium are also compatriot's important demand on the recreational sports. This research is to understand the psychological aspects of the customer’s involvement influence on the satisfaction and importance of the product attributes of badminton courts. The research also uses the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method, analyzing the different categories of consumer group. The obtained information will be provided to the operators of the recreational sport industry in drawing up the marketing strategy and the allocation of capital may stand as a basis and reference. This research used the consumers of badminton in Ilan as its research object. After a pre-test the study underwent a questionnaire survey. The results after went through the item analysis, Factor Analysis, One-way ANOVA, Independent Sample t-Test, Simple Regression and the Importance-Performance Analysis, were as below: 1.Most of the consumers were male, which made up 77.6%; their age mostly was ranging between 31-40, which made up 31.3%; most of the consumers were married, which made up 62.3%; 60.1% of them were graduates; among whom the government employees hold a higher ratio, with 48.0%; 34.5% of them having the average monthly income of 40,000~60,000 NT. 2.On the part of involvement, the married consumers were significantly higher than the unmarried consumers; the “government employees and teachers”, “the farmers, loggers, fishermen, the herdsmen, service and sales personnel” and “the technician related personnel” the consumers of these three kinds of profession also were higher than “the students and militaries”; The consumers whose income in the categories of “20001-40000 NT” and “40001-60000 NT” also all were much higher than those “below 20000 NT” category. The degree of satisfaction on the part of product attribute, the male group was far higher than the female group. The degree of importance on part of product attributes, “31-40 year old”, “41-50 year old” and “above 51 years old” the consumers were much higher than the “below 20 years old” the consumers, the married consumers were little higher than the unmarried consumers. 3.The higher the degree of consumer’s involvement it was, lower the satisfaction of “service quality”, “operation management” would be. However, the higher the “involvement”, the higher the importance of “location facility” and “operation management” would be. 4.According to the discovery of the importance-performance analysis method, those consumers with higher involvement would think that the lighting facility, bathing facility and environmental sanitation need to be improved. However, those consumers with lower involvement would pay more attention on the number of court facilities. The consumers who used the appropriative badminton stadium think that the attributes “the number of court facilities, bathing facilities and environmental sanitation” three attributes had to be improved. However, the consumers who were renting school’s badminton stadium paid more attention on the lighting facilities, the quality of floor material, facility’s standard and the manner of service personnel four attributes. 5.Among all the consumers, the hall space and the facility security were the two attributes that met the demand of consumer. The drinking facility was the only one that needed concentrated improvement. Those with low priority were the number of service personnel, service speed, prompted assistance, holding large-scale competition, special activity, insurance for members, six attributes. Those excessively supplied and emphasized were the distance to the court, holding small competition, socialization activity three attributes. The suggestion to the operators of the industry were the consumers consistently believed that excessively emphasis on “the distance of hall”, “holding small competition” and “socializing activity” three financial resources attributes could be reduced. However, the believed most desired improvement was the “drinking facility”. Therefore the operators and the administrative personnel should immediately allocating fund for the improvement of the drinking facility, to enhance the consumer’s degree of satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to probe into the relationship between factors of learning effectiveness and learning satisfaction of students who took practical skill program at vocational high school, and based on the results of correlation degree between learning satisfaction and learning effectiveness, it could serve as a reference to improve teaching in practical skill program at vocational high school. The population of this research was students who took practical skill program at vocational high school which were defined by Ministry of Education in academic year 2004, excluding Kinmen, Matsu. The total number of 1388 questionnaires were sent by ok sampling, and came out with 941 valid samples. The returned rate of valid questionnaires was 67.80%. The instrument was the questionnaire which constructed according to “The Questionnaire of Learning Satisfaction and Learning Effectiveness of Students Who Take Practical Skill Program at Vocational High School”. The validity analysis of the questionnaire was the experts’ content validity, and the reliability on Cronbach α=0.94. Many statistical analysis methods were used to exam the research questions, such as descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson product moment correlation, and so on. After statistical analyzing, the research conclusions were as follows: a. As for learning satisfaction of students who took practical skill program at vocational high school, the score of interpersonal relationship was the highest while the score of learning environment was the lowest. b. As for learning effectiveness of students who took practical skill program at vocational high school, the score of self identity was the best while the future after graduation represents the worst. c. In each aspect of learning satisfaction of students who took practical skill program at vocational high school, differences was resulted from particular various background variables. d. In each aspect of learning effectiveness of students who took practical skill program at vocational high school, differences was resulted from particular various background. e. finally, the correlation between learning satisfaction and learning effectiveness of students who took practical skill program at vocational high school, the interpersonal relationship and self identity were correlated ok while learning environment and learning achievement were correlated the least.

Abstract Most of the previous studies of customer loyalty have emphasized the impact of online network satisfaction and trust. However, there is no consensus on the relationship between customer online service involvement regulation. On the basis of satisfaction - trust - identity model, it is known that customer involvement is an important prerequisite for influencing loyalty. This paper wants to discuss the moderating effect of customer involvement on online banking service evaluation. The empirical results were collected from the questionnaire survey. Using the regression model to empirical analysis. The results partially support the hypothesis, in particular the recognition of the moderate role involved in the customer. When the satisfaction of the higher through the purchaser involved in the network bank identity is stronger; In addition, satisfaction has a stronger impact on trust. However, customer trust has a greater impact on the recognition of high self-involvement clients, and has less impact on customers who are highly involved in buying. Thus, the regulatory role of customer involvement provides a more complete view of the satisfaction trust identity model. Abstract The main purpose of this thesis was to explore the satisfaction of learning of the automobile technical program students in senior high school. To attain to the purpose of the study, the literature was firstly reviewed and discussed to build the framework of this study. The second one, according to the results of the literature study, the questionnaire was entitled ”Questionnaire to survey the satisfaction of learning of the automobile technical program students in senior high school”. It possessed very high reliability and validity. The research method employed in this study was the survey method with a questionnaire. There were 5,088 automobile technical program students in 42 senior high schools in Taiwan area. A sample of 890 students was stratified random sampling from 22 schools. Finally, there were 705 valid responses from the survey of the target students, and the data was analyzed by using the method of descriptive and inferential statistics, including mean and standard deviation, One-way ANOVA,Scheffe’s posterior comparisons,Pearson’s product-moment correlation,Chi- square test. After the data was analyzed, the main findings can be concluded as follows: 1.As a whole, the satisfaction of learning of the automobile technical program students in senior high school was above average level. 2.The satisfaction degree of learning of the automobile technical program students was ranked as follows. interpersonal relations, the results of teaching, and the effects of living education;there were lower satisfaction level on the factors of teaching equipment and learning environment. 3.The satisfaction of learning of the technical program students appeared the same level among the following students’background variance,such as,academic grade, majoring,reasons of learning, junior high school background, career planning,and the state of students living with their families, work condition。 4.The percentage of part time and daytime sysytem technical program students was 79.5%;the percentage of part time and nighttime system technical program students was 22.8%. 5.The percentage of the students studying part time and living alone was the highest(64.3%), the other factors were ranked as follows:living with their mother, parents, grandparents, and father. 6.According to the findings and conclusions of the research,some suggestions were made for, administrative organs, senior high schools,teachers, and the studies, further respectively.

The purpose of this study was to understand the current status of technique education program in Miaoli County public and private junior high schools and the relationship between learning attitude and learning satisfaction for students participating technique education program. Utilizing survey questionnaire, 1,138 junior high school students were selected and descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis were applied to analyze the data. The major findings of this study were summarized as followings: first, students participating technique education program had a positive and active learning attitude, and their learning satisfaction was satisfaction. Second, in terms of the students’ learning attitude, significant differences were found in gender, occupational group category, future career, school size and processing model. Third, in terms of the students’ learning satisfaction, significant differences were found in gender, occupational group category, future career, school size and processing model. Fourth, there were significantly positive correlations between students’ learning attitude and learning satisfaction. Final, students’ learning attitudes can significantly predict their learning satisfaction, specifically, teaching curriculum was the strongest predictor. The suggestions of the findings were made for education authorities, teachers, schools, and future researchers.

Abstract The purpose of the study was to explore the relationships among self exploration , attitudes toward career decision and learning satisfaction in choosing vocational program for comprehensive senior high school students. A sample of 1083 students, randomly selected from comprehensive senior high schools with choice of vocational program in Taiwan, responded to questionnaires. The statistical methods used to analyze the data were descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The conclusions of this study were summarized as follows: 1. The self exploration, attitudes toward career decision and learning satisfaction in vocational program for comprehensive senior high school student were common. 2. There were significant differences in vocational program of comprehensive senior high school student’ self exploration based on their course classification, study of career planning. No significant differences were found in vocational program of comprehensive senior high school students’ self exploration concerning these students’ sex, schools’ classification, grade, school type and method of entrance into school. 3. There were significant differences in vocational program of comprehensive high school students’ attitudes toward career decision based on their schools’ classification, method of entrance into school, study of career planning and course classification. No significant differences were found in vocational program of comprehensive high school students’ attitudes toward career decision concerning these student’ sex, grade and school type. 4. There were significant differences in vocational program of comprehensive senior high school students’ learning satisfaction based on their schools’ classification, grade, method of entrance into school, study of career planning and course classification. No significant differences were found in vocational program of comprehensive senior high school students’ learning satisfaction concerning these teachers’ sex and school type. 5. There was significant correlation between vocational program of comprehensive senior high school student’ self exploration and learning satisfaction. And correlation between vocational program of comprehensive senior high school student’ attitudes toward career decision and learning satisfaction was significant. Additionally, self exploration and attitudes toward career decision were significant predictors for their learning satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to discuss the learning satisfaction of high school and vocational school students in Miaoli Country on General Education in Military Defense curriculum and to compare the learning satisfaction of students with different background variables. The research instrument is “The questionnaire of the learning satisfaction of high school and vocational school students in Miaoli County on General Education in Military Defense curriculum”, designed by the researcher. Totally, 344 questionnaires are selected from grade 11 and 12 students by random. The data is analyzed by the statistics analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe post-hoc comparison. The result is as below: 1. The average score of the learning satisfaction with General Education in Military Defense curriculum of high school and vocational school students in Miaoli is 3.39. The four factors in the order of satisfaction are military instructors’ teaching, learning results, curriculum arrangement and teaching equipment. 2. The factor of gender makes a significant difference in satisfaction with military instructors’ teaching. 3. The factor of grade makes a significant difference in satisfaction with military instructors’ teaching. 4. The factor of school scale makes a significant difference in satisfaction with military instructors’ teaching. 5. The factor of school type makes a significant difference in satisfaction with all of the four factors.

From a viewpoint of the psychosocial environment and physical environment, this research probes into the satisfaction with the information classroom for the present senior high school students in the environment by course teaching of information, and in order to proposing the references as understanding and estimating about the implementation or improvement in the education of science and technology of information. This research collects and analyses data both in quality and quantity. The materials collections in quantity rely mainly on investigation method of the questionnaire. The research objects are high school students in Senior Two from the middle or southern part in Taiwan, and from whom being choosed 41 classes as the examining target of questionnaire altogether, and the examined students reach a total of 1481 persons. With Zandvliet and Straker (2001) ,Zandvliet and Frasser (2005) compiling WIHIC(What Is Happening In This Classroom, WIHIC) quantity form and computerized classroom environment inventory (Computerised Classroom Environment Inventory, CCEI) suitable for the information classroom are regarded as our research tool, and the materials in quality can explain the meanings in quantity numbers by the way of observations in classroom and of interview seperately with teachers and students. Afterward we collect all data to illustrate the quantity materials further by means of analyzing, concluding, comparing and proofreading. The result of study is found that the students' perceptions in psychological environment of the computer information classroom best go as 「Student cohesiveness」, and worst go as 「Autonomy/independence」. There are signification differences in some degree of intensity when the psychological environment of the computer information classroom follow on the school’s location, the student's sex and the different character of schools. The psychological environment and physical environment in learning environment will make a great influence on students’ satisfaction of the course. Besides, the psychosocial environment and physical environment are closely interrelated with each other. This research also puts forward the satisfaction of learning environment in teaching, students’ learning and suggestion eventually.

After gradually economic condition recovery, many enterprises invest in food servicing business and compete intensely one another. Although there was some marketing research of consumer behavior in the past, the related research is still inadequate for this field. Such as, there are lacks of emphasis degree on enterprise marketing mix from customers and empirical research on chili hot pot industry. This research aims at emphasis degree on enterprise marketing mix, customers’ satisfaction and intention of repurchase of the spicy hot pot chain store. It is directed at 6 main spicy hot pot chain stores in Taoyuan County conducting 300 survey questionnaires in total. These empirical study findings are as follow: First, emphasis degree on 6 main spicy hot pot chain stores marketing mix items from customers. Second, Satisfaction on 6 main spicy hot pot chain stores of marketing mix items from customers. Third, Intention of repurchase on 6 main spicy hot pot chain stores of marketing mix items from customers. Fourth, How intention of repurchase effects on customers’ satisfaction to marketing mix? According to the findings of this research are proposed as follow: First, help the operator of spicy hot pot chain stores examine the marketing mix items and understand the consumers’ satisfaction. Second, help the operator of spicy hot pot chain stores increase the consumers’ satisfaction on the marketing mix items and raise intention of repurchase for building up the customers’ loyalty.

Abstract The motif of the thesis lies in understanding the degree of satisfaction with experimental curriculum of comprehensive high school teachers. The thesis concludes with detailed analysis, in the hope of providing suggestions to schools that are simultaneously running such curriculum and related administration of education. The thesis first reviews literature on comprehension high school in countries around the world and reports on cases of hands-on studies, followed by tailor-made questionnaire answered by teachers from 64 high schools, which participate in a 3-year experimental comprehensive high school scheme. The samples (observations) are further evaluated by conducting statistical analyses such as t test and ANOVA, the results of which are compared with Chen’s (1997) two studies, Reviews And Studies On The Application Of Comprehensive High School Curriculum (綜合高中課程實施現況之檢討及改進研究) and Reports On The Evaluation Of The First Three Years’ Operation Of Comprehensive High School (綜合高中第一、二、三屆期末評鑑報告) and thereby major conclusions are drawn and listed as follows: 1. Teachers from schools participating in experimental comprehensive high school scheme show at least moderate degree of satisfaction with all aspects of the experimental curriculum. 2. Private school teachers show far greater degree of satisfaction than public school teachers do with the comprehensive high school experimental curriculum (hereafter, CHSEC). 3. Teachers of affiliated general high school programs in vocational schools show greater degree of satisfaction than vocational high school teachers do. Likewise, the former show greater degree of satisfaction than teachers of vocational programs affiliated to ordinary high schools. 4. No significant difference in terms of the degree of satisfaction with the CHSEC is indicated by the different size of schools. 5. Teachers from schools located in County Municipality and counties show greater degree of satisfaction with CHSEC than those from schools located in Special Municipality and Provincial Municipality. 6. Teachers of various subjects indicate no significant difference in terms of the degree of satisfaction with the CHSEC. 7. Teachers that take on administrative positions show greater degree of satisfaction than ordinary teachers do with the comprehensive high school experimental curriculum. 8. No significant difference in terms of the degree of satisfaction with the CHSEC is indicated by the difference in years of work experience.

Executive Summary The main purpose of the research is to study and compare the curriculum satisfactions for students in National Open University in Kaohsiung area. The research sample was focused on the students of the second semester, year 90 at National Open University in Kaohsiung area. The data collection was from “The Curriculum Satisfaction for Students in Open University” investigation form, which edited by researcher. The research was random took 650 samples which included 400 students from National Open University and 250 students from Open University in Kaohsiung City. After eliminating null investigation forms, there are 533 valid copies with 82 % efficient return ratio. The discoveries of the studying are listed at the following. ─The satisfactions of student in Open University are average above, but the tutorial function should be strengthened. ─There is difference for curriculum satisfaction for different personal background factors. ─The lack of knowledge of cooperation with those resources outside the campus and learning resource on campus for students in Open University. ─The average satisfaction in “curriculums and tutorials”for students in National Open University is commonly higher than students in Open University in Kaohsiung City. ─The degree of satisfaction in “education administration” for male students is higher than female students in Open University in Kaohsiung City. On the other hand, the degree of satisfaction in “overall curriculum” for male students is higher than female students in Open University in Kaohsiung City. ─The degree of interaction between different ages and schools for students in National Open University and in Open University in Kaohsiung City does not reach the remarkable standard. Besides, there is no interaction between school and careers. Based on the result of study, the conclusions are summarized at the bottom. ─The satisfaction in “curriculums and tutorials” for students in Open University in Kaohsiung City is higher than students in National Open University. ─Gender differs for curriculums satisfaction for students in Open University. Males are higher than females. ─The higher education background, the higher curriculums satisfaction for students in Open University. ─The satisfaction in curriculums for students major in the humanities is higher than those major in business. ─The satisfaction in curriculums is no career difference. According to the conclusion and the reference discussion, here are several suggestions. I. National Open University in Kaohsiung. ─Strengthen the tutorial function ─More cooperation with industries. ─Alliance with other universities. ─Provide excellent curriculums to be chosen. ─Development of a completed propaganda system ─Strengthened business curriculums. ─Heighten on both sexes’ learning preferences. ─Strengthen the deep and width of the curriculums. The demission tendency and related subjects have been attracting attention of experts increasingly. In addition, the feelings of the employees about the job characteristics and their satisfaction with their work are valued in the field of business management. This study is targeted to figure out the self-assessment of job characteristics of the employees of textile industry, their satisfaction of the work environment and their demission tendency. The purposes of this study are as follows: 1.To discuss the influence of job characteristics of the textile employees to their satisfaction of work. 2.To discuss the influence of satisfaction of work of the textile employees to their demission tendency. 3.To discuss the influence of job characteristics of the textile employees to their demission tendency. 4.To discuss the influence of demographic statistics variable to satisfaction of work of the textile employees. 5.To discuss the influence of demographic statistics variable to their demission tendency. Using purposive sampling, 300 questionnaires were distributed for this study. 278 valid questionnaires were obtained after filtering. The recovery ratio was 92.7 percent. Using descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis, T-test, one-way ANOVA, regression analysis and other statistical methods the hypothesis of the study are verified. It turned out that the Cronbach α coefficient of job characteristics was 0.837, the Cronbach α coefficient of work satisfaction was 0.790, the Cronbach α coefficient of demission tendency was 0.731. Each of the Cronbach variables α coefficient are greater than 0.7, which proves the high consistency and stability of this questionnaire. In the practical cases of textile companies, the employees usually deal with easy work, which is more like in the traditional industries. Their job characteristics are also simpler. Therefore the company should make the employees more satisfied with their current working environment, wages and welfare, security, autonomous learning and opportunities of development in order to retain the excellent staff and to reduce the demission tendency. In this way the best team is formed naturally and the efficiency and combatant effectiveness are not what an ordinary company can match.

Frontline service employees (FSEs) in the service industry play an important role as they are the medium through which companies interact with customers. Organizations nowadays start paying attention to the idea that “Happy Employees Produce Happy Customers.” Following that concept, workplace fun becomes positive organizational culture that can be used to enhance the goals of the organization while increasing an employee’s commitment and job satisfaction. However, the relationship between workplace fun and emotional labor, the performance of various forms of emotion work, has seldom been mentioned. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to examine the impact of workplace fun on emotional labor strategies (surface acting and deep acting) and job satisfaction among frontline employees in the service industry. This study also considers gender as a potential moderator on the impact of workplace fun on emotional labor strategies. With a survey sample of 260 frontline service employees in Taiwan, workplace fun was found to have a negative relationship with surface acting and a positive relationship with deep acting. This study contributes to a better understanding of the relationship between workplace fun and emotional labor, and provides insights for service firms in employee management practices.

Abstract The purposes of this study were to investigate learning feelings, learning satisfaction and learning effects on career exploration courses for junior high school students with disabilities in Kaohsiung and discussed their correlation. The research tool developed by the researcher was“The questionnaire of learning feelings, learning satisfaction, and learning effects on career exploration courses for junior high school students”. The study used census, and 30 participants attended pilot career exploration courses in Kaohsiung. The effective samples were 30 in total. According to the results of the questionnaires, the following conclusions were analyzed by descriptive statistics and Pearson’s product-moment correlation. After the survey data, the researcher interviewed 2 teachers , 2 students and 2 parents by semi-structured interview for the further purposes of confirming the results of the survey study. Based on the results of the study, this paper drew the following conclusions: 1.The learning feelings of the junior high school students with disabilities on career exploration courses were good. 2.The learning satisfaction of the junior high school students with disabilities on career exploration courses was good, especially in environment and equipment. 3.The learning effects of the junior high school students with disabilities on career exploration courses were good, especially in self-awareness. 4. Male students with disabilities in junior high school who attended the courses of career exploration had higher learning feelings and learning satisfaction than female ones. 5.Female students with disabilities in junior high school who attended the courses of career exploration had higher learning effects than male ones. 6.Mental retarded students who attended the career exploration courses had the best learning feelings. Autism students had the best learning satisfaction. Multi- disabilities students had the best learning effects. 7.Junior high school students with disabilities whose parents education level were above master degree had the highest learning feelings, learning satisfaction and learning effects on career exploration courses. 8.Junior high school students with disabilities whose parents occupational category were the semi-professional or general public servants had the highest learning feelings, learning satisfaction and learning effects on career exploration courses 9.There were positive correlations between learning feelings and learning effects of the students with disabilities in junior high school. 10. There were positive correlations between learning satisfaction and learning effects of the students with disabilities in junior high school. 11.Teachers and parents had positive attitude toward career exploration courses . Finally, based on the conclusions above, this study provided suggestions for educational administration organizations and future research. This study is intended to explore the satisfaction degree of learning the “Citizen National Defense Education” course taken by senior high school students at national high schools in Chunghua county under various background variables. The research is based on the results obtained from bibliographical study and analysis, and on questionnaires developed accordingly. The subjects involve 6,074 eleventh and twelfth graders studying at five different national senior high schools in Chunghua county. Questionnaire survey is conducted on a randomly selected group of 400 students. Out of the 400 copies of questionnaire handed out, 379 copies are retrieved, with a retrieval rate of 97.4%. To process the retrieved and collected data, the SPSS software is employed to perform statistical analyses of frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The comprehensive results of the study are summed up as follows: 1. The average of satisfaction degree of senior high school students at national senior high schools taking the “Citizen National Defense Education” course is 3.79, with 65.25% of students feeling satisfied, the most satisfied aspect being life guidance, the next being teaching given by military training instructors. 2. Of the whole satisfaction degree of taking the “Citizen National Defense Education” course, the students are least satisfied with the learning environment, with the no disturbance of noise around the classroom being the highest among the options. 3. Students of different genders reveal significant difference in the aspects of teaching given by military training instructors, learning outcomes, and life guidance, with the overall satisfaction degree reaching a significant level and with female students enjoying higher satisfaction degree than male students. 4. Students of different grades show significant difference in the satisfaction degree of learning the “Citizen National Defense Education”, with twelfth graders more satisfied with learning the course materials than eleventh graders are. 5. No significant difference is found between social science students and natural science students with regard to each variable of satisfaction degree of learning. 6.Different family status of students in all facets of learning satisfaction and no significant differences.
