Abstract:
氢能源是实现碳中和目标的可选方案之一。在氢能源生产、运输、使用环节,等离子体技术都起到了一定的辅助作用。尤其是等离子体由可再生的电能激发产生,是产生氢能源的一种绿色可替代技术手段。本综述总结了近年来等离子体技术在氢能源领域的作用,重点介绍了等离子体在电解水制氢、裂解甲烷、裂解氨气和合成氨的作用。等离子体在辅助合成电解水催化剂的作用主要体现在为催化剂基底材料刻蚀微沟槽,制造催化剂空穴,增加原子修饰三个方面。等离子体在裂解甲烷和氨气得到氢气,合成氨三个方面的作用主要是联合催化剂提高工艺指标。鉴于等离子体制备催化剂的重要性,我们建议采用机器学习辅助高通量筛选获得最佳理论性能的催化剂结构之后,再使用等离子体针对性合成催化剂。与此同时,使用第一性原理计算阐释催化剂催化机理。

Abstract:
本研究在借鉴高温硫化氟硅橡胶制备工艺和复合绝缘子表面处理技术的基础上,通过氟化占位定向技术、超分子合金化与原位聚合法精细调控硅橡胶主链结构,并引入功能化石墨烯及多种有机/无机填料,成功合成了一种新型超憎水、防污闪、耐候性优异的复合涂料。配方中合理优化氧化镁、氢氧化铝、铁氧体、异丙基氨基甲基丙烯酸酯、含氟酯类、嵌段硅氧烷、膨胀石墨及阻燃助剂等组分比例,使涂层在标准实验室条件下初始静态接触角可达113°以上,喷水分级达HC1级。在连续水浸96 h、192 h及360 h等加速老化试验后,涂层仍能保持θav>100°、HC1~HC3;经24 h恢复后,憎水性能完全恢复至HC1。污染迁移试验表明,涂层表面污染物也能快速获得超憎水性(θav≈132°,HC1)。第三方型式试验中,十九项性能指标全部满足或优于现行标准,自洁系数99.26%,最小电蚀损深度仅0.06 mm。研究结果表明,该涂料具备超强憎水性、优异耐候性和显著的自愈/迁移能力,能够满足重污染区复合外绝缘长期防污闪的应用需求。
