Abstract:

目的：研究人性化管理理念在精神科护理管理中的应用效果。方法：选择我院 50 名精神科工作人员，采纳“随机数字表法”分观察组 ( 人性化管理理念 ) 与对照组 ( 常规护理管理 ) 各 25 例，两组管理效果比较。结果：与对照组相比，观察组管理质量较高；观察组满意率 96.00% 高于对照组 72.00%，P ＜ 0.05。结论：人性化管理理念能提高精神科工作人员的管理质量、工作满意度，值得推崇。

LANGUAGE NOTE | Document text in Chinese; abstract also in English.女性主義倫理學家將生命倫理學諸理倫，如 Engelhardt 的把自主性放在第一位的“世俗多元倫理學”，Veatch的“契約論倫理學”，Pellegrino以有利或行善原則為基礎的倫理學，羅爾斯的“正義倫”倫理學；道義論倫理學，後果論倫理學，以及Beauchamp 和Childress的原則倫理學等統稱為“正義倫理學”（Ethics of Justice），其理論模型稱“工程模型”（Engineering Model），將它們與“關懷倫理學”（Ethics of Care）及“關懷模型”（Caring Model）相對立，以女性主義的視角，對生命倫理學理論和實踐進行了批評。審視女性主義對生命倫理學的批評，對照和比較女性主義關懷倫理學與生命倫理學，我們發現女性主義關懷倫理學的理論和內涵，確實給人以清新的感覺，女性主義關懷倫理學與生命倫理學如能互補，將對倫理推理和倫理難題的解決，提供較好的倫理理論和實踐方法。Feminists find that females tend to focus on details about the relationships among the persons involved and to seek innovative solutions that protect everyone's interest. In contracts, males typically try to identify and apply a relevant principle or rule (which they take to be universal or valid from an impartial perspective), even if doing so means sacrificing someone's interest. Feminists call the former approach an ethics of care (or responsibility) and the latte an ethics of justice.Feminism thinks ethics of justice includes bioethical theories such as Engelhardt's "Secular Bioethics", Veatch's "Contract Ethics", Deontological Theory, Utilitarianism, Beauchamp and Childress' principlism, Pellegrino's virtue and duty-based ethics, and so on. Feminists criticize ethics of justice or all of bioethical theories seriously. The ethics of care challenges all of these dominant bioethical theories as deductivism and principle-based ethics. Feminists down play the role of rights and allegedly universal principles and rules, in favor of an emphasis on caring, interpersonal relationships, and context.I think a view about ethics of care and ethics of justice should meet each other in the practice of bioethics arrived after reviewing the criticism of feminists. The essay concludes that there is no reason to consider the ethics of care inferior or the ethics of justice inferior. An ideal bioethics should incorporate both approaches. 目的：分析肺移植术后患者的心理特征，并制定针对性干预对策。方法：选 2019 年 8 月至 2020 年 4 月区间收治的 20 例肺移植患者为研究对象，均分为 2 组（随机信封法），对照组 10 例选用常规护理，观察组 10 例在对照组基础上选用针对性心理疏导，统计对比两组焦虑评分、抑郁评分、应对方式、心理弹性。结果：观察组焦虑评分（22.28± 2.61 分）低于对照组（ 31.93± 1.52分），数据对比 x2=10.1035；抑郁评分（ 21.31± 1.82 分）低于对照组（ 30.91± 2.14 分），数据对比 x2=10.8063，P<0.05。观察组应对方式优于对照组，数据对比 P<0.05。观察组心理弹性高于对照组，数据对比 P<0.05。结论：将针对性干预应用在肺移植术后心理情绪疏导中可降低焦虑、抑郁评分，改善心理弹性及应对方式，值得借鉴。

目的：编制有一定科学性的问卷，测量和了解当代大学生的恋爱心理特点。方法：采用自编《大学生恋爱心理问卷》，回收有效问卷 519 份。结果：探索性因素分析表明，大学生恋爱心理问卷有 5 个因子结构，可以解释总方差的 51.144%，具有较好的结构效度。验证性因子分析结果表明，5 个因子与构想模型有着较好的拟合度，内部一致性系数为 0.808。当代大学生的恋爱心理在性别、年级和专业上呈现出一定的显著差异。结论：该问卷具有良好的信效度，可以作为评估大学生恋爱心理的有效测量工具。

LANGUAGE NOTE | Document text in Chinese從20世紀70年代後期以來，美國對中國醫學倫理學的評價及中國對美國生命倫理學的反應，經歷了從坦直的批評到熱情的讚揚，從拒絕到接受的過程。但是無論在美國還是在中國，美國的生命倫理學與中國的醫學倫理學一直被認為分別代表了個性主義和社區主義或集體主義這兩種不同取向。這種一般性的對比被人們廣泛地接受，於是中美醫學倫理道德自身的巨大差異，特別是中國醫德經歷的內在多樣性，即使不說被全部忽略了，至少是不幸地被輕視了。不管是美國的生命倫理學還是中國的醫學倫理學，二者都不只有一種占主導地位的思維方式。在美國和中國－－傳統與現代－－的醫學倫理都是複雜與多樣的。例如，美國和中國的文化與醫學倫理都顯示出個人主義與社區主義的傳統。無論是一般的生命倫理學還是跨文化生命倫理學從本質上都是詮釋性的。詮釋性的跨文化生命倫理學重視任何文化中醫學倫理道德的多元性。通過詮釋，跨文化生命倫理學可作為一種社會與文化批評的重要手段。DOWNLOAD HISTORY | This article has been downloaded 31 times in Digital Commons before migrating into this platform.

目的：观察妇产科护理中存在的安全隐患和临床护理措施疗效。方法：随机选取我院妇产科 2016 年 3 月至 -2016 年 12 月收治的 15 例患者为本次研究对象，按照是否实施安全隐患预见性临床护理措施将参与本次研究的患者分对照组（ 7 例：未行安全隐患预见性护理）与实验组（ 8 例：行安全隐患预见性护理），比较两组患者护理干预效果。结果：实验组患者住院期间不良事件发生率（ 0.00%）低于对照，数据差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。实验组患者对临床护理服务满意度（ 100.00%）明显高于对照组，数据差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 : 妇产科分析安全隐患发生原因，安全隐患预见性护理干预效果明显优于常规护理。

随着“00后”登上历史的舞台上,校园网络舆论呈现出不一样的特点。网络心理是网络舆论的直接生产者,大学生的网络心理是校园网络舆论的基础。因此,了解“00后大学生”的网络心理有利于把握网络舆论的主动权。文章分析网络舆论具有虚拟性和隐蔽性、实时性和交互性、突发性和偏差性等特点。“自我需要的满足”、“认知偏差的支配”、“印象管理的构建”是个人网络舆论行为的原因,通过“以快为第一原则”、“发挥公信力的作用”、“开通意见表达渠道”等方针,为引导校园网络舆论做好工作。
