Due to the rapid development of technology, innovative technology products will not only bring people more convenience but also create new lifestyles. The popularization of internet and emergence of Cloud Computing caused use Mobile App through Tablet PC have become a trend. Although the usage of Tablet PC is not common, the user and market scale rise year by year and the business opportunity in the future is infinite. In this research, we developed an integrated model, use the extending Technology Acceptance Model which proposed by Moon and Kim, combing Technology Readiness Index, Brand Image, and Mobile App to explore the impact of consumers to use Tablet PC. After collecting research data by questionnaires, we adopted Structural Equation Modeling to examine the hypotheses. The research found Perceived Ease of Use have positive effect on Attitude and Perceived Playfulness, Perceived Playfulness have positive effect on Attitude, Attitude have positive effect on Behavioral Intention, but Brand Image and Mobile App due to the difference of Technology Readiness Index have different influence on Attitude.

ABSTRACT This study conduct an survey in terms of consumers attitude toward the online banking, consumers’ current status of Internet banking, and their useae behaviors. This study contributes to the understanding of the reality of consumers’ behaviors related to online banking. Unified theory of acceptance and use of technology, (UTAUT) is used as base in the study. This study elaborates this study further adds on the customer-employees’ embededment as a factor influcing intention of use and useage behavior. Structure eqiation model is emplyed to analyse data to test model fit and hypotheses. Finally, the implication and suggestion for future resaerch of study is concluded.

Titanium and its alloys are the most popular material system of orthopedic implants due to the restrictive requests on mechanical properties, surface roughness, biocompatibility and chemistry inert. Besides the above limitations, growing a surface firmly bone interlocking is another important issue and it had been a trend in developing the perfect surface modification technique. This study utilized micro-arc oxidation (MAO) to manufacture anatase phase rich and rutile phase rich titanium dioxide (A-TiO2 and R-TiO2 coating) coatings with the characteristics of high adhesive coating, chemical inert, high crystallinity and porous coal-like surface morphology to serve as the study goal. Firstly, the material characteristics of MAO TiO2 coatings were evaluated, including crystallinity and morphologies. Subsequently, in vitro cellular tests and in vivo animal tests were utilized to determine the cell adhesion, proliferation, differentiation and histological observations. Finally, we measured the shear strengths through the push-out test from the experimental rabbit femur after the cylindrical samples implanted for 4, 8 and 12 weeks and further interpreted their fracture mode through histological observations. Experimental results indicate that high applied working voltage during MAO is prone to fabricate a rutile-rich TiO2 coating and low working voltage facilitates manufacture an anatase-rich TiO2 coating in stead. Noticeably, both coatings reveal a micro-scale porous surface structure due to the natural characteristics of MAO process. Both transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD) present the same crystallinity of TiO2 coating. Both MAO TiO2 coatings in this study, when compared to β-Ti sample, show the excellent cellular activities. Osteoblast cells grew on A-TiO2 and R-TiO2 coatings in a more flattened morphologies with more pseudopodia extension. Additionally, the abundant filopodia and lamellipodia also were found to firmly interlock on the porous coatings. The expression level of osteopontin, osteocalcin and Ca content on MAO TiO2 coatings are higher than that on raw β-Ti sample. The R-TiO2 coating obtained the superior biocompatibility and bone formation than A-TiO2 coating due to a great number of hydroxyl functional group on R-TiO2 coating in its manufacture process. The cross-sectional image of cell-material interface, fabricated by dual beam focused ion beam microscopy (DBFIB) were found that R-TiO2 coating could facilitate the osteoblast cells grew more flat with a good interlocking on such coating. The good performance of cell adhesion facilitate the following cell proliferation and differentiation and therefore MAO R-TiO2 coating can provide an excellent in vitro cellular activities. The histological observations of rabbit distal femur with implanted samples for 4, 8, and 12 weeks, both MAO A-TiO2 and R-TiO2 coatings indeed could induce abundant lamellar bone growing on and into the porous coating with good interlocking. Thereafter, these interlocking strengths can be indicated as shear strength showed in push-out test. The shear strength of R-TiO2 coating is found to be larger than that of A-TiO2 coating during all implantation periods. Finally, the fracture mode of both MAO TiO2 coatings showed the bone failure mode that was indicated the compact bone grew more firmly. In summary, MAO R-TiO2 coating presented active cellular activities and shear strength, can be considered a good osseointegrated surface modification. This study successfully develops the comprehensive evaluations of material characteristics, in vitro cellular activities, shear strength of implants and histological observation, and moreover construct a optimal surface modification of artificial β-Ti bone implant.

Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) are becoming more and more important for enterprises to survive, it’s more difficult for a company to deal with variant challenges or high expectations from shareholders through internal growth. As a result, companies turn to external growth engine—mergers and acquisitions. However, most companies might ignore or underestimate the importance of integration after mergers and acquisitions while they focus on target searching, territory expanding, and resources acquiring. Companies want to secure much more profits and enhance their competitive advantages through merging or acquiring another company should understand that accomplishment of contract is just the beginning. The following integration is the ultimately fundamental. It was recommended that the dominated company of M & A should have a well prepared integration plan, with the consideration of the condition of the merged company. Therefore, it could be twice the result with half the effort. On the other hand, the regulation system and enterprise image of a company has positive correlation. Since the employees of the original two companies have poor perception to their companies’ enterprise image, it is important to improve the quality of management, the quality of product and services, and to strengthen the system of rewards and pension. Then the ability to attract and to keep talented people would be increased and the overall enterprise image will be promoted

ABSTRACT The study is trying to use the model of UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) to understand what changed the elementary schoolteachers’ intention of using online hard drive. Data in this study were collected from the 289 teachers who were teaching in the elementary school. This study has adopted structural equation model (SEM) for the data analysis to investigate the causalities among all parameters constructed in the proposed model and detect the explanatory and predictive power of the UTAUT model. The conclusions and results of this study were summarized as followings: 1. Performance expectancy of UTAUT positively impacted users’ intention to use the online hard drive. 2. Effort expectancy of UTAUT positively impacted users’ intention to use the online hard drive. 3. Social influence of UTAUT positively impacted the users’ intention to use the online hard drive. 4. Facilitating condition of UTAUT positively impacted the users’ intention to use the online hard drive. It was found that both performance expectancy and facilitating condition were the critical factors. Thus, in order to facilitate teachers to use online hard drive, the two factors should be considered. We should make the teachers understand it is convenient and safe to use online hard drive to storage files, besides, We should provide a steady Internet for the teachers, meanwhile, we also need to teach teachers how to use online hard drive.

Taiwan has entered the aging society. The high-tech information and communication technology has spread quickly in Taiwan, so senior group also self-improvement to adapt to the rapid development of society, including the use the 3 C technology products to communicate with friends and family to maintain social relations. App of the Instant Messenging is getting better such as LINE with the advancement of smart phone technology. The instant messenging makes some impact on communication. The senior group use IM APP is the emerging issues. This study explores the key factors of the senior group use of LINE. It based on the theory of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2), which are Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, and Habit to understand the relationships with intention and actual using. Since LINE is a freeware, the price value should not be related to the intended use and therefore not included in the study. LINE’s group application is very common, and communication, social software for the relationship between relatives and friends to maintain and social development has a great help, so join the social motivation, as one of the independent variables of this research model. The study used the survey method, put the questionnaire on the Google form and the link to the participants to fill in the answer. A sample size of 396 valid responses was collected. The method of Statistical analysis adopted (partial least square, PLS) to verify the measurement model and structural model. The results showed: 1. Performance expectancy, social Influence, facilitating conditions, social motivation and habits are the key factors influencing senior group 's intention to use LINE App 2. Habits and actual use are significantly correlated. 3. The use of intention and the actual use are significantly correlated. The results of this study is different from the UTAUT2 of science and technology in the past study that Hedonic Motivation and effort expectancy is not the key factors influencing senior group 's intention to use LINE App ,promote conditions nor is it. The social influence is the key factors. This research may enhance the understanding of senior group using technology phenomena.

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of the psychological contraction innovation behavior in High-Tech industry, the interference of the social capital in the relation between psychological contract and innovation behavior, and the interference of knowledge integration in the relation between psychological contract and innovation behavior. In order to achieve the purpose above , the High-Tec h personnel in “The World Top 1000 Manufacturing Industries ” published by Common Wealth Magazine in 2007 were taken as the population. By random sampling, 100 companies be came the objects of the research. Five questionnaires were delivered to each of the companies , and 193 questionnaires were recollected. The data of the investigation were analyzed by Descriptive Statistic and Analysis , Confirmatory Factor Analysis , and Hierarchical Regression. Finding of the research i s that there is a positive influence of psychological contract on innovation behavior in High-Tech industry; in addition, the absorptive capability of the High-Tech personnel can reinforce the influence of relational contract on innovation behavior , and knowledge integration can also reinforce the part of influence of psychological contract on innovation behavior as well . According to the result s above , The businesses should emphasize and satisfy with employees ’ expectations of psychological contract , also develop the social capital , and through the systematic and nice interaction to integrate the internal and external knowledge to enhance employees ’ innovation behavior . BBS and blog websites are two popular internet services. Comparing the functions of the two internet services, blog websites provides more personalized services. Therefore people are attracted and preferred to using them However, some services on blog websites and BBS are overlapped. This research is designed to explore that overlapped functions of blog websites and BBS will affect the attitudes and intention of users. By integrating TAM and Subject Norm perspective, the major purpose of this research is to examine and compare among perceived functions, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use , attitude toward using, and intention to use between blog websites and BBS. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 342 users who have both blog websites and BBS experiences. Regression analysis results are as followings: 1.Users perceived information sharing of BBS is better than blog websites. They perceived other functions such as blog and personal photo album of blog websites are better than BBS. 2.Users think the functions of blog websites are more easy to use and save more time than BBS. 3.After comparing the functions of blog websites and BBS, users have more positive attitudes toward blog websites than BBS. 4.Comparing the evaluation of mass media on BBS and blog websites, users have a more positive attitude toward blog websites. Due to the emergence of global operation, the improvement of technology, and the change of industrial environment, business is no longer an independent administration system. In fact, business has been integrated into a supply chain to resiliently respond to marketing competition. The purpose of this thesis is to study supply chain management, in combination with other techniques including information system integration, total quality management and business process reengineering, to create a model analysis of business competitive advantage. The questionnaire of this study has been modified and approved after consulting experts and administrating several pretests. The subjects of this study were high technology and traditional business in Taiwan. Among the total 994 surveys, 168 copies were responded and 155 questionnaires were valid. The data were analyzed by their significance and validation in the information system integration capability, total quality management, business process reengineering, and supply chain management capability. The whole model was analyzed by LISREL and shown as follows: χ2- 181.406, p value- 0.129, GFI- 0.903, AGFI- 0.874, RMSR- 0.026, CFI- 0.988. These findings indicate the adequacy of this model system in its business application. The results indicate that the information system integration capability not only has a significantly positive impact on total quality management, business process reengineering, and supply chain management, but also assists the establishment of competitive advantage. High technology and traditional business have significant difference in the model system. In general, the performance of high technology is better than traditional business. The impact of information system integration capability on business process reengineering and supply chain management, as well as supply chain management capability on business competitive advantage, is significantly greater in high technology than those of traditional business. These data show that tradition business is inadequate in the information system integration capability, which, in turn, leads to business competitive disadvantage in information system and supply chain management. In conclusion, current businesses in Taiwan should accelerate their information system integration capability and integrate total quality management and business process reengineering in the administration. In the era of fast-expanding economics, business should build on the supply chain management to increase the value of the customer service, prudently correspond to the environmental change, reinforce competitive ability, and pursue the ultimately everlasting success.
